“Keeps issue details organized”
Pros
Having everything about an issue captured in a single window makes the whole process much more convenient. Navigation is very simple, updating progress is quick and the way every update is stored in sequence makes it much easier to follow and understand later.
Cons
One problem that comes up at times is when a screenshot is added in the description field, it can take up the entire space and end up not being displayed properly. That really needs to be fixed and the image size should auto-adjust. Aside from that, it performs very well in its category.

“Extras cost more”
Pros
Getting started with this tool is pretty easy. The interface is clean and simple and the workflow management doesn't take much effort to set up and put into use. As a basic starting point, it works really well.
Cons
If you need more advanced capabilities like reporting or integrations, you'll probably have to pay extra for them. A lot of the added functionality comes through their Marketplace extensions and add-ons since the product feels a bit limited out of the box. It also helps to be very comfortable with jQuery if you want to pull the information you need.

“Ideal for large teams”
Pros
Across larger engineering teams, this feels almost essential for keeping workflows organized and on track. It really shines when it comes to sprint planning which is where it delivers the most value.
Cons
Once a ticket gets split into multiple other tickets, following the workflow and understanding what is happening can become pretty tough. Editing tickets can also be frustrating because it is possible to lose a lot of work and the comments section does not support attaching images.

“Needs a smoother experience”
Pros
It handles the core job pretty well especially for managing tasks and keeping track of work across larger projects. When everything is set up correctly, it gives a clear view of what you're responsible for individually and what the rest of the team is working on too. I also appreciate the different viewing options since they help make sense of the same information in different ways even if figuring out where each view is located is a little confusing at the beginning.
Cons
I think the user experience doesn't feel particularly polished. One example is when creating tickets, the symbols don't format text as code snippets right away. Oddly enough, that only starts working after the ticket has already been created which adds an unnecessary extra step just to finish the ticket correctly. On its own it's a small annoyance but when you're dealing with a high volume of tickets, that extra step adds up fast.

“Helpful dashboards”
Pros
Using this project management tool has been really convenient. I can set up Agile/Scrum dashboards for test cases, enhancements, tasks and other items in an organized way which helps me follow the project lifecycle efficiently. Assigning tasks or enhancements is easy too and adding more participants to collaborate on them is simple.
Cons
One thing that would improve it is having reminders for the person assigned to respond to a specific item. Also, giving external participants access to a particular book of work could be made more easy.

“Easy to pick up”
Pros
Right from the start, it feels friendly and simple to use and I'd consider it a must-have in the software industry especially for agile teams. The new mobile app is also really good!
Cons
One area that's been challenging is the portfolio feature. I've tried using it but it's difficult to configure and not very simple to understand. Also, depending on the deployment setup in larger companies, it can be a bit slow when handling bulk actions.

“Great for release tracking”
Pros
Working with this tool has been a really good fit for teams following agile methodology. It's very simple to use and it works especially well for program managers who need to stay on top of release tracking and bug tracking.
Cons
Reporting side could look better visually. There also aren't many chart options available right now so adding more chart types and improving the overall appearance would make it even better.

“User friendly for teams”
Pros
Compared with VersionOne, this feels much more user-friendly to work with. Linking user stories with dependencies is very easy, the story points feature is really useful and HP ALM integration is another plus.
Cons
One issue is that the Sprint field ends up showing multiple sprint details which makes tracking confusing. Also, it would help if the "In Testing" status could be used directly after "Analysis," because some user stories do not need development and adding a development status in those cases feels unnecessary.

“Simple task tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with day-to-day tasks assigned by the project lead, my professor, in this case, feels very convenient. It also makes it simple to track the issues and bugs that come up.
Cons
Some of the terminology in the software can be a bit confusing at first. That said, taking a little time to get familiar with the terms before using it makes a big difference. There's also a tutorial link available.

