“reliable issue tracking”
Pros
Issue tracking is where this software really shines. It's one of the better tools I've used for keeping track of issues and managing them properly until they're resolved and maintaining everything is quite easy.
Cons
Getting started was challenging at first because some of the features felt complex and took time to understand.

“simple and flexible tool”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform felt simple and easy to use which made the overall experience very positive. It works especially well for organizations and the customization options make it adaptable to different needs.
Cons
A few features aren't very obvious at first. For example, it's not immediately clear how to highlight a name for notifications and adding people to tickets feels a bit roundabout.

“agile testing companion”
Pros
Really user-friendly and easy to work with. It's one of the best tools available for agile teams and the Xray feature is especially useful for uploading test cases.
Cons
One frustration is that labels can't be deleted so the list keeps getting longer over time. It also doesn't allow downloading more than 1,000 records and it isn't compatible with Internet Explorer.

“built for tech teams”
Pros
This project management tool really feels tailored to tech companies. Task assignment and overall project coordination work especially well for software engineers and UI designers.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve and it wasn't the easiest to use at first though I also didn't spend as much time with it as some of my coworkers did.

“dashboards and issue tracking”
Pros
The parts that stand out most to me are the dashboards, the ability to track and trace issues clearly and having a single view where all stories, tasks and issues are available in one place. That combined visibility makes day-to-day work much better and keeps everything organized.
Cons
Sometimes the templates feel a bit clumsy and some other features, such as customizing options within projects, could be more refined.

“all-in-one hub”
Pros
Having everything bundled into one platform is a big plus. It comes with a ton of features so there's no need to juggle different tools for tracking work, communicating and sharing project information. Everything can be handled in one place.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve at the beginning. Some functions aren't immediately obvious and it takes some digging through the platform to figure out where certain features are and how to use them.

“bug tracking and updates”
Pros
It works a lot like Trello so managing software status feels familiar and easy. Keeping up with bugs and issues is simple and assigning them to team members is useful since they get notified by email right away.
Cons
One downside is that it's on a paid plan while Trello offers a free option. There's also a bit of a learning curve at the beginning if you're coming from Trello and the permissions need to be configured carefully because otherwise you can end up blocked from actions you'd normally expect to have access to.

“transparent planning win”
Pros
Running our agile marketing process with this software has been very easy. The visibility it gives our team has made it much easier to manage capacity and scale when needed and the overall usability has been a big plus.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints. It was quick for our team to learn and we were able to get everything up and running in very little time.

“helpful support but awkward updates”

“reliable with updates”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that the service is consistently available, backed by strong support and a wide range of features. The developers also keep improving it by rolling out new features on a regular basis.
Cons
The pricing is definitely on the higher side. On top of that, the documentation could be clearer because it isn't very easy to read.

“agile management powerhouse”
Pros
It covers just about every part of agile which makes it really useful for managing software development projects built around agile practices. The sprint board, user stories, bugs, epics, plus the wide range of filtering and reporting features give teams a lot to work with. It also handles projects of different sizes and timelines well even over long periods and it has been a huge help in keeping project work organized and under control.
Cons
At times, ticket loading can be slow and the interface does not always render quickly enough for people to keep working efficiently. The advanced filtering option can also be difficult for non-technical users to understand and use properly.

“organized tracking system”
Pros
Everything stays organized, tracked and accounted for so nothing slips through the cracks. It lets you connect issues based on their relationships, break larger tasks into subissues that need to be completed to finish the parent issue and update and monitor statuses along the way. It also integrates well with other software so data can be pushed into it and pulled back out without much trouble.
Cons
Only thing that could be a little better is the responsiveness. It's not bad by any means but it doesn't feel fully real-time, for example, when I edit a filter, it usually takes a second before the results refresh.

“sprint and task tracking”
Pros
It handles the core project work exactly the way it should, tasks, bugs and features can all be managed in one place. You can assign them to sprints and the team keeps those sprints updated day by day as work moves along. On top of that, the team lead has a clear way to track progress and keep deadlines under control.
Cons
Downside is that most of the valuable functionality here can also be found in much cheaper tools and sometimes even in free options. Because of that, we're currently exploring other packages to see whether they can cover our needs at a lower cost.

“adaptable for any workflow”
Pros
Nearly every part of it can be adjusted to fit your specific needs so there's a lot of flexibility in how you set things up.
Cons
Even with all that customization some features users have been asking for over the years still haven't been updated and in some cases you need paid add-ons to get the functionality you want.

“task alerts that help”
Pros
Keeping up with every task is much more accurate with this tool and it makes it simple to document the details and share them with staff. The email notifications and push alerts through the app are especially useful.
Cons
Using authentication with different accounts on the same computer can be inconvenient. It also requires extra steps when a manager is handling work for multiple clients.
