“service desk powerhouse”
Pros
This has been a really versatile, multipurpose software tool for us. We rely on it to manage all of our changes as well as our service desk issues. It's fairly easy to use and it's capable of doing a lot.
Cons
Most difficult part was getting everything set up at the beginning and working through the design and implementation of the workflows.

“reporting and GUI tools”
Pros
Interface works really well and being able to generate different kinds of reports is a big plus.
Cons
One thing I'd change is the newer project setup which used card points instead of estimated time.

“easy setup”
Pros
Using this tool feels easy and it offers a good level of customization to fit different needs.
Cons
It would be even better if there were a more organized way to store test cases and rerun them for each sprint.

“customization and support”
Pros
The interface feels clean and well organized and the level of customization is honestly outstanding. Having a full API gives me a lot of flexibility to connect it with other tools in different ways which has been a big advantage. The mobile app is great too and whenever I've needed help, customer support has been excellent.
Cons
It can feel a bit heavy for the average user especially if someone doesn't need all the depth it offers. The site also slows down at times since it's fairly large and relies on a lot of JavaScript.

“sprint visibility boost”
Pros
Working with different teams is much more efficient because we can create tickets and keep everything organized in one place which makes progress much easier to follow. It also supports project management really well since a lead or manager can clearly monitor how work is moving within a sprint or any assigned timeframe.
Cons
At this point, I honestly haven't come across anything about the software that I dislike.

“planning that delivers”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about this software is the agile project management tools built into the platform. They make planning and tracking much more organized and they help users get work done faster.
Cons
The part I like least is that there isn't free access to all features and functions when working with a team of up to 20 people since that requires a premium plan. Still, it does offer a free option for around 10 users which is still quite useful.

“story tracking workflow”
Pros
Creating stories with this tool has been very convenient and it does a good job of letting me follow the progress of each story assigned to team members as well as the overall sprint progress.
Cons
Sometimes I run into issues when trying to mark a story as done for resources or when applying custom filters. The filters only work if the exact keyword is used, instead of offering predefined filter values.

“task tracking hub”
Pros
Across our whole company, this is the platform everyone relies on daily. Creating tickets, assigning them to teammates, using tags and notifications and keeping tasks organized all works really well. It's incredibly helpful for making sure nothing slips through the cracks and honestly it feels like one of the best project management tools available.
Cons
One thing that still bothers me is that it's less simple than it should be. I'm not sure why it misses the mark on this. A good example is trying to pull up a basic list of tickets I've created for other people so I can quickly check project status. Every time, I end up clicking through several pages and views just to get there. That really feels like something that should be much more visible and front-and-center.

“tracking and reporting”
Pros
A few parts of this tool work really well. 1. Issue tracking and management, tickets are simple to follow and manage. 2. Configurable dashboard with widgets, the dashboard gives a single view that shows the overall status of the project clearly. 3. Reporting, generating reports is easy which is a real benefit for project managers. 4. Scrum and Kanban boards, the boards are clear, easy to understand and helpful for tracking progress. 5. Plugin support, it also supports plugins which adds flexibility.
Cons
One downside is that the newer version has a more complicated software design than the older one. The previous version felt more user-friendly overall.

“helpful for training”
Pros
It's been a really useful tool for training new hires and it gives them a place to look up information either during downtime or quickly while they're on the job.
Cons
I do feel the interface could be more user-friendly and the design could look a bit more polished but overall it still does what it's supposed to do.

“agile dashboards”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is the dashboard feature which is really useful for project work. It lets us build our own dashboards and keep an eye on project events and overall progress in one place. The structure for Epics, Stories, enhancements and bugs is clearly laid out which makes tracking work much more organized. I also appreciate that the workflow is already defined but can still be adjusted to match the needs of a specific project. It's especially valuable for Agile teams since it helps monitor sprint status, backlogs and ongoing progress effectively.
Cons
At times, the platform becomes quite slow and it can even crash when several tabs are open at the same time.

“organized task tracking”
Pros
Assigning work to teammates and keeping everything recorded in an organized list has been really useful. When you're juggling several projects at once, trying to manage every task through email becomes difficult fast. This helps solve that by offering issue tracking and task assignment features so users can stay updated at every stage. It's a very productive tool and keeps things manageable.
Cons
Personally, there isn't much I dislike about this software. Honestly, it's a great product and very simple to use.

“project tracking dashboard”
Pros
It does a really helpful job of connecting activities and tools so my projects turn out better. The dashboard also keeps me updated on everything happening in the project which is very useful. One of the best parts of this software is that it lets us clearly highlight the progress of our work.
Cons
I am not very good with diagrams but in this software the diagram feature makes it simple to spot where the error or problem is.

“customization for growth”
Pros
Among the products I've used, this one stands out for how customizable and feature-rich it is. I was consistently able to configure it around my team's specific needs and it feels especially well suited for mid-sized and larger organizations.
Cons
That flexibility can come with a learning curve. Customization and configuration can be tricky in certain situations, the platform is quite extensive and it usually takes a while to get everything fully set up. A few operations also feel more complicated than they really need to be.

“bug reporting bridge”
Pros
This software has been really useful for what it's meant to do. For my team and me, it works as a great link between Technical Support and Quality Assurance and we used it to send issues over to our QA department.
Cons
Since I only used it about once a week for reporting bugs, I didn't run into any problems with it.

“workflows and integrations”
Pros
After more than six years of using it at work, it has consistently been a very capable tool with a strong set of features. One thing that really helps is being able to customize workflows for each project depending on the team involved so the system fits the way we work instead of forcing us to adjust to it. We also used it together with Confluence and that connection was especially useful for our team because we could write meeting minutes in Confluence and turn the tasks mentioned there into IT tasks right away. On top of that, it comes with plenty of integrations and extra features that can be added based on what a project needs. The user permission settings are also very flexible which has been valuable for us since some of our clients are quite technical and we can give them board access to follow progress directly.
Cons
Since I wasn't the person who originally set everything up even though I had admin rights, it was sometimes difficult to figure out where certain things should go or where specific settings could be changed. There were also moments when I simply didn't realize that some functions were available at all ,D

“story tracking made easy”
Pros
Keeping track of all the storylines that need to be completed is really useful with this tool. The interface is easy and it doesn't take much time to understand how everything works.
Cons
At times, managing tasks and stories inside Epics can be a bit awkward especially because there's extra work involved in filling in the status boxes for each one. The application also lacks a dedicated space to write acceptance criteria or specific sprint details. Another limitation is that stories we no longer need cannot be deleted.

“fast tickets and delegation”
Pros
One thing that really works well in this software is how tasks can be assigned to the right party instead of sending everything to everyone. It's simple to use, tickets come through very quickly and it cuts out a lot of the repeated back-and-forth conversations.
Cons
The downside is the lack of customization. It would be much more useful if notification alerts could be chosen for specific tickets instead of applying to all tickets.

Pros
It gave us the complete feature set and flexibility we needed for Agile development and it helped coordinate the work of multiple teams handling different parts of the deliverables, from server-side systems to mobile devices and even embedded platforms.
Cons
