handy workflow tracking

Pros

Being able to track my work and move it through each stage of the process is something I really appreciate.

Cons

The feature that bothers me is that tickets aren't organized in priority order.

perfect for collaboration

Pros

This platform works really well for tracking bugs and planning projects. Team collaboration is one of its strongest points and the mobile-friendly interface makes it convenient to use even when away from a desk.

Cons

Getting started can feel a bit challenging for first-time users because the learning curve is somewhat steep. On top of that, the cost can rise pretty quickly for larger teams.

reliable daily tool

Pros

It's part of my everyday work routine and it's been excellent to use. There are also plenty of plugins available which our team relies on regularly.

Cons

During busy periods especially around the end of a sprint when every team jumps in at once, it can slow down a little. Aside from that, it's still a very clean and user-friendly tool.

useful support tools

Pros

Having SQL query support, sub-task options, online assistance and a clear bug posting lifecycle makes this tool really practical to work with.

Cons

The downsides are the slow performance, issue tracking that could be better and a user manual that still needs improvement.

helpful planning

Pros

One thing that really works well here is the user-friendly interface. It's simple to follow what was done and exactly how much time was spent on each task. The estimated time feature is also very useful because it helps plan out the work ahead which comes in super handy.

Cons

A frustrating issue comes up once a user marks a task as solved and then an administrator marks it as resolved, the logged work time can no longer be edited at all. That becomes a real problem if someone makes a typo, like entering 15 hours instead of 1.5 hours because after that there's no way to fix the mistake.

kanban and team stats

Pros

Using the Kanban board has been a really positive experience. It makes team statistics clear at a glance and checking the status of the active sprint is very easy. I also really enjoy how items can be moved around on the board.

Cons

It would be even better if there were a way to track time spent on each item. It should also allow reports to be generated both for individual team members and for the team as a whole.

Great powerhouse

Pros

When it comes to Agile workflows, this feels like the ultimate project management tool. It's a very powerful platform that can handle just about anything you need.

Cons

There are moments when it's tough to figure out because it has so many features. The interface also takes some time to get familiar with.

custom bug visibility

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is the visibility it gives me, along with the option to customize the fields based on each specific bug or issue type.

Cons

I do wish it did a better job of showing progress for tracking purposes and I'd also like the other dashboard features to feel a bit more simple.

network visibility tool

Pros

Our IT team uses this program to keep an eye on the heavy traffic moving across our network. Since we support all kinds of users, from very tech-savvy to those who need a lot more reassurance, it helps us stay on top of user-related problems and has noticeably reduced the number of issues we deal with.

Cons

By design, the interface is limited to a smaller group of users who manage others, each with different levels of access.

my review!!

Pros

As a project management tool, it does a really good job of tracking project status and updates in an agile development setup for both development and QA teams. It's especially useful for raising bugs and keeping track of their status and the Git integration makes it even more convenient for developers to follow work progress and stay aligned.

Cons

Only downside I ran into while using it is the 10 MB file upload limit which makes sharing larger log files difficult.

task tracking toolkit

Pros

Right away, this feels like one of the most advanced task management tools out there. It comes with a lot of useful features for issue tracking and supports different workflows like Scrum, Kanban and more. There's a simpler setup for getting new projects started while also offering the depth needed for more complex ones. One of the biggest advantages is how customizable everything is especially statuses which helps my team shape the process in a way that fits how we actually work.

Cons

API does have a few downsides though. The documentation can be complicated to work through, it lacks support for some major language libraries and there are times when the API feels a bit unstable.

scrum team setup made easy

Pros

Getting started with the setup and drag-and-drop tools felt really practical. It's also helpful that I can add users whenever needed and assign either standard user access or administrative rights. On top of that, it fits in well with the SCRUM approach for managing sprints and epics.

Cons

There's definitely a steep learning curve at the beginning. It works best when users already have some familiarity with Scrum and common project management terminology.

simple setup with filters

Pros

It was very easy to use and integrating it with other software was just as simple. It also comes with a wide range of filters which makes it even more useful.

Cons

The one area that could be better is the overall product design. A few unnecessary elements could be moved around or removed to make the interface cleaner.

workload tracking made simple

Pros

When this software is used the right way, it's incredibly capable. It becomes even more powerful alongside other products and as someone who uses it every day, it makes it simple to stay in touch with developers and the right business teams whenever something needs to be fixed. It also does a really great job of helping track workload and completed work.

Cons

I've noticed that it really depends on being set up properly. You need to get the configuration right and make sure it becomes part of your regular routine. That can be challenging when you're working across multiple systems.

project analysis tools

Pros

Getting around this software is pretty easy and it comes with a wide range of features that really improve how projects are managed. It also lets you run different kinds of project analysis with only a few clicks which saves a lot of time.

Cons

What feels off for me is the email comment notifications, when you open them, they take you to a strange ticket view that's difficult to read.

cool interface and search

Pros

We use it as the ticketing system in our company and the interface is really cool. Searching and filtering tickets is also very fast especially when using keywords.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is having to sign in every day because it does not keep my username and password saved. That may be due to our company's setup though. As a developer, I was also a bit disappointed with the REST API documentation.

flexible ticket tracking

Pros

At work, we rely on this to manage a large volume of technology tickets and it's simple to customize with business-specific fields and the requirements needed to move tickets forward in the process.

Cons

Bigger workflow changes do require someone with some technical know-how and every now and then there are bugs where tickets get stuck and won't move to the next step in the workflow.

planning boards that help

Pros

This platform feels like a mix of Slack and Trello which made it familiar right away. The feature I got the most value from was the Board view. It works a lot like a visual calendar, where tasks can be assigned to different team members and it reminded me a lot of Trello in a good way. There's also a ton of extra functionality packed in which is excellent if you're willing to spend some time getting past the steeper learning curve.

Cons

One part that slowed me down was how tough it felt to create an item or "ticket" in some cases. The process isn't as easy as I expected and I ended up entering everything through the backlog tab. I really wish it were simpler to add items directly on the board or calendar with drag-and-drop especially since being able to see the other scheduled items at the same time would make planning much more practical.

structured but cluttered

Pros

It provides a well-structured system for agile development.

Cons

Using the interface can be really frustrating because it feels overly complicated. That may be tied to its attempt to stay un-opinionated as a tool for agile development. The "Create > Story" modal is a good example, our team usually works with only about five story stages at a time yet the modal includes many more. Because of that, it takes extra effort to locate the options we actually use.
