“workflows with integrations”
Pros
Managing tasks, assignments and progress is much more easy with this tool especially because there are so many customization options and different ways to view tasks and boards. It works well with Kanban, Scrum and other workflow methods and those setups can be adjusted to match what a team actually needs. The integrations are also very useful, particularly with Slack and other products like Bitbucket and Confluence.
Cons
Getting from one board to another can be confusing at times. The screen can also feel cluttered because too many icons and symbols appear at once which makes the interface less user-friendly. Another limitation is the lack of support for assigning a single task to multiple users.

“feature-rich boards”
Pros
Packed with features, this software can be customized to fit the needs of most projects. It also includes templates for popular frameworks like Kanban which makes getting boards up and running quick and easy.
Cons
Right out of the box, the software is already very capable and customization can make it even more powerful. That said, setting up those customizations is fairly tough and takes more effort than it should.

“productivity boost”
Pros
Building the platform around Agile really gives it an advantage. It has helped developers and testers become more productive, makes it simpler to prioritize work and also lets teams track the time spent on each task effectively.
Cons
Getting the integrations set up is somewhat complicated and new users usually need a bit of time before they feel comfortable with it. The interface can also be confusing at first so understanding the full tool can take some effort.

“helpful tracking but poor search”
Pros
It's a really useful tool for keeping track of tasks, bugs and the progress of different projects.
Cons
Biggest downside is the search performance. Finding anything just by searching text strings is almost impossible.

“daily team tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with the team's day-to-day progress is very easy and the platform is really simple to use overall.

The interface could use a few tweaks in usability to improve the overall look and feel.

“excellent planning tools”
Pros
After 15+ years working as both a software engineer and project manager, I've used this platform from the user side as well as the admin side. Its project planning and tracking capabilities are excellent and the visual task timelines are especially useful. I'd strongly recommend it for any IT development project.
Cons
One thing that could make it even better is broader notification support. In addition to email and phone alerts, it would be helpful if it also worked with popular messaging apps like Telegram, WhatsApp, Messenger and similar services.

“reports and progress tracking”
Pros
One thing that matters most in project status is having great reports and being able to track each individual resource and task clearly and this software handles both of those really well.
Cons
Because I haven't worked with many other project tracking tools, I can't really point to anything missing in it at this stage.

“project management powerhouse”
Pros
Project management feels genuinely flexible here and the toolkit available for developers is really comprehensive. The deployment options give plenty of freedom and the level of connectivity across systems is outstanding.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any downsides with this so far. Nothing comes to mind as a con at the moment.

“reliable bug tracking”
Pros
Our developer suggested using it and it's been an excellent place to track bugs and updates. It's also really helpful that we can go back and review bug history from the past two years whenever needed.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about. It does exactly what we need it to do. Since I'm just using it day to day and not working as a power user or admin, I honestly don't have anything negative to point out.

“great for daily projects”
Pros
Across our two-week sprints, this has been the tool I rely on for daily work and my teams have stuck with it for quite a while as well. Even though we don't follow Agile to the letter, we've continued using this software for all kinds of projects we manage day to day.
Cons
The one thing I'd really like to see is the plug-ins being free to install.

“stories and tracking done right”
Pros
This works really well for writing epics, features and user stories for business requirements. The dashboard is helpful for keeping track of the progress of each user story and the burndown chart makes it easier to see how much work is still left before the end date.
Cons
It is missing quite a few features though. For example, there is no strong way to trace defects back to a user story, support multiple users working on the same story or track different kinds of estimates for a single user story.

“outstanding kanban boards”
Pros
After trying a range of Kanban and Scrum tools, this one still stands above the rest in terms of functionality. The way it presents bugs, stories and other work items is very clear and well organized. Customizing projects, setting up boards and modifying workflows is easy. The Kanban features are especially strong and it also connects well with Git, Salesforce and other third-party platforms. On top of that, the time tracking and management tools are very useful.
Cons
Biggest downside is the licensing cost which is quite high. Add-ons are also expensive and when an add-on license expires, getting it reactivated can take a long time.

“easy ticket submission”
Pros
Getting the very basic tasks done, like entering a ticket, is pretty easy. At the same time, the fact that I still can't tell how to follow a ticket's progress says a lot about how poorly the interface is designed. Our developers seem happy with it though since they have no interest in switching. One thing I do appreciate is that the people and process fields are already pre-populated which makes submitting requests quicker.
Cons
Interface is awful. It feels very outdated and overly technical but somehow it's still really difficult to find your way around.

“organized workflows”
Pros
One thing that keeps me using it is how consistently it improves and seems to respond to user feedback which is really helpful. It does a very good job of keeping engineering and product management projects organized. Everyone can follow the process flow clearly and there are plenty of settings you can adjust to match the way your team works. Being able to combine or separate boards is useful for visibility and the filters are excellent when you need to narrow things down to specific tickets. Tagging team members is also a big help because it makes it much harder for anyone to miss an update or task.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve and it takes some time to get comfortable with everything it can do. The upside is that the more you work in it, the more natural it becomes. At times though, it feels like there is almost too much functionality which can make things feel layered and a bit confusing. There also used to be an issue where work could be lost if it was not saved often although that seems to have improved since autosave now works more reliably most of the time. One area that still causes problems is when two people edit the same ticket description at once because whoever saves last ends up overwriting the other person's changes. That means teams need to communicate clearly to avoid losing edits.

“task and bug tracking”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits for my team is being able to depend on this tool for tracking tasks and keeping up with their status. It also works well for us as a bug log which makes it even more useful in our day-to-day work.
Cons
Connecting it with other comparable tools like WorkFront feels more complicated than it should be. I really wish these vendors would coordinate better so companies wouldn't have to rely on third-party integration services just to make their systems work together. A shared data framework would make a lot more sense, letting each platform focus on its own UI and features instead of turning integration into such a hassle.

Pros
Keeping tasks updated is easy and it's really helpful to have a clear view of the entire team's workload and schedule in one place.

“easy task sharing”
Pros
Right from the start, this software has been very simple to use and genuinely user friendly. It lets you share daily assignments with coworkers without any hassle. Since I do freelance work in addition to my company job, I use it with both clients and coworkers to assign their weekly tasks. That helps me keep track of their progress and see whether they're actively working or making headway on specific items.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about this software. It has worked really well for me and has been a helpful tool throughout my career.

“release labels that help”
Pros
Every new task, bug or ticket comes with a labeling feature and that has been really useful for organizing and filtering work properly for each release.
Cons
Dashboard page still can't be customized the way users may need each time. Also, the graphs on the dashboard don't update dynamically based on the scheduled periodic GET.
