clear project visibility

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of this product is how simply it lets teams present their projects and keep everyone informed about what's happening in the day-to-day delivery work.

Cons

At the beginning, the interface feels pretty confusing and it takes a while to get comfortable with all the features available when building a roadmap.

backlog control win

Pros

Right away, this tool helped me keep pending work organized by setting up filters and similar views which makes it much easier to follow the tasks, bugs and epics I'm handling. The backlog area is especially helpful for seeing what's still waiting so I can judge whether it makes sense to pick up an additional task or not. On top of that, the interface feels very simple and the comments section works really well for discussing specific tasks with the rest of the team. It also integrates really well with Bitbucket and Jenkins which is useful for keeping an eye on builds, code reviews and related work.

Cons

The only real downside is that while the filters are very helpful, they can be a little hard for beginners to configure at first. Other than that, it's an excellent tool.

development workflow boost

Pros

Using this software has been very easy and the custom workflows do an excellent job of helping manage software development.

Cons

It would help a lot if they added a few more features especially better time reporting to make project time management easier.

Organized issue tracking but process complexity

Pros

It's a great way to create tickets for our development team and keeps that process organized.

Cons

Every ticket seemed to require way too much information which made the whole workflow feel inefficient.

highly adaptable platform

Pros

One of the biggest strengths is how adaptable it is. Being able to set up multiple projects, boards and separate workflows, whether they're simple or more advanced, makes it a really good fit for all kinds of needs.

Cons

Because it offers so many configuration options some parts of the interface can feel a bit complicated at times.

cluttered but useful

Pros

Once you save a specific report as a bookmark, getting a list of the tickets you've submitted is fairly easy and you can sort them by status, most recently updated, created date and similar fields. It's also convenient to copy a ticket link and drop it into an email, Slack message, Git PR or wherever else you need to share it.

Cons

Sometimes the ticket page feels more like an airplane cockpit than a simple interface because of how many buttons, controls and actions are packed into one screen. It really seems like there should be a more aligned way to design a ticketing system.

project billing hub

Pros

The project management features are really impressive and help keep projects organized and running efficiently. User management is another strong part of the software and it's set up in a very effective way without being hard to implement. Billing management also deserves a mention because it presents all billing activity clearly and gives it a polished, well-structured look.

Cons

One thing still missing is a project roadmap with a progress graph which is something available in Rally.

internal ticketing win

Pros

Our team has our ticketing system built around this platform and we use it to send internal requests to different departments. It handles that process really well and has been dependable for our needs.

Cons

I haven't used it heavily enough to point to anything specific that I dislike. Up to this point, my experience with it has been positive and pleasant.

works for any team

Pros

Its flexibility and customization make it a strong fit for pretty much any organization. If you've worked in software development before, there's a good chance you've already come across it.

Cons

That same level of customization can make it tough to get started right away. Even though it includes out-of-the-box setup options, if you're choosing this tool, it's probably because you already know your organization needs something more tailored to make the process work. It can definitely handle that but expect to spend a few days learning how to configure it properly.

workflow alerts that help

Pros

It helps a lot with organizing the workflow by letting us create guides, sprints and issue tickets in one place. The notification system is one of the best parts and keeps everything on track.

Cons

Platform works quickly and each action button is genuinely useful. Search, Bitbucket integration, the assignment system, Confluence flow and separate project issues all add a lot of value.

collaboration that works

Pros

Compared with other project management tools, this one feels exceptionally capable. The interface is thoughtfully designed so moving through tasks and sprints is very easy. Team collaboration becomes much more convenient and it works well for all kinds of users. It supports both SCRUM and Kanban, offers extensive customization and almost every detail can be configured. The marketplace add-ons are genuinely useful and its high availability is another big advantage since it rarely, if ever, goes down.

Cons

Biggest downside is the cost which is quite high and can put it out of reach for smaller businesses even if the feature set helps justify it. Since nearly everything is configurable, the initial setup can also become complicated and challenging for administrators.

Pros

There's a lot of depth to it which makes it possible to add plenty of information to a project. It also helps that you can group it with other related projects so keeping associated work together feels very organized.

Cons

The interface wasn't quite as user-friendly as I expected. At times, it was difficult to locate a task I had already created which made navigation a bit frustrating.

agile workflow success

Pros

After months of trying to organize jobs and keep up with incoming work, this finally brought everything together for us. Our team was hesitant about switching to an Agile approach at first but the platform made that transition feel very natural. It covers so much that we've actually retired several other tools because this one handles it all.

Cons

Flexibility in customization and setup is impressive but getting your projects and boards configured exactly the way you want can take a bit of effort.

trusted project tracker

Pros

Across our team, this is a widely used project management and task assignment tool. We rely on it to track and assign every project task from start to finish and it lets us set alerts and due dates so nothing gets missed.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any downsides, the software does exactly what it's supposed to do.

team-friendly platform

Pros

The interface feels simple and easy so getting started doesn't take much effort. It works especially well when a large team doesn't need to be brought together in one place. You can also set up multiple environments which is really useful and having a mobile version available makes it even more convenient to use.

Cons

There aren't many real issues to mention. At times, new users may feel a bit confused while learning how to use it but since it's been around for a long time, there are plenty of tutorials available to help.

Pros

From the moment I started using it, I was genuinely impressed by how many different types of users can rely on this tool for all kinds of needs. On top of that, I haven't heard any complaints from people as they began working with it which says a lot about how well it fits into different workflows.

Cons

Haven't run into any usability issues myself although I do know the pricing can be pretty high for smaller companies.

agile planning leader

Pros

Across bug tracking and agile project management, this stands out as an excellent tool. It works especially well when multiple teams are involved, with plenty of integrations that help product strategy, product design and product development collaborate in one place and improve overall project execution. Each team can keep up with its own milestones, deliverables and tasks through the filter and search features which makes organization much easier. If your team follows Agile Scrum, the custom views are particularly useful for daily standups because you can focus only on the relevant task issues instead of everything at once. That makes those quick ten-minute meetings more efficient and saves time. On top of that, features like due date notifications, assignment management, labels, priority levels and epic links add a lot of value by clearly showing user stories and project progress. For teams using Kanban, the Kanban boards are another strong point and it is helpful that you can choose which features to show or hide for other members. The platform is highly flexible, supports backlog management well and adapts to different frameworks. Sprint planning, sprint releases and history organization are all handled in a very structured way. Overall, it can fit almost any kind of project management need and the available customer support is genuinely useful.

Cons

At a more detailed level, there are still some weak spots. When managing workflow for a specific task, customizing columns can be difficult. The system tends to show every column in a single static-style view without scrolling which forces the columns to become narrow and the text smaller making things harder to read at times. Since scrolling is not available, everything has to fit into one browser screen and that limits usability. Pricing is another major concern. It is expensive and clearly better suited to large enterprises while many small businesses may find it too costly to justify. Limited user access adds another layer of difficulty for smaller companies as well. There is also a trade-off between usability and efficiency because users need a great understanding of the navigation and customization options before they can really make the tool work effectively for project management. Customer support is helpful but having to pay extra for it is another downside. Right now, the biggest issues are price, customization limitations and the learning curve around ease of use.

workflow integration hub

Pros

The latest versions come with a nice, user-friendly interface. It's very capable for managing permits and building workflows and there's a wide selection of plugins available to extend its functionality. The option to create blackboards is useful and the connection with other applications is a big advantage. It also includes an API that helps with setting up automations.

Cons

Getting started takes time because the learning curve is quite steep. Permission management is also very complex and the per-user pricing is on the expensive side.
