“versatile collaboration hub”
Pros
One thing that really keeps me using this software is how many features it offers. It works well as a work management tool and I've used it in all kinds of situations, from test case management to agile software development. It has been a very helpful program for working with colleagues and it has also served as a central place for coding-related collaboration.
Cons
Feature I'm not happy with is the pricing. I would prefer it if the software were free instead of costing as much as it does especially because there were times during my educational journey when paying that amount was difficult for me financially.

“Perfect ticketing and reporting”
Pros
Getting started with it was easy and training other employees didn't take much effort since they picked it up pretty quickly. We used it for our ticketing system and it really helped the company keep track of assigned items. It also gave us a reporting setup to review that data which was something we weren't capturing before.
Cons
A few fields and options aren't very simple to change or customize. It does have some limitations but overall they haven't been too much of a problem.

“planning with integrations”
Pros
Being an Atlassian product, it's a very powerful platform. The way it handles tasks, epics, stories and bugs works really well and even someone new can quickly create items and assign them to the right people. It's also a great planning tool for projects of any size. Another big plus is the number of integrations and add-ons it supports which makes it possible to manage work through third-party apps too. I connected it with a Slack channel and could keep up with activities without having to open the tool itself. Time tracking is available as well and managing work through Kanban boards is another feature that's been very useful.
Cons
One challenge came up because the project I'm on is very complex. With so many tasks, stories and bugs loaded onto the Kanban board, my browser would sometimes crash. After archiving items we no longer needed on the board, that problem was resolved. Other than that, I haven't run into any additional issues so far.

“custom reports and visuals”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about this product is how well it can be tailored to fit the specific company you work with. The visual graphics are clear and easy to understand, the interface feels user-friendly and the reporting feature provides plenty of detail.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints. The program covers everything I need.

“simple scrum workflow”
Pros
Right away, this tool felt very user-friendly and made task management much more efficient for our team. We use it within our Scrum process, creating tickets every two weeks for the work that needs to be completed. Our project owner sets up the tickets or tasks and then the Scrum master reviews and prioritizes them alongside the team based on business value and development complexity. From there, everyone can move through the assigned work and simply drag and drop tickets between buckets to keep the whole team updated virtually, such as from to do, to in development, to UAT in progress, to hypercare and finally to deployed.
Cons
I do not have any negative feedback about this product. It feels extremely simple, completely meets our business needs and also looks very polished and visually appealing.

“screen sharing bonus”
Pros
It's been really useful for collaborating with coworkers especially when we need to review an important document together on screen. The virtual whiteboard is also a helpful feature because it makes it easier to explain things visually with diagrams or sketches. I also appreciate that other attendees can be given access to share their screens and the chat option in Webex works well for both group conversations and private messages. Recording meetings is another big plus since I can go back and watch them later when needed. On top of that, I can join sessions using either a cellular connection or Wi-Fi which gives me a lot of flexibility.
Cons
One limitation is that I'm not able to connect through the Chrome browser although it does work without any issues on Internet Explorer.

“convenient team workflows”
Pros
It handles every kind of Agile project, whether it's Scrum, Kanban or Scaled Agile. The standout advantage is the flexibility to build your own workflows based on your specific needs which really gives it an edge. It's also very user-friendly especially for managing QA Agile projects.
Cons
I've been happy with almost everything, from setting up dashboards to using the different reports. Two features, in particular, stand out compared with other tools, the freedom to design your own workflow and the strong QA project flow and overall handling.

“custom dashboards users love”
Pros
The customizable dashboards are a big plus because each user can arrange the software to show exactly the information they want to see.

“great ALM replacement”
Pros
Being freeware is a big plus and the customization options are flexible enough to adapt it to different team needs. It works really well as a replacement for HP-ALM especially for handling defects, requirements or user stories and test cases in one place. Managing all of that feels practical and organized.
Cons
A few things still need improvement. Searching test executions by an exact date like today is not easy since you have to rely on > or < operators which feels like a defect. Defects also can't be linked to multiple EPICs and there's no direct RTM report available. On top of that, users need to understand queries to use it effectively and performance can sometimes be an issue.

