“keeps work organized”
Pros
Staying organized is simple with this software because information is presented clearly and the panels provide quick access to everything I need. The extensive customization options are another reason it works so well for our team.
Cons
To fully support the entire development process, I had to make several adjustments and custom configurations. Since it's a management-focused platform, having a great understanding of project management concepts definitely helps shorten the learning curve.

“flexible cloud solution”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for me is that it's cloud-based. The platform is user-friendly, flexible enough to adapt to different requirements and offers multiple integrations that help it work easily with other tools.
Cons
The administration side is one area where I'd like to see improvements. In particular, adding more role options would make it easier for me to manage different types of users and permissions.

“handles complex projects”
Pros
From project management to coordinating video production work, this software handles a wide range of responsibilities very effectively. My team relies on it daily to manage projects and monitor progress. I particularly like how clearly project stages are organized, how easy time tracking is and how thoroughly resources and project information are stored. It also keeps me informed about my own work while making it easy to check on teammates' progress.
Cons
While I appreciate that the classic view is still available, I personally don't prefer the updated interface. Moving a project from one stage to another can also feel more tough than it should, as the process involves multiple steps rather than a simple dropdown selection.

“powerful integrations”
Pros
Integrating it with other products adds a lot of value especially when it comes to organizing project documentation. I also make extensive use of the customization options to optimize workflows and the ability to query data through JQL allows me to present project information in several useful ways.
Cons
Learning how to use the platform effectively takes time because the learning curve is fairly steep. I also found that configuring it to match our company's project management processes required a significant amount of effort.

“great for reporting”
Pros
For Agile teams and reporting, this has been a very reliable solution. I appreciate the large marketplace of plugins, the high level of customization, the active community support and the abundance of online training resources that help users get the most from the platform.
Cons
One aspect that can be confusing is the need to manually refresh the browser to see newly created or updated issues especially when several people are working simultaneously. I also think the extensive customization options while valuable, can be challenging for new users to learn.

“difficult initial setup”
Pros
A wide variety of features, optimization options and board types give me plenty of flexibility when managing projects. The startup-friendly pricing for the first 10 users is another benefit that stands out.
Cons
The initial setup process was one of the more difficult parts for me. Configuring notifications took time and although there are plenty of customization options available, I didn't find them particularly simple to set up.

“useful dashboards”
Pros
Among the features I use most are the Kanban boards and dashboards. They're thoughtfully designed, easy to navigate and make project organization much more manageable.
Cons
Test case management is probably the area where I'd most like to see improvements. A simpler and more aligned approach to configuring and managing test cases would make the experience much better.

“good value for money”
Pros
Cost-effectiveness is one of the things I value most about this platform. Combined with the improved usability and ongoing feature updates, it has been a strong fit for my needs.
Cons
When our team migrated from TFS, user adoption became a challenge. Some team members were hesitant to embrace the new platform and gaining acceptance took longer than expected.

“weak mobile experience”
Pros
What impresses me most is the level of flexibility the software provides. I can adapt it to many different workflows and environments and its configurability makes it useful across a wide range of industries and business scenarios.
Cons
The mobile app is probably the weakest part of the experience for me which is why I usually rely on the web version instead. I also find it limiting that generated reports cannot easily be reused making the reporting process less efficient.

“simple task tracking”

It's a quick, convenient one-stop place to keep track of and manage your to-do list.

Getting a ticket from beginning to end takes too many steps and the constant emails and alerts end up flooding my inbox.

“helpful service desk”
Pros
Using it as our internal Service Desk ticketing system has really helped us centralize support. Routing requests through one portal lets employees access knowledge base articles right when they need help which cuts down on waiting for IT and gives them more self-service options. The reporting is another big plus. We're able to see where requests are coming from, how the team is responding to and handling them and how engaged the company is with the technology team overall.
Cons
Because it includes multiple tools, it can be confusing for people who aren't very familiar with it. Being under the same umbrella as other commonly used products like Confluence definitely has advantages but it can also blur the lines between tools and make the learning curve steeper for users.

“brings teams together”
Pros
Once you get past the initial learning curve, this software does a really good job of keeping personal, department and team tasks and projects organized. It brings communication, document sharing and status updates together in one place which makes collaboration much easier. You can also connect projects and people across the company or let individuals show exactly what they're working on each day. The option to create recurring tasks or epics is especially useful.
Cons
There was definitely some upfront learning and re-learning involved especially getting used to the platform's own terminology. Calling the top level an "Epic" instead of a "Project" is still a little confusing. Another frustrating part is cloning setups with all sub-tasks included because every sub-task gets copied over with "CLONE" in the title and then has to be renamed one by one which is pretty tedious.

“built for development teams”
Pros
Compared with a lot of project management tools, it ties into code much more deeply and it also supports most of the popular development methodologies teams are using today.
Cons
As much as I wanted this to work because I really like the company behind it, it ended up feeling too complicated for my needs. I need task management to be more easy. I don't have a full-time project manager on staff and I'm not looking to earn a PhD in project management just to use a tool. In the end, I came across much simpler options on the market.

“easy task organization”
Pros
Keeping track of tasks is easy with this tool, whether you're working solo or collaborating with a team. It lets you structure everything into categories and tagging each task also helps keep things organized.
Cons

“useful search”
Pros
One thing that really helps is the search feature since it makes finding what we need much more practical. It also includes all the functionality our team requires so we are not missing anything important in day-to-day use. On top of that, the integration with Git is a valuable addition and fits well into our workflow.
Cons
Page loading can be slow at times which is frustrating when trying to move quickly. Another downside is that its strong integration with other products tends to keep us tied into their ecosystem making it less likely that we will explore or switch to other tools.

“teamwork and task tracking shine”
Pros
Handling teamwork with this has been amazing. It makes tasks much easier to manage and keep track of and issues are also flagged very clearly.
Cons
Jumping into an ongoing project as a first-time user is pretty tough. After a while, the interface starts to feel tough from a UI perspective. It would also be better with more Kanban-style features to make the workflow more convenient.

“Helpful bug alerts”
Pros
Keeping track of issues is very easy. I can flag critical bugs with filters, update the status directly in the comments and one of the best features is being able to mention a team member with the @ symbol so they get notified and can jump in on the ticket right away.
Cons
I really have not run into any major downsides. The only thing I have noticed is that it can occasionally go down when they are rolling out software updates.
