“friendly ticketing system”
Pros
The interface is really well designed and makes day-to-day work through the ticketing system much more manageable. Assigning users and handling tickets is easy which helps get tasks completed efficiently.
Cons
Installation and updates feel a bit complicated and could be simpler to handle.

“modern agile platform”
Pros
One of the best things about it is how it helps development teams build a modern agile software stack. It gives the team a way to bring their ideas and concerns together and turn them into a well-managed plan.
Cons
There's definitely a steep learning curve at the beginning but once you get comfortable with it, it creates an ideal working environment. I'd recommend talking to someone who has already implemented it with their team so you can get useful advice.

“branch workflow advantage”
Pros
Creating a branch straight from an issue in my repo is incredibly convenient. That feature is awesome and it also gives me the Git command right away so I can check out the new branch from my terminal without any extra steps.
Cons
Email notifications keep arriving all the time. It's not really a bad thing but it can get a bit distracting now and then.

“development tracking win”
Pros
Using it has been easy and it does a good job of tracking the full software development process from analysis and design through development and deployment.
Cons
It works well for the development team but it is not especially effective for the support team.

“epic workflow management”
Pros
One of the best parts of this software is how much you can tailor across different areas of the application. The dashboard/homepage can be personalized to highlight the information that matters most to you and project or ticket creation can also be configured in detail, including which fields appear or stay hidden based on other conditions within that specific project or ticket. I'm also a big fan of the "Epic" feature that was added somewhat recently since it makes it much easier to group tickets under larger, higher-level projects.
Cons
There isn't a lot to complain about overall but one issue that has been frustrating since the recent interface update is the bugs around adding or downloading attachments in tickets. Quite often, I end up using the "use old interface" option just to finish what I need to do. The new interface has been available for quite a while now, probably at least six months and I still haven't noticed any meaningful fixes or improvements in that area.

“issue tracking made simple”
Pros
We rely on it to track, store and organize all of our client issues, hot fixes and escalations. It's very simple to navigate and keep updated.
Cons
Although the platform can occasionally feel sluggish, it remains a reliable solution that helps our services teams effectively manage some of our most important and business-critical issues.

“project management hub”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how capable this software feels when it comes to tracking, analyzing and supporting strong project and process management. It gives the impression of being a very powerful tool for keeping work organized and moving in the right direction.
Cons
There does seem to be a bit of a hurdle when it comes to getting the most out of some of the more advanced features. I also have some concerns about team adoption since it can occasionally be frustrating to pinpoint the most important information and tools within the platform.

“automation boost”
Pros
One of the strongest things about this tool is that it lets non-business users submit tickets and then automatically gives the right team clear visibility into them. That automation makes the whole process much more effective.
Cons
Getting started with the software can be a bit complicated at first. It feels like a more advanced version of Basecamp. Still, once you understand how the system works, it performs really well across all parts of the company.

“team collaboration favorite”
Pros
Really useful for collaborative work, keeping track of initiatives and sharing requirements and documentation. I mostly relied on it to pass requirements along to other teams.
Cons
UX still has room for improvement and a few user-friendly features feel like they're missing. It's also not especially strong when it comes to graphic design.

“enterprise ticketing solution”
Pros
Across a few different use cases, I've mainly relied on it as a ticketing system for large technical projects. At the end of the day, it does exactly what it's built to do. That said, it's also the kind of platform where you can get buried in the details unless you're already a power user. The tickets themselves are only as useful as the person putting them together and handling tracking, assignment, creation and closure more or less calls for someone dedicated who really knows the software. That's not a knock against it, just something worth understanding before you jump in.
Cons
The learning curve is pretty steep which can make it tough for less technical users. I also ran into times when the notifications weren't as accurate or timely as they should have been.

“integration with limits”
Pros
It's a great tool for project management. It isn't free but it comes with a wide range of features and plenty of plugins to connect with other systems such as Slack, Jenkins and Cucumber.
Cons
Since the recent ITcloud release, I've been running into some performance issues. I'm also not a fan of the new board approach and it seems like some useful functionality was removed.

“tracking project progress”
Pros
Keeping projects on track with this has been excellent and the Slack integration makes it simple to send updates to the team without any friction.
Cons
Since I only used it as part of my company, I wasn't the one paying for it but I regularly heard complaints about the pricing and that usually came up as a concern.

“features that deliver”
Pros
Right away, the amount of functionality in this tool stood out to me. It handles a lot and it played a key role in the success of many of our projects. We also had it deeply integrated into our clients' software development life cycle which made it even more valuable.
Cons
Because the platform is so broad and feature-rich, it does require some upfront onboarding before teams can really get the most out of it and set projects up for success.

“versatile work platform”
Pros
Packed with features, this system feels well designed and highly flexible. With the right setup, it can even work really well as a project management tool. It also connects with a range of other platforms which makes integrations feel convenient.
Cons
The interface can be a bit confusing when it comes to both layout and functionality. And if you're using it as a database, there's a limit to how many layers or relationships you can build.

“task cloning made easy”
Pros
Cloning existing tasks is a really convenient feature and it makes organizing day-to-day work much more manageable. The customizable graphs on the home page are also a nice addition because they give a clear view of the team's status.
Cons
One issue is that labels sometimes don't carry over when tasks are cloned from others. Also, the dashboards can be a bit slow to load which affects overall responsiveness.

“workflow control hub”
Pros
Keeping up with daily tasks and coordinating projects with team members feels very easy with this tool. It also helps a lot when it comes to organizing and prioritizing the day's workload which makes regular work much more manageable.
Cons
The licensing cost is a little on the expensive side and many plugins that are important for our work are not included for free. We have to pay extra to access and use those plugins.

“great for kanban and confluence”
Pros
Easy to use tool!! The integration with VSTS makes it really useful for feeding user stories and tasks directly into the workflow. The Kanban board works very well and Confluence is a strong addition for managing knowledge, storing documentation and keeping information organized in one place like a database.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost which is very high especially with the per-user licensing model. It also takes a lot of team training before everyone can use it properly and get the most out of it.

“reliable issue management”
Pros
Having both ticketing and project management in one system makes it really useful for tracking client issues while also planning project work. The platform has been extremely reliable with a very high uptime rate. Its search function is helpful for looking up past issues which gives valuable historical context and keeps project and issue documentation accessible. Setup and maintenance have been easy and there are plenty of reporting features to monitor issue volume, issue age and how many tickets each user has closed.
Cons
There honestly haven't been many problems with the software. On the rare occasions we did run into something, the support team responded quickly and resolved it without much trouble.

“steep learning curve”
Pros
Having this software in place let our team keep track of active work and share files across different teams which was definitely helpful even though the platform itself felt quite complex.
Cons
Getting comfortable with this software took a lot of effort for a team that had never worked with a tool like this before. Even people who had used other project management platforms still struggled to learn it and the workflows just don't feel simple.
