“works for almost anything”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how simple it feels to use once you get going. It's incredibly flexible and can be tailored to fit all kinds of businesses and situations. I've used it to organize things as different as an office relocation, a New Year's Eve party and even a multi-product release all at the same time. I'm a strong advocate for it because it gives our team complete visibility across the business and makes managing the product release process much more easy.
Cons
That same flexibility can also make it less simple when you're trying to set up workflows and processes for the first time. It definitely takes a while to learn how to configure it so it works the way I need. The time-tracking feature is also very limited and they don't seem interested in improving it.

“helps keep projects on track”
Pros
Having everything related to project tracking in one place has been really helpful from a manager's perspective. It lets me quickly spot when deliverables are starting to fall behind or are at risk and with that visibility I can step in, make adjustments and course-correct based on the current status.
Cons
Once you need to build more advanced reports that show dependencies across different objects like tasks, stories, features and others, it becomes difficult to do. There really isn't a easy way to put that kind of reporting together.

“flexible project setup”
Pros
One thing I appreciated a lot was how configurable it was especially the combination of Project Templates with Roles & Permissions. The agile Project Boards and their reporting were also very useful. Overall, it felt like a mature, feature-rich project management platform that really helps organizations handle multiple projects effectively.
Cons
At the company where I managed it, we also gave customers access to the system, mostly for submitting bug tickets and checking project progress. Because of that, our user base grew to nearly 100 people even though we only had 12 employees. We were also using 2 or 3 plugins which made the licensing fairly expensive. My impression is that after the split into IT Software and IT Service Desk, the pricing may have become better for our type of use case but I was no longer with the company by then.

“built for collaboration”
Pros
Getting started with it feels easy and the interface is clean and user-friendly. It comes with plenty of features especially for team collaboration and the Gantt chart is a really useful addition. There's a lot built in which makes it a strong option for managing work with others.
Cons
Setting everything up to fully cover all the features you need can be a little challenging. In some cases, paid plugins are also required which adds extra cost.

“packed with useful features”
Pros
You can tell the developers invested a lot of effort into covering different use cases. Most of the time, when I need a feature or want something specific, it's already built in. It does an excellent job of tracking work and gives much better visibility into the overall project.
Cons
One challenge I faced initially was the learning curve. Whenever something went wrong, it wasn't always easy for me to identify the root cause of the issue.

“quick to learn”
Pros
Getting started with it was quick and learning how everything works didn't take long. The interface feels simple so it was easy to get comfortable with using it regularly. I also appreciate that the product is being updated and improved all the time.
Cons
For the most part, I haven't found any major issues. The only minor drawback is that some of the newer features don't always feel especially useful and they can take time to get used to.

“great Kanban experience”
Pros
Kanban view has been really useful and the updated version is amazing. It helps me keep track of daily activities and it also works well for managing sprints.
Cons
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the software. I can create separate projects, receive notifications when tickets are assigned to me and I especially appreciate the Salesforce integration.

“a complete work tracker”
Pros
This has turned out to be a very complete tool for handling organizing and keeping track of the different projects we work on every day. It also makes documenting incidents and recording how they were resolved much more manageable.
Cons
At this stage, I really don't have any drawbacks to point out. I continue to see regular improvements being made to the platform.

“simple project oversight”
Pros
One thing that really works well in this software is project management. It makes it simple to track defects and keep up with the status of reports. The interface is also very user-friendly so using it doesn't take much effort. On top of that, it integrates well with other apps which makes the whole workflow more convenient.
Cons
Learning how to use the Kanban board took some time so I think making it a little more user-friendly would help new users.

“useful notifications”
Pros
Having the option to create multiple boards fits really well with the agile approach we use. I keep one for the backlog and separate ones for each sprint which helps a lot with organization. The notifications are also very useful, whenever someone comments on my task, I get alerted right away. That adds more transparency and helps the whole project run more efficiently.
Cons
One frustration I had early on was trying to delete tasks I had created. Since admin permissions are required for that action, the experience was a bit frustrating when I first started using the system.

“adapts to your process”
Pros
Once you get the hang of it, the platform is very usable. The process flows work really well and it's nice that they can be customized to match an organization's specific needs. It's also a very great tool for letting customers report issues to your organization.
Cons
Understanding the software fully requires some time and experience. In my view, it seems best suited for small and mid-sized organizations while very large project-driven companies may find it somewhat tough to manage.

“centralized project management”
Pros
Using this as a full project management tool has worked really well for our team. It has helped me track projects clearly across every sprint and it brings all kinds of work together in one platform so the team can manage everything in a single place.
Cons
When I first started using it, the interface felt a bit complicated which made task management seem more difficult than it actually was. Once I understood the workflow structure, everything became much easier.

“flexible workflows”
Pros
Its flexibility for setting up agile workflows is a big plus. It makes it simple to organize tasks and their statuses and it gives a clear overview of what the whole team is working on.
Cons
Certain configuration areas can feel overly complex and if they're not set up correctly, the overall user experience can suffer.

“smart task planning”
Pros
Among task management tools, this one feels especially full-featured. The standout for me and something I still haven't really seen in other platforms, is being able to add a time estimate to a ticket and keep it on a weekly sprint board without locking it to a specific date. It sounds minor but that setup gives people real control over when they tackle their work during the week which is excellent for anyone who hates being micromanaged or works in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Cons
Getting familiar with the way the different boards are organized was one of the bigger challenges for me at the beginning. There is definitely a learning curve before everything starts to feel simple.

“my go-to tracker”
Pros
After trying four other tools, this has become my go-to for tracking work. The hierarchy for work items fits the way I manage projects really well, adding story points is easy and the markdown support is a big plus.
Cons
From my team's perspective, the reporting functionality can feel somewhat limited at times. However, once I understood its structure and limitations, it became much easier to work with.

“great for teamwork”
Pros
Being able to share my work and communicate clearly with coworkers and others is probably the best part. It's really neat and easy to use which makes working in it a pleasant experience.
Cons
Performance is probably the biggest area for improvement. I occasionally notice the platform becoming sluggish and some features can glitch from time to time, requiring me to refresh the page before everything works properly again.

“helps manage projects”
Pros
This has been a really great tool for managing projects, handling issue resolution and keeping change management organized. It also makes collaboration with other users very easy which helps a lot when multiple people are involved.
Cons
One frustration is that it can sometimes be difficult to reopen an item or add a new person to it after a task has already been closed. I'm not sure whether that comes from how our IT admins configured it but it can still be a hassle.

“keeps requests organized”
Pros
Across the company, this has been a really effective way to handle website enhancements and updates. Our marketing team can send requests over to IT and those items can then be prioritized and implemented in a much more organized way.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve especially for people who are new to other products. Some users on our side have had a harder time getting used to certain features or using them consistently.