“a popular choice”
Pros
Right out of the gate, it feels like this platform is dominating the market. There's very little it can't handle which makes it an obvious choice for a lot of startups and larger companies. I really appreciate that it works as a true one-stop shop for engineering teams, IT, knowledge base management and ticketing. Most of the tough points don't really show up until your company gets bigger. Being able to connect tickets to Git commits, attach Confluence pages and pull in Google Drive files all in one place is huge and it's something my company genuinely relies on across the board.
Cons
No software is perfect in every area. Since it tries to be a one-stop shop, the biggest challenge for us has been customization. It's not that it lacks flexibility, it's actually the opposite. There are so many ways to configure it that we need dedicated system admins whose full-time job is managing it for the company. The learning curve is steep and even small changes can take a lot of time to figure out just to make daily work a little better. On top of that, once you start scaling, it can become a real money pit. At this stage, we're so invested in the ecosystem that getting off it doesn't feel realistic. Adding things like SSO, Confluence and CI/CD sounds appealing but those tools are not necessarily best-in-class in their own categories. Still because we're already deep into the platform and it doesn't always play nicely with outside software, it often feels like if we want the full benefit, we're pushed into using more and more of their products.

“helpful Kanban boards”
Pros
Kanban board and ticket tracking felt very easy to use. Linking tickets makes a lot of sense in practice and ends up being really helpful and the collaboration tools around pointing and filtering work well for a team setup. It also comes packed with functionality and the ability to extend it with plugins adds a lot of value.
Cons
One area that could be improved is epic management especially the lack of support for something like epics within epics. Searching older tickets could also feel more simple even though the reporting tools are there to help. At times, performance feels a little slow and if someone doesn't need highly complex task tracking, the platform can come across as overloaded with features.

“easy to get started”
Pros
Getting started with it doesn't take much training at all. It does a really good job of separating projects by type and the progress tracking, prioritization and collaboration features are strong enough to keep sprints running efficiently. It's also highly customizable across different business units. We've been using it for marketing and web publishing queues and it has worked out really well for us.
Cons
There's nothing especially major to complain about. At times, tracking down specific tickets can be a little tricky since I'm able to see everyone's tickets across the organization but as long as the filters are set correctly, things are still fairly simple to locate and open or active tickets are clearly visible right from the main dashboard.

“everything in one place”
Pros
From task tracking to assignments, sprint planning and roadmaps, this covers everything I need in one place. The charts, backlogs and team assignment views are presented really well and the burn charts and velocity charts are especially useful and visually strong.
Cons
There is definitely some training involved and the learning curve feels moderately steep at first. At times, it also puts too many features and too much data on the screen which can make the information harder to read and interpret.

“clear project visibility”
Pros
The updated dashboard gives me a clear view of everything I'm working on, including my recent assigned projects. I can check at a glance what I've been handling and see each project's status, like whether it's still in development or already in testing. That kind of visibility really helps and makes day-to-day work much more manageable.
Cons
One part that still feels unreliable is adding comments within individual projects. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Replying directly to the generated email is usually a simpler way to add comments to a ticket or you can open the system and type them in manually. The problem is that the manual process is frustrating especially when copying and pasting conversations into a comment since it often adds extra line breaks and loses formatting or fonts.

“access tickets anywhere”
Pros
Being able to reach our helpdesk tickets from anywhere has been a big plus and it also helped us move off our old SCSM platform and onto something more modern.
Cons
A few of the workflows can be a little hard to understand at first but the community is active enough that a quick Google search usually leads to someone who ran into the same problem and already shared the fix.

“fits your workflow”
Pros
It's very simple to customize and adapt to the way your team already works. It also connects nicely with other project management tools which makes it fit in well with the rest of the software we use.
Cons
Handling case-related files is where this software gets frustrating. Every document is treated like a separate attachment and there's a data cap that makes the whole process feel clunky. There's also no meaningful timeline or clear file history so it's tough to understand what's happening at a glance. Because of the storage limit, people sometimes avoid attaching files at all and end up leaving them scattered in random places across the network.

“great for project management”
Pros
Working with this tool has been pretty easy for project management, task tracking and handling resource and funding allocation. It includes the usual setup for user stories, epics and similar workflows and the Kanban board also looks clean and visually appealing. Because it's so widely used, it's especially helpful when moving from one company to another since the transition feels more familiar. Another plus is how well it connects with other products like Confluence so managing documentation and tasks side by side is very convenient.
Cons
Tempo side of the platform wasn't my favorite. I also think the way project funding and human resource allocation are handled could be improved.

“helps manage complex work”
Pros
There are tons of features for managing work organizing the team and keeping project tasks, issues and related items under control. It also helps a lot with tracking releases and knowing exactly what was shipped and when.
Cons
Pricing gets too high once the team has more than 10 people. On top of that, it can be confusing to figure out at the beginning and a few options are tucked away enough that they're hard to find at first.
