“Fits every team”
Pros
Right from the start, it was simple to roll out and use. It's very versatile, I've used it with everyone from a marketing team to an advanced Scrum software development team and it adapted to each setup without any trouble.
Cons
A downside is that it relies on plugins to cover some basic functions, like Gantt charts, budgets and similar needs. On top of that some of those plugins can get pretty expensive.

“Beginner-friendly”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy especially for beginners and it can connect with other task or team management apps and widgets as your needs grow. It stays simple while still working well across different teams.
Cons
At times, it can feel repetitive when the team hasn't clearly defined the use case. It also includes a lot of features so people really need to understand them before jumping in and trying to do too much at once.

“perfect dashboards”
Pros
Handling Agile workflows like daily standups and sprint activities feels very easy with this software. It provides a highly flexible dashboard setup that helps the team stay aligned, collaborate better and coordinate work efficiently.
Cons
Getting different team dashboards grouped correctly was a little tricky at first. For instance, teams on the Kanban board couldn't see tasks assigned by other teams until the group category was adjusted which eventually fixed it. There's also still an issue where members with similar permissions can end up disrupting that setup.

“Team consolidation”
Pros
Project management used to be a headache because we were juggling too many different tools. Now we've been able to bring several of them together into just a small set which has made things much more manageable. The plan is to move nearly everything over to it eventually though that's going to take some time. The level of customization is almost limitless which is incredibly powerful even if it can feel like a lot at first.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that the customization options are nearly endless and that can become overwhelming pretty quickly. It really feels like a tool built with developers in mind so our non-technical team members have had a harder time getting comfortable with it.

“Workflow hub”
Pros
Having everything gathered in one place is a big plus, from requirement collection all the way to defect tracking.

It did take some time to get comfortable with the application and every now and then it hangs when the load gets too high.

“Bug tracking”
Pros
Right from the day-to-day standups, this tool has been very supportive for our team. The entry interface is simple and it gives us the possibility to include and access all the data we need. Keeping track of issues and the solutions that follow is very easy. It has really become part of our project work like a dependable teammate and it feels like one of the simplest and most flexible tools for managing processes, tasks and bugs across different roles and departments.
Cons
One limitation I noticed is that the Kanban board is less flexible than some similar products. It can also feel difficult to use and pretty confusing at the beginning and it takes a lot of guidance or training to get comfortable with it. There is definitely a learning curve especially when you're working across multiple IT platforms.

“Projects in one place”
Pros
Having different parts of a project gathered in one place is really helpful. It makes it simple to keep everyone involved connected and follow everything that's going on without losing track.
Cons
At times some add-ons and features can be a little laggy or they stop working and have to be reinstalled.

“Project control”
Pros
Right away, this polished tool helped me share documents to highlight errors clearly and keep an eye on the comments section which also shows how much time was spent fixing mistakes. It lets me organize, build and improve tasks while setting priorities properly. It has been excellent for managing company operations and making work more manageable especially on collaborative jobs and it works well for handling just about any kind of project.
Cons
Getting familiar with everything in the tool took quite a while and I ran into some challenges with text formatting, as well as when working with, accessing, gathering and extracting data.

“Worth learning”
Pros
Switching over from Trello has shown us just how capable this tool really is. We keep discovering new things it can do and that's been impressive day by day. The move is still taking a bit of time but as we learn more, it keeps proving how powerful and useful it is. One feature that has really helped is the ability to import our Trello projects which has made the transition much easier for us.
Cons
Compared with Trello, there's definitely a bigger learning curve here but that mostly comes from how many features and options the platform offers. It doesn't feel like a true downside as much as something users need time to adjust to.

“Backlog management”

It gives our agile team one central place to manage the backlog and keep track of sprint progress.

There still aren't many choices when it comes to project types outside of agile or kanban.

“Weak file sharing”
Pros
Most of my work happens in the Kanban view and on that front it does the job well.
Cons
File uploads and sharing really need a major upgrade. Also, trying to write code blocks in comments is nearly impossible which is a big downside when you're a developer trying to communicate clearly.

“Built for developers”
Pros
Across software development teams, this is pretty much the standard tool especially if you're running a company or just getting one off the ground. It works really well for managing large applications that take weeks or even months to build. It really shines alongside Scrum although Kanban can work too. Our team uses it every day and relies on it heavily. The insights feature is also very useful for figuring out how much work the team can realistically handle which is a big plus.
Cons
One downside is that the interface isn't always very simple. At times even simple actions feel buried or placed in odd spots so there's definitely a learning curve. It's also not something I'd recommend for small or short-term projects because it can become more complicated than necessary. In those cases, Trello is probably worth considering especially since it comes from the same company.

“Knowledge base support”
Pros
It's been useful for tracking software bugs, managing internal escalated support issues and more recently I've started using it to build out an internal knowledge base as well.
Cons
Getting comfortable with all the available options took a while but once I understood what was there, I started to see much more of what the tool could do and the different ways I could apply it.

“Agile tracking”
Pros
Running an agile workflow at our company, this has easily been the best tool for tracking work. A few things I really appreciate are how simple it is to create or edit a ticket and how convenient it is to see everything assigned to me even when it spans multiple projects. Updating ticket status is also very easy and the newer version added more shortcuts which helps a lot. On top of that, comments can be formatted in different ways to make them much clearer and it's useful that links and media can be added directly to ticket descriptions or comments.
Cons
I'm a big fan of it overall. The only part that felt a bit uncomfortable was the recent redesign, where all the ticket details were moved to the right-hand column. Since then, a few things have been harder to locate.

“Flexible reporting”
Pros
The customization and accessibility are excellent. You can build reports around your exact specifications and pull the information you need. Once everything clicks, it becomes very easy to work with.
Cons
Getting started can be pretty challenging because the system feels complicated and somewhat convoluted at first. It takes a fair amount of training and there's definitely an adjustment period especially when you're working across multiple IT platforms.

“Great value”
Pros
It's a great platform and a useful tool overall but being the industry leader with very little competition seems to have led to some corners being cut.
Cons
That same market-leading position, with barely any real competition sometimes makes it feel a bit complacent, like they've started resting on their laurels instead of pushing harder.

“Reliable ticketing”
Pros
Using it is easy and it has really become the go-to standard for ticketing especially in agile software teams.
Cons

“Hard to navigate”
Pros
Packed with functionality, it offers a huge range of features, plenty of integrations and a lot of flexibility in what you can do with it.
Cons
At the same time, having so many possibilities makes it harder to figure out how to actually use the tool and there's very little guidance to help you get oriented. Jumping into another person's instance feels awkward and unnatural, almost like trying to walk around in someone else's shoes.
