“Clean sprint boards”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how simple you can keep the sprint boards. I've used other tools before that feel extremely cluttered and busy so this setup is a lot more pleasant to work with.
Cons
This might just be related to how our company has this app set up but we've been running into some problems when it comes to managing access.

“Defect tracking”
Pros
This tool works really well for story writing, management and handling defect logging, tracking and overall defect management. Our client even uses it for UAT testing which makes collaboration much more convenient.
Cons
Sometimes it gives the team a hard time because it tends to hang in the middle of work and then we have to raise multiple requests just to get it running again.

“Missing key features”
Pros
It's a widely recognized product and a lot of companies rely on it for project management and issue tracking. Once you learn how to use it at one company, there's a good chance you'll run into it again somewhere else. It also supports many operating systems and is available in a wide range of languages.
Cons
The biggest downside is the price especially since the out-of-the-box feature set is quite limited. A number of basic functions are missing, such as time-tracking reports and you have to pay extra for plugins or add-ons to get them. On top of that, it seems to ignore some reported bugs for years even up to a decade which is really disappointing when the software already costs so much.

“Rough user experience”
Pros
Onboarding takes a while but the process itself is fairly aligned. After using it for many years, I'm comfortable with it so the basic tasks don't feel difficult to handle.
Cons
Once you move beyond the basics, things become unnecessarily complicated. The user experience is really bad.

“Request tracking”
Pros
From an admin perspective, it helps centralize all the requests and tasks our team gets. On the user side, it's also convenient to follow the status of every request we submit.
Cons
Using the filter options efficiently is quite difficult. It's also hard to ignore or hide the other projects that exist across the company.

“Easy to customize”
Pros
The amount of control this software gives is impressive, you can configure and fine-tune nearly every little detail most of the time yet it still feels very user-friendly overall.
Cons
Every now and then, a few things simply can't be done unless you make major changes that won't hold up well in the future, such as modifying the actual webpages.

“Project tracking”
Pros
Keeping tabs on all our projects is pretty easy, whether it's across the whole team or just for individual work. It also comes with plenty of features so there's a lot of room to customize it to fit different needs.
Cons
There are times when it feels a bit buggy and getting around the interface could be more simple. Still, it gets the job done overall.

“Strong but awkward tool”
Pros
From a functionality standpoint, this tool is very powerful and includes pretty much every feature an agile team could need. I honestly can't think of any project management capability that seems to be missing.
Cons
Using it can be frustratingly slow. The interface feels chaotic, looks unappealing and is often not very simple to navigate.

“Smart prioritization”
Pros
It gives us a easy, no-frills way to manage the agile marketing process especially when it comes to prioritizing Epics and tracking individual tasks. I wouldn't really call it a full project management tool but it works very well as a system for organizing and managing priorities.
Cons
Interface isn't the most user-friendly and the reporting could be much better. It would also be really helpful if it offered visibility into each person's capacity and flagged when someone appears to be overloaded with too much work.

“Agile teamwork”
Pros
Works really well for agile teams. Collaboration is easy and it handles assigning and tracking project tasks effectively even when you're working with a large team.
Cons
Getting everything set up at the beginning takes a bit of time. The interface could be more user-friendly and it would be helpful to have the option to export backlog items in Excel format too.

“Helpful planning but needs better usability”
Pros
Managers can use this software to prioritize worksets, rank what should be handled first, track time and then use that data later for budgeting and planning.
Cons
Card interface doesn't feel as polished as it should and it's a little too easy to click the wrong thing with no way to undo it unless an administrator steps in. It's also annoying that there's no manual sleep mode to automatically pause tasks in case you forget to do it before leaving work.

“Flexible workflows”
Pros
Right from the start, the workflow customization options and the out-of-the-box fields are very great. They give us a strong base to set things up exactly the way we need, depending on our use case.
Cons
UI still has plenty of room for improvement. Even after several versions, it feels outdated and overly basic and it's not very simple until you spend some time getting used to how it works.

“Agile delivery”
Pros
Running projects with proper agile practices is one of the things this tool does really well. I use it every day for work to assign story points, create tickets, mark them as done and move them through progress and review stages.
Cons
One downside, in my view, is the user interface. It feels too crowded, with too many tags and too much text on the screen.

“Task tracking win”
Pros
It's a flexible tool that can be used in whatever way works best for you and your PM team. Tasks are clearly laid out which makes them easy to visualize and keep track of as they move forward.
Cons
It does take some time to learn and the entire team really needs to align on how to implement it. Without that shared approach, it can create confusion and lead to issues that may impact projects.

“great tool”
Pros
This platform covers all the agile functionality I need. The agile and Kanban boards work really well and the automation plus plugins save a lot of time. The connection with Confluence and Bitbucket is a big advantage and the widgets are genuinely useful for management. JQL is also extremely powerful and having both cloud and on-prem options makes it flexible for different environments.
Cons
Getting everything set up can be pretty complex and it really needs centralized admin management. Without great enterprise-level coordination, it can quickly become disorganized and turn into a zoo.

“Feature-rich platform”
Pros
Hands down the best management tool I've used. It includes everything you need and if something is missing, it can usually be added without much trouble. The integrations with other services are also excellent.
Cons
All of those strong tools do come with a downside, the cost. The only real drawback here is the price.
