“Project toolkit”
Pros
This tool covers just about everything needed for project management so it feels very complete for handling that side of the work.
Cons
It can be a little overly complicated at times and I'd also want features that make it useful for the Sales department too.

“Integrations and dashboards”
Pros
Integrations have been a big part of our success with this software. Its filtering system is quite flexible and the dashboards have also played an important role in helping us stay on track.
Cons
Performance could definitely be better since quite a few areas take too long to load and can feel sluggish at times. It also really needs a dark theme, it's 2020, after all.

“Reliable workflows”
Pros
Right from the start, it's been exactly what it claims to be and it handles the job it's built for. You can put together a great basic workflow and have it cover everything you need without much trouble.
Cons
A downside is that some of the features that would make things a lot more convenient are locked behind paid add-ons and extensions. If you want anything beyond very basic automation, you usually have to purchase a third-party extension.

“Workflow automation”
Pros
The integrations and workflow tools are fantastic. You can set up support structures and guardrails across just about every process, from bug management and development tracking to deployments and more.
Cons
Because there are so many configuration choices even basic tasks can sometimes be hard to locate or complete. To make the interface feel more simple for users who are not going to spend much time learning the platform, it takes additional setup, otherwise there is a fairly steep learning curve to really understand how to use the software well.

“Agile visibility”
Pros
It's a really flexible tool for working in Agile and keeping everything transparent so the whole team can always see the status of an epic, story or task without confusion.
Cons
Lag can be pretty frustrating especially during standups when everyone is stuck waiting for the page to load.

“File sharing done right”
Pros
One thing that really works well in this application is how simple it is to share files and locate data without wasting time. It also offers a wide range of charts and graphs which is very helpful during sprinting. On top of that, I have not run into any trouble with cut, copy, paste or attaching images while creating files. The integrations are also quite valuable especially the communication options like Hip Chat and Slack which make commenting and tracking conversations much more convenient.
Cons
Mobile app has not been very responsive for me and it tends to struggle when uploading large files. I have reinstalled the app several times but the issue still keeps coming up. Other than that, I really do not have any complaints about its services.

“great tool”
Pros
This platform covers the agile software development process from end to end. There are plenty of features available and it works well for both basic users and those who need more advanced functionality.
Cons
One downside is that you have to spend extra on add-ons that really should already be part of the standard subscription.

“Versatile platform”
Pros
Using it has been very easy. It offers a versatile set of features and works well with other tools we rely on.
Cons
Only downside on our side is that my company has too many separate deployments so we really need to congreatate them.

“perfect value”
Pros
One of the best parts is how well it connects with Bitbucket, Confluence, Slack and similar tools. The pricing also feels very reasonable for what you get and having SSO included is a real plus.
Cons
The interface still feels behind where it should be even if the product is clearly designed more for developers and technical teams.

“Ticket visibility”
Pros
Being able to quickly check any ticket and see its current status has been really helpful. It makes it much easier to keep clients updated on where a software issue stands, whether it has been completed or moved into a new stage.
Cons
Sometimes interface feels pretty busy. With so much happening on the screen, it can be a little confusing to figure out exactly where to go to find the information you need.

“Highly customizable”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how incredibly flexible it is. There really seems to be no limit to the add-ons available so the functionality can be extended in almost any direction depending on the need. It also supports a lot of customization which is why our team was able to adapt it for managing deployments and version control instead of just using it for standard issue tracking. That kind of versatility makes daily work much more comfortable and it has been especially helpful in keeping onsite and offshore teams aligned, collaborative and in better communication.
Cons
At times, having so many fields and boxes to complete for tracking can start to feel repetitive and monotonous. It can also be quite confusing for first-time users because of the number of options available. On top of that, getting fully comfortable with the tool takes some effort so mastering it is a little challenging.

“awkward bulk edits”
Pros
Everything about it feels very easy across the full feature set. It takes little to no training for someone to start using it and it also works nicely alongside the other products.
Cons
There always seem to be small UI bugs that stop users from completing certain tasks. Editing items in bulk also isn't nearly as convenient as making updates in a spreadsheet.

“Standup dashboards”
Pros
We use it for project management, keeping track of tasks and bugs and handling the IT deployment process. The dashboards are especially helpful during daily standups and make it easier to stay on top of ongoing work.
Cons
UI doesn't feel very responsive and there are times when opening or downloading documents takes longer than it should.

“Sprint visibility”
Pros
The dashboards give a quick, clear view of project progress and make it simple for the team to keep track of work throughout each sprint.
Cons
When a status is updated, the change doesn't always refresh right away which gets frustrating at times when we're handling hundreds of tickets.

“my review!!”
Pros
Compared with similar platforms like Microsoft's TFS, this one holds up really well. Tagging users works fairly efficiently, sprint management is very easy and the extra project management features remove a lot of the guesswork for smaller stakeholders involved in tasks.
Cons
Linking related tickets could be made a little more simple and we've also run into occasional downtime from time to time.

“Fast setup”
Pros
It was surprisingly quick to start especially with the free tier for up to 3 agents. The cloud version takes only a few minutes to deploy so you can have a free cloud-based ticketing system running almost immediately. For a small team, that's a really strong option. The interface feels very responsive and managing the platform across the team is easy. The Service Desk and Change Management tools also come across as thoughtfully designed and well implemented.
Cons
One part that has been a little frustrating is the communication feature which feels somewhat buggy. I still can't tell why some of my replies go out to customer emails while others do not. I already have a meeting scheduled with their reps to troubleshoot that behavior. Also, the sheer number of features, including automation and others, can feel a bit overwhelming at times.

“Clear communication”
Pros
It's simple to see what's been assigned to me and check the current status of those tasks. It also works well for keeping communication clear with stakeholders.
Cons

“Time tracking tools”
Pros
One thing that works really well is being able to log hours against the specific task when I'm handling several tasks in the same day. It also lets me create subtasks and even sub-bug tasks which helps keep everything organized.
Cons
