Management that delivers

Pros

Managing projects is one of this software's strongest points. It has made every project at my job much simpler to plan organize and develop.

Cons

Price is quite high and it really seems to be something only companies can afford to get.

Custom workflows and visibility

Pros

One thing that really works well here is how customizable it is to fit different team needs. You can build custom workflows that align closely with the way a company already operates which makes the tool feel much more practical. After spending a little time with it, the interface becomes simple and even enjoyable to use. The release tab is also a valuable feature because it gives a complete overview of the project which is very helpful when you need a broad assessment of overall progress.

Cons

The biggest downside is the cost. Since it is paid software with monthly or yearly subscription charges, it may not be the best option for small startups working with limited budgets. As the number of users grows, the pricing becomes even more expensive so other project management tools may make more sense for smaller teams. Another weak point is the search experience because finding a specific issue can be difficult and the issue tracking feature clearly needs improvement.

Scrum tracking success

Pros

After using it for several years to manage our product backlog, it has proven to be a really practical way to follow sprint progress and completion within Scrum. Setting up projects is easy and it makes it simple to see how many stories are still in the queue. Creating sub-tasks inside each story is also very manageable which helps developers stay on top of everything that needs to be finished before a task can be closed.

Cons

Getting comfortable with all of the features takes time because the learning curve is fairly steep. You can manage well enough with the core functions but there is a lot more built into the platform than it first appears.

Clear progress visuals

Pros

Having used it for years, I still enjoy working with it. It makes it simple to monitor progress, keep track of resources and the tickets assigned to them and view everything in a much more visual way. Approaching deadlines, completed work and the amount still pending are all displayed clearly through helpful graphics.

Cons

It's honestly hard for me to point out anything I like least about this software because I've been very happy with it overall.

Scrum and kanban visibility

Pros

Among the scrum tools I've used, this is one of the best for managing agile workflows with the team. The team management features and Kanban board work really well and the reports and charts give clear, useful visualization of progress.

Cons

The search results are not always accurate and the UI still has room for improvement.

Organized boards and teamwork

Pros

The layout feels very well organized and the UX is simple and easy to use. Being able to customize the board makes managing tasks really uncomplicated and gives a much better visual view of what the team is working on.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't run into any issues. It's been a really positive experience overall.

Effortless project oversight

Pros

Keeping track of every client project has become much more organized with this tool. We use it to capture all the projects currently running for each client and it clearly helps us separate brand-new projects from enhancements to existing ones. It also lets us track how many interfaces need to be designed for each project which is very useful. On top of that, we can create subtasks for configuration, deployment and release activities and easily see the current status of each task. It has really helped me manage and capture all the active client projects in one place.

Cons

I haven't run into any problems with this tool. It has made my day-to-day work much easier when handling regular tasks and I would definitely recommend it to organizations looking to implement something like this.

Flexible, fast and stable

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is how flexible the platform is. It feels like I can tailor it in almost any way I need which makes a huge difference. I also really appreciate the speed and on top of that, it has been very stable in day-to-day use.

Cons

There is one drawback although it is not exactly a flaw in the software itself. Because it is packed with features, the learning curve can be pretty steep. On top of that, having so many options at nearly every step means you need very tight oversight, great naming conventions and consistent organization. If those things are not handled properly, it can feel like information gets missed.

Project tracking win

Pros

The platform is extremely flexible and offers a lot of customization. Keeping track of project progress and seeing exactly who is handling which tasks is very easy.

Cons

Managing the admin side is quite challenging. User permissions across roles, boards, projects and other areas can get confusing and it doesn't always support the kinds of boards we need to build.

Agile teamwork success

Pros

One thing that really stands out to me in this tool is how well it supports collaboration. A user can create a story and assign it to a developer, then the developer can pass it to the tester and even back to the user when needed. That workflow makes it very practical for teams and helps a lot when following agile methodologies. It also offers some very useful extra features especially for teams that want to work with a BDD approach and build test cases during the prototype and development stages although those come at an additional cost.

Cons

Downside is the pricing because it feels a little expensive. On top of that, if you want to include features that are pretty important for improving the development process, like BDD-related functionality, you have to pay extra for them.

All-in-one tracking hub

Pros

Having one centralized place for the development and QA teams makes a big difference. On the development side, it helps us keep epics, features, stories and tasks all documented in one system. The integration with third-party tools like Git is also really valuable. Since everything lives in a single place, there's no need to waste time chasing teammates for details because the information is already there. It also lets us build charts to monitor team velocity, create sprints and use sprint boards to stay on top of progress. Another helpful part is that when a developer opens a merge request, the details can be viewed directly as long as the right plugin is configured. From the QA perspective, it's useful for reviewing feature, story and epic details, creating issues and linking them back to the related story and staying directly connected with the development team.

Cons

Only downside shows up when there's a very large number of projects, epics, stories or issues in the system. At that point, it can slow down quite a bit and sometimes pages take several minutes to load.

Reliable ticketing standard

Pros

This has been the standard tool across our organization for a long time now and it has become our default solution for ticketing. Even our development team uses it as part of their development platform so it's clearly well integrated into our day-to-day work.

Cons

There really aren't many downsides from our side. That said, interface could definitely use some improvement and we don't seem to get updates very often.

Boards and reporting

Pros

There's a lot of room to tailor it to your own workflow, with plenty of filters, reports and graphs to work with. It also includes Kanban boards and Sprint boards which is really useful for Agile teams.

Filters could use clearer explanations and be simpler to set up.

High adoption and ease

Pros

Right from the start, the platform feels very user-friendly and simple. Business users can get comfortable with it quickly and it's simple enough to teach in about an hour. Because of that, adoption across users tends to be very high.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much to criticize. It's a top-notch product overall.

Powerful and user-friendly

Pros

It's a very powerful and flexible tool while still being quite simple to use. It can handle sophisticated tasks without making things difficult for users.

Cons

It's a paid product and can get pretty expensive. Its flexibility can also feel overwhelming to some people and if it's not managed well, it can make processes more bureaucratic than they need to be.

Feature-rich ticket management

Pros

Our team uses it as a support management platform to handle tickets, SLAs, proposals and agreements. It's a comprehensive, feature-packed tool built around scrum and kanban workflows. It's fairly easy to work with and it gives users clear visibility into the entire issue lifecycle, from the moment something is raised through to final resolution.

Cons

Because it's cloud-based, it depends on having a constant internet connection and the mobile app can be a little awkward to use while on the move. The interface could also be improved to feel more simple and user-friendly.

Fantastic task cards

Pros

Managing projects with this tool has been genuinely wonderful. It helps a lot with handling different tasks and workflows and the card feature is especially worth mentioning because it makes tasks much easier to visualize and move toward completion. On top of that, it does an excellent job of keeping everyone on track, improving communication significantly and making sure all our tasks stay well organized.

Cons

Honestly, I do not have any specific complaints about this product. It performs exceptionally well, has made my work much easier and my experience with it has been entirely positive. At this point, there is really nothing negative for me to mention.
