“Agile visibility success”
Pros
From planning and development to testing and release delivery, this platform keeps the whole agile workflow organized really well. It brings strong visibility across the team which is especially helpful when people are working remotely and the integrations with many useful tools make it even more practical in day-to-day use.
Cons
Getting it set up can be a little challenging for someone who is completely new to this area although there are tutorials available to help. One more thing is that it takes consistent individual effort to keep the items and entities inside it properly maintained.

“Huge development boost”
Pros
It has made a massive difference in our development process, honestly, it's hard to overstate how much it has improved the way we work.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints. I've been very happy with it especially with how well it integrates with Team Support.

“Project management options”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility when it comes to managing projects and the platform is very user-friendly overall.
Cons
At times, you have to add a plugin for pretty basic functionality and the learning curve can feel steep at the beginning.

“great for planning with learning curve”
Pros
This works really well for companies with multiple departments or moving parts handling different responsibilities. You can build a plan for each person, lay everything out clearly and have them mark tasks off as they complete them.
Cons
A few of the settings felt confusing at certain times and it does take a bit of time to fully get comfortable using it.

As a project management tool, this works well and gives the team a reliable way to collaborate. Keeping track of projects is easy and overall it does a good job.

“Metrics and integrations”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits for our team is being able to clearly see the metrics behind every request or job inside our proprietary analytics platform. It also offers strong integration options and data feeds for other software which has been really useful. On top of that, it turns project progress and success from something that used to feel very subjective into measurable, more concrete numbers.
Cons
It can feel a bit complex for smaller teams or companies without much technical background. Having some kind of tech department definitely makes setup easier and helps you get the full value out of the platform.

“Workflow integrations”
Pros
What I like about this tool is the ability to build custom workflows, along with a huge range of integrations and plenty of third-party plugins. The API is great and well documented and we were able to connect it to our internal ERP in less than a week. Custom fields in tickets are also very useful and add a lot of flexibility.
Cons
On the downside, our developers don't really enjoy working with it because they find it too complex and a bit slow. The latest redesign did make the interface cleaner which helped somewhat but changing an existing workflow is still quite complicated.

“Organized tracking hub”
Pros
This is the main software we rely on at work for managing projects and day-to-day tasks. We use it for bug reports, requests coming in from other teams and general work logging. The Epic > Story > Task > Subtask hierarchy works really well when you need to keep everything structured and properly nested. Being able to link related tasks is also very helpful for connecting work across different projects and boards. Overall, the features are strong and there are plenty of useful ways to track project progress.
Cons
It can feel pretty overwhelming at the beginning if you have never used it before. The first time I logged in and looked around, all the naming conventions, labels and task types were a bit hard to make sense of. I'd definitely suggest going through the official guide and checking the forums when you're getting started.

“Fast and secure backlog”
Pros
Creating user stories and tasks, then assigning them to development sprints, is pretty easy. It runs quickly, feels secure and I rely on it to manage my organization's product backlog and development work.
Cons
Building dashboards isn't very easy and pulling information quickly can be a bit difficult.

“Roadmaps and epics shine”
Pros
The roadmap feature has been really useful and connecting stories to epics is very easy.
Cons
The way stories and subtasks are shown isn't my favorite. Because each one appears as a separate item, it makes the workload look much bigger than it actually is instead of feeling like smaller parts of a larger story.

“Top tracking choice”
Pros
Across different platforms, it runs well and all of our browsers work without any problems. It's one of the best project management tools I've used and it's widely adopted by companies to keep their projects organized and on track.
Cons
One thing that needs improvement is task deletion. Right now, there isn't a proper delete option and the only choice is to close the task. At the very least, owners at the user level should have access to a delete feature.

“All-in-one booking favorite”
Pros
Using this feels very easy and it puts everything I need in one place. Once it's part of the workflow, there's really no need to rely on other tools.
Cons
The admin side could be simplified or a few more functions could be added directly into the app.

“Centralized ticket alignment”
Pros
Having one shared ticketing system across the company has been really helpful. It keeps everything in one place and being able to tag or @mention coworkers directly in a ticket makes collaboration much faster. I also really appreciate the option to add or link a ticket to a Confluence page since it helps connect issues with the right documentation and context.
Cons
I find it difficult to locate and keep track of its tickets within the platform especially the ones I have created. Monitoring how long a ticket has been open can also be challenging. In addition, the lack of integration with Outlook and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a limitation.

“Project alerts and tracking”
Pros
Working in an agile setup, this has become one of the more well-known tools people use today. It does a good job of tracking project progress and showing which tasks have been assigned to each person. There's also less need to keep asking others about assignments since notifications appear on the screen as soon as you log in.
Cons
A lot of people still aren't very familiar with it so it would help to offer a guided tour right at the beginning. The interface could also use some improvements.

“Deployment flexibility”
Pros
One of the best parts of this tool is how well it connects with other products. It has given our team the flexibility to track software projects with as much detail or as little structure as we need. Another big advantage is that we were able to set up a local installation on our own server which made updates incredibly fast. I'd strongly recommend that approach for any software team.
Cons
The downside is that the software is not especially simple and comes with a fairly steep learning curve when you're trying to understand all of its features and complexities. It's definitely not the best fit for people who have very limited software experience.

“simple agile support”
Pros
Right from the start, the user experience feels very convenient. Out of the box, it works really well and supports a range of agile processes in a way that feels natural and simple. I've also heard that extending the product is quite easy which adds to its appeal.
Cons
There's really nothing negative that stands out in the product as delivered. The only issue I noticed was with some of the in-house customizations which seemed to make the supported processes less effective than they should have been.

“Flexible project control”
Pros
It gives you control over pretty much every part of a project and the platform is both powerful and highly flexible.
Cons
App pricing setup is absurd. It automatically charges based on your largest tier so if you have 10 users in IT Software, 1,000 in IT CORE and only want an app or plugin for Software, you still get billed for all 1,000. That's ridiculous.

“Team integration success”
Pros
One of the things I absolutely love about this software is how well it connects work across different teams especially when it comes to documentation. Being able to track exactly where each project stands in its completion cycle is a major advantage.
