“fast setup and integrations”
Pros
One of the best parts is how many tools it integrates with. We got everything set up quickly and had it connected to our other development tools in no time.
Cons
A single view for all tasks assigned to specific team members is still missing and that feels like a pretty basic feature. Right now I have to build filters and save long links just to see that information which should be much quicker to access.

“easy to use”
Pros
Right away, the best part for me was how simple it is to use.
Cons
The biggest downside is the price and negotiating with the manufacturer is really difficult.

“all-in-one project hub”
Pros
Keeping track of work and staying on top of everything is more accessible than ever. It gives me one central place for everything I need to think about each day and after using other tools for project management and SDLC, I honestly haven't seen anything else on the market that compares to it.
Cons
If you're handling a lot of projects at once, the email notifications can start to feel a little spammy.

“helpful time tracking”
Pros
One thing it does really well is helping quantify exactly how much time the team spent on a specific task. It's also very useful for totaling the hours logged by all contributors so you can clearly see the full amount of time invested in a project.
Cons
At the same time, it includes a lot of different features that don't feel essential to the process and they end up getting in the way and making things more confusing. For instance, when creating a new ticket, there's an option to set the priority level but the drop-down also shows random colors and icons next to the labels. It's hard to tell whether those details actually mean something or if they're only there for appearance. On top of that, creating a ticket requires entering the same information repeatedly which feels tedious and wastes time. Parent and child tickets also look very similar visually which makes it harder to quickly check the progress of a specific task.

“great workflow”
Pros
Working in a software development company, we use this with Agile and it has been very helpful for our team. We set up workflows like design, approved, development, approved or design revised, fix the issue, approved which makes it much easier to track both software design and development progress. It helps the team stay aligned, resolve issues faster and deliver the product as quickly as possible while making sure both design and development problems are properly fixed.
Cons
I really haven't come across any downsides with this software. The IT team seems to have built it very well and so far I haven't noticed any drawbacks or issues.

“kanban productivity boost”
Pros
For Agile work, this is one of the best tools out there. The sprint board and Kanban board are both really useful and task management feels very well organized. It's user-friendly overall and gives a very effective way to keep track of work and manage tasks properly.
Cons
A few areas could definitely be improved. One issue is that moving a task from one column to another sometimes throws errors. In many cases the error is technically valid, maybe because a work type was not assigned or some setup was missed earlier. Still, from a user's point of view, that's frustrating. In my case as a software developer, I pick up a task and move it to the Dev in Progress column and only after that it shows an error because some configuration was not completed properly when the sprint started or when the task was created. It makes task movement feel more restricted than it should be. On top of that, the system can become overly complicated and seems to require extra skill to handle. There's also no way to create multiple tasks at once and every single change refreshes the whole screen which slows things down.

“flexible dashboards”
Pros
Using it day to day feels very easy and there's a lot of room to customize it to fit different workflows. It connects with plenty of other applications which makes linking tickets much more convenient. The custom dashboards are also really useful for getting a quick view of current work and anything sitting in the backlog.
Cons
This system can feel a bit slow. The search function and the process of building filters also aren't always very simple so they can take some extra effort to figure out.

“project tracking delight”
Pros
Across several past projects, this tool has been a favorite of mine. Having user stories, bugs and tasks managed all in one place is fantastic. It makes handling the entire project and assigning work to team members really convenient.
Cons
There's not much I dislike about this software, honestly. If I had to point out one thing, it would be the admin side of the design. A lot of the settings feel nested together so finding exactly what you need can be frustrating at times.

“powerful management tools”
Pros
Having project management and planning tools in one place has been a big plus. It helps cover every part of a project, from sprint planning and retrospectives to tracking productivity which makes day-to-day work much more organized.
Cons
They've done a good job improving the speed of the software to keep us as a customer. Before that, handling a large number of tickets at the same time was noticeably slow.

“perfect team hub”
Pros
Running Agile development without this would be hard to picture. It supports my team through the whole workflow, from defining stories and refining them to breaking out tasks, implementing the work and tracking bug fixes. It really acts as the one place that keeps all the different people on the team connected.
Cons
One thing I do appreciate is that the tool is simple which makes it very easy to use. Still, I'd really like to see more AI and built-in intelligence added. For instance, with all the historical data it already has around team velocity, it should be able to forecast team capacity for upcoming sprints. At this point, modern software should offer at least some level of smart functionality and that's something I don't feel is there yet.

“flexible for growth”
Pros
Getting this product up and running was very simple and the implementation process went quickly. It worked well with our existing email and infrastructure and we were able to expand the configuration over time as our needs grew. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fast solution that can scale along with the business.
Cons
I didn't run into any issues at all. The product delivered exactly what was promised and I'd still recommend it to others looking for a fast solution.

“helpful project handling”
Pros
Right from the start, this software feels very user-friendly. The feature set for checking information is really impressive and it does a very good job of keeping track of things. It's also well suited for managing project-related work.
Cons
One area that still needs improvement is issue logging which should be made more user-friendly. The front end could also be clearer and the UI still needs further development.

Pros
One thing that really works well for our organization is the wide range of customization tools it offers. The chat tool integrations are also a big plus since they make responding to issues much more convenient and efficient.
Cons

“strong kanban boards”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels very user-friendly and it comes with several features that make it efficient to monitor the kanban. It also lets us create multiple categorizations which gives a clear and helpful view of the tasks we are handling.
Cons
It is a bit pricey and it would be even better with more customization options.

“workflow boost”
Pros
The mix of simplicity and functionality is what makes this tool work so well. It doesn't take long to understand how everything fits together and once that clicks, the software really delivers on what it promises. I personally rely on the Kanban Board the most and it's been excellent for tracking team activities. It has definitely helped improve productivity on our side.
Cons
Every now and then, when I click a link inside a task, it doesn't open in a new tab and that ends up costing me a bit of time.

“project tracking toolkit”
Pros
Among the best tools I've used for managing tech, design and similar projects. It offers lots of different ways to create tickets and keep track of them throughout the workflow.

“useful plugin support”
Pros
I'm not really a big fan of this tool overall but one thing I do appreciate is that it supports a variety of automation plugins.
Cons
It feels very complex and finding user stories is difficult. I'm also not a fan of the time tracking feature. Creating an issue is simple enough but once it's been created, tracking it afterward becomes frustratingly hard.

“helpful insights”
Pros
Right from the interface, everything feels approachable and packed with useful details. I can quickly check the backlog of tasks, see how many are currently in progress and know which ones have already been completed. The charts created from the tickets I work on also help a lot since they let me track my daily and weekly performance and understand my workload limits better. Because of that, it's much easier to prioritize the most important tasks first.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues with this software.
