“keeps me focused”
Pros
Being able to clearly track the work I've already completed and plan upcoming tasks has made a real difference for me. It's a key part of keeping a project on course and it really helps me stay focused on the right priorities which brings a lot of value.
Cons
Getting everything set up wasn't very easy. It took some time to understand the collaborator permissions and to figure out the best way to organize the project board.

“perfect tool”
Pros
One thing that really works well in this software is how it keeps projects organized and even more than that, how well it connects with other products. I can tie an IT story to a Confluence page and also to Stash and everything stays linked together in a really natural way. When I check code into Stash, the IT story updates automatically which is incredibly useful. That level of visibility across the applications is a big plus for agile teams.
Cons
Setting up projects and making sure all the subtasks are linked correctly can be a bit tedious at times. That said, this is a pretty minor complaint overall.

“helpful file sharing”
Pros
Adding files to a ticket is really convenient since it works with a simple drag-and-drop action. The collaboration tools are also very helpful and work really well.
Cons
Interface looks and feels pretty basic. At times, it takes a bit of searching around to locate certain features.

“clean bug workflow”
Pros
It's really useful for gathering feature requests and bug reports, then sending them to the right team members. The interface is clean and posting new bugs is simple to understand.
Cons
The search feels pretty limited since, from what I've seen, you can't search within tickets themselves. Also, this may be more of a setup problem but as a basic user it's frustrating not being able to view all active requests sometimes.

“great for teams”

Works really well in agile environments for defining user stories, reporting bugs and documenting features.

There are lots of board style options to match different project needs. It's built with agile workflows in mind but it also works well for other approaches.

“helpful tracking but messy files”
Pros
For a maintenance project ticketing system, the most useful part was being able to see creation and resolution dates, know who was involved and tag people when needed.
Cons
One downside was that image uploads took longer than expected. On most threaded platforms, pictures are uploaded directly into the message but here they show up as attachments which can make the whole thread attachment section feel cluttered and confusing.

“simple boards and dashboards”
Pros
Creating issue types, dashboards and boards is pretty easy.
Cons
Setup feels overly complicated and really should have a simpler way to configure it. We also deal with performance limitations which means we can't add new custom fields and building structures is fairly complex too.

“custom workflows and sprints”
Pros
Handling sprint planning is much more convenient now and it covers sprint creation and tracking really well. Backlog tracking is great too and the option to build custom interactive boards for task management is a big plus. I can also create custom dashboards and add extra attributes to tickets, such as checklists which makes it more flexible. The support for tasks and subtasks works well, the architecture is fully customizable and Git commits from Bitbucket can automatically link to a ticket just by including the ticket ID in the commit message. On top of that, the task flow can be customized and it supports different issue types so there's a lot of room to adapt it to different team needs.
Cons
The interface is not very user friendly though. I had to spend a lot of time searching for something as basic as creating a new sprint board. The UI also changes often which makes it harder to stay familiar with where things are. At one point, the create button was shown only as a plus symbol and I actually had to ask others how to create a ticket because I couldn't even tell where the create option was.

“agile task management”
Pros
Works really well with Agile workflows and assigning plus managing tasks is easy. The dashboard is simple to use while still giving enough useful information at a glance.
Cons
A repository sync feature would be a helpful addition and the task dashboard could use more detailed descriptions.

“easy for everyone”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels simple and easy to use. It does a good job of offering features that work well for users at different experience levels, from beginners to more advanced users.
Cons
One frustrating part is that a refresh error can sometimes make you lose your progress. On top of that, leaving a page can also cause whatever you were working on there to disappear.

“great for requirements”
Pros
Across multiple projects, this has been an excellent tool to work with. Features such as recording test cases, epics and stories are really useful and it does a very good job of bringing all project requirements together in one place. It also helps a lot with managing project timelines. I've used it on several projects and it has consistently been a very valuable tool.
Cons
Pricing is a bit on the higher side compared with other tools available in the market. For a small or midsize company, I feel the cost can be difficult to justify or afford.

“clear sprint benefits”
Pros
Using it tickets has been easy and it makes bugs and gaps simple to understand. It also gives management clear visibility to track progress within the sprint. The time tracking feature and priority-based tickets are especially useful.
Cons
Tracking dates in tickets can sometimes be difficult because the information is hard to spot. To get more details, you usually have to check the history. It's also not very convenient to find resolved tickets.

“flexible and usable”
Pros
Since the new UI revamp, the product has become more usable and a lot less frustrating to work with. It's also highly configurable so it can be adjusted pretty well to fit different use cases.
Cons
I occasionally run into issues because the same project template is applied across all projects which doesn't always fit every team's needs.

Pros
It covers pretty much everything you could think of and offers a lot of flexibility, with plenty of room to extend it further.
Cons
In my opinion some of the newer updates seem to have removed bulk actions for certain items which is disappointing. That feature used to save a lot of time when it was available.

“custom cloud setup”
Pros
Choosing the cloud deployment worked out really well for us. The tool could be tailored closely to our process flow and the company's QMS which made it a very good fit. It's also user-friendly and presented in a clear, polished way.
Cons
One downside is how the floating licenses are billed. Once a license is assigned, it gets charged whether that user actually logs in or not so the company can end up paying for users who never even accessed the system.

“kanban with team clarity”
Pros
Rather than sending hundreds of emails back and forth, this tool keeps communication in one place which is a huge advantage. The kanban-style workflow is another big benefit and the range of options for organizing work is really extensive.
Cons
At times, the software feels overly complicated for the user and ends up taking a lot of time. Instead of just getting the task done, you can spend too much time dealing with the formalities.

“great issue tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with the day-to-day problems that come up on our platform is much more manageable with this software. It does a really good job of helping us organize issues, follow them through every stage of work until they're resolved and keep everyone on the team involved with status updates and contributions along the way.
Cons

“helpful project tracking”
Pros
Our external marketing team relied on it to manage requests and projects and it was easy to work with. Keeping track of which project tasks were finished and which ones were still pending was simple and clear.
Cons
It worked but I don't think it was the ideal fit for our particular business case. Most of the other times I've seen it used, it was with development teams tracking product progress. Using it with a marketing team to manage campaigns just wasn't as effective as it could have been.

“workflows for teams”
Pros
Coming into the company as a new user, I started working with a system that had already been in place for years and was mostly used by our application team during development. I ended up customizing a workflow for the Server and Infrastructure Team so they could use it as their project management solution and now it's part of their daily routine for managing projects. The best part is how configurable the software is since it can be adapted to match very specific needs without much trouble.
Cons
Nothing to dislike yet. If I had to point out one thing, I'd say I wish more functionality was included out of the box instead of needing to look for plug-ins to handle certain features.