“teamwork and kanban visibility”
Pros
Working with this tool has been a big advantage especially in a team setting. The integrations with platforms like Bitbucket and Slack add a lot of value as well. It helps me organize and plan tasks properly since I can create tickets with all kinds of content, including text and media, connect related tickets and assign issues to other people. Everything feels much more structured because of that. The Kanban feature is also a favorite of mine because it gives a clear visual view of ticket statuses.
Cons
Because it offers so many features, getting started can feel a bit confusing and overwhelming at first. On the positive side, the documentation is kept up to date regularly and the online community is there to help when needed.

“task tracking for teams”
Pros
Keeping track of the project development phase is where this application really delivers. Creating smaller project tasks takes very little effort and assigning them to team members is easy. Team members can update their own task status and the different stages, such as created, pending, work in progress, completed and delayed, make progress very clear. The person who creates the tasks can also assign roles to the team members who are allowed to update them. Because of that, a manager can quickly review tasks to check the overall project status and also spot which team members are not performing well during the project.
Cons
It would be even better if the software included more features especially graphical views for tasks and team member performance. That would help managers identify overperformers and underperformers on the team more quickly and clearly.

“custom workflows with detail”
Pros
The way this is set up works really well for our team. There are plenty of options to tailor the workflow around the organization's needs which makes it feel flexible instead of limited. I also appreciate that each ticket kind of stands on its own and you can drill down into almost any detail you might need without much limitation.
Cons
At times, the interface feels a little janky, for lack of a better word. One thing that stands out is how my view and scroll position do not always stay where I need them after I move a ticket or create a new one. For instance, if I move a ticket into the done column, the page jumps to where the ticket lands even though that is not always helpful for what I am trying to do. The backlog view can also be a bit awkward to manage at times although after using it for a while I have gotten used to how it behaves. These are fairly minor annoyances though and nothing major overall.

“better communication overall”
Pros
It does a really good job of improving communication across cross-functional teams around projects, issues and current-quarter initiatives.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the automated messaging. It would help if the user's message appeared in a different color so it's clearer who is speaking and the actual message stands out more.

“workflow powerhouse”
Pros
A few things really stood out to me in a very positive way, the mobile board works well, the color-based status tracking with accurate percentages is helpful and the customizable workflow module is very effective. I also appreciate the quick task preview from the dashboard, the ability to search with filters and the handy '@' mention feature for pulling in users fast. Query handling and filtering are well done, cloning tasks is simpler and linking or referencing items is very convenient. On top of that, it comes with several built-in report options like bar charts and pie charts, plus flexible Kanban and Agile boards. The plugin support is extensive too, including integrations like GitHub, Bitbucket and Zendesk. From the admin side, configuring development tools such as .NET, setting up mail options, accessing detailed audit logs and using the issue watch list are all features I value a lot.
Cons
Sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered because there is so much packed into the dashboard. Other than that, I really do not have any major complaints and a lot depends on how the features are used within a project.

“perfect boards and workflows”
Pros
When the workflows are set up thoughtfully and the team is intentional about actually using it, this turns into a really strong project management tool. It offers a lot of different ways to visualize tasks and updating task status is fairly easy especially from the scrum or kanban boards. The reporting is also pretty decent overall.
Cons
Because the platform is so customizable, it can also lead to processes that become too complicated, incomplete or just not well matched to what you need. When the setup isn't done properly, the overall experience suffers and getting the team to fully adopt the product can become a challenge.

“helpful ticket updates”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most is being able to clearly track the status of a request since the support team keeps the ticket updated all the time. On top of that, everything stays stored in the software so there's no need for the user to save the ticket locally on their computer. It's also worth mentioning that when a request is missing details, the team handling it can leave comments directly on the ticket to clear up questions and avoid misunderstandings.
Cons
Only issue I've run into is that I wasn't able to upload multiple files to a ticket or even a single file if it was too large.
