“Cross-team monitoring”
Pros
Working as a Business Analyst, I consider this one of the best tools for keeping track of everything. It covers the full workflow, from user stories to QA testing, all within the same platform. Since everything is part of the tool, anyone with access can easily follow and track whatever they need.
Cons
My only real issue with it is the interface. Personally, I'm not a fan of how it looks or feels.

“Awesome code collaboration”
Pros
The interface looks fantastic and the collaboration features are easily the strongest part of this tool. Our team had been searching for a great way to keep an eye on our code and this has really helped. Now we can submit change requests when a bug shows up and follow the issue all the way through until it gets resolved.
Cons
One thing missing is a cloud backup option. Other than that, the overall functionality has been really strong and being able to review fixes along with the dates helps the team stay aligned and focused on goals.

“Process tracking and kanban”
Pros
It has improved our business process management and tracking quite a bit and we also use its Kanban board to support our Scrum workflow.
Cons
The Kanban setup works well for our Scrum process, the defect tracking is useful and it also connects with our other QA tool, TestRail, without much trouble for test case management.

“Integrations and customization”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how well it connects with other products especially the wiki. It also plugs into a wide range of tools like Microsoft Teams, Hipchat, ITSM platforms and plenty of others which makes it very flexible. On top of that, the level of customization is impressive.
Cons
Because it can be configured in so many different ways, it really needs clear guidelines and standards in place for people to work with it effectively.

“Highly configurable platform”
Pros
It can be configured in almost countless ways to match the needs of just about any project team.
Cons
From the perspective of an end user, navigating a complicated project structure can be challenging. Adding a keyword search feature would make the tool even better.

“Kanban visibility and planning”
Pros
As a QA Lead, this gives me the insight I need to decide where to allocate resources for the biggest impact. The Kanban boards and swim lanes are easily my favorite feature because they provide much better visibility into what's actually happening day to day.
Cons
The platform offers a lot of control over what you can view and which statuses you can use to track projects but that flexibility can also feel a bit overwhelming. There are so many options and multiple ways to accomplish the same task that it takes time to sort through it all. Overall, that level of control is valuable but you really need to invest time in learning the system before setting it up for your company.

“simple project visibility”
Pros
Keeping track of everything active across our projects is really easy with this software. As a project manager, being able to check a project's status at a glance makes a huge difference. The interface feels very simple overall and assigning tasks to different people is simple within the platform. The access permission flexibility is another feature I really appreciate especially when collaborating with both team members and clients on the same projects.
Cons
My only real complaint is that I wish every business I work with used this software. After getting used to it, managing projects without it just feels like an unnecessary hassle.

“Versatile ticket search”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is the variety of ways available to search for tickets which is extremely useful. On top of that even the small but important details, like being able to paste from the clipboard into comments, are handled very well and make daily use much more convenient.
Cons
A feature I still miss is the ability to choose specific tickets tied to my notifications and have them appear on the main opening page. For example, if I'm getting comment notifications on a certain ticket, I'd want the option to pin or display that ticket right on the front page.

“Development tracking success”
Pros
Keeping the development process organized is one of the best parts of using it. It also makes it simple to monitor the status of tickets assigned to other team members which helps a lot with team coordination.
Cons
One thing missing is a way to view previously completed tickets so we can look back at work that has already been done.

“Works for every workflow”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how adaptable it is. We use it for tracking promotional asset creation and inventory, managing development priorities, reporting bugs and more. It works well across a wide range of needs and can be set up to support many different workflows.
Cons
The mobile app isn't my favorite part of the platform. It feels a bit limited right now and I'd like to see more functionality added to make it more useful.

“Communication customization”
Pros
A really effective way for development and other teams to stay aligned and understand what's happening across the product ecosystem. It also offers plenty of functionality for setting up communication in a more tailored, customized way.
Cons
Getting started can feel a bit confusing for first-time users and we did need to provide some extra training for our team. That said, it ended up being worth the effort because once people understood how it works, it became simple to use.

“Kanban with strong tracking”
Pros
Having a simple Kanban board built in is a big plus since the team doesn't have to learn an entirely new way of working. At the same time, the bug and feature tracking, along with support for Epics and User Stories, make collaboration and accountability much stronger than with many other tools.
Cons
The one drawback is that teams are often coming from a completely free tool before switching to this. It offers a lot more power but it can take a while to persuade team members that moving to a paid platform is worth it.

“Excellent for agile teams”
Pros
When a project or company works in an Agile way, this software feels like a very strong match. From what I can tell, you may need to purchase the full product suite to get true end-to-end integration although I'm not completely certain about that. There is a bit of a learning curve but the available documentation and videos make it much easier to get up to speed.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve and you need a great understanding of Agile to get the most complete use out of the software.

“great for filters and customization”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the ability to connect related issues across tasks which makes tracking work much clearer. There are also tons of customization options so many that I still feel like I haven't explored everything yet. The Hiptest integration is another feature I appreciate and the available filters are genuinely useful for narrowing things down quickly.
Cons
At times, the formatting breaks when I submit a task or bug description which can be frustrating. I'd also really like the option to move multiple tasks at the same time to another column instead of handling them one by one.

“Agile releases and tracking”
Pros
This software works really well as a powerful project management tool for planning, tracking and managing the agile software development lifecycle. Its scalable collaborative workflow makes it possible to customize the lifecycle based on what each product needs. Issue tracking can be prioritized according to release importance which helps a lot when handling critical work. The release dashboard is also very useful for monitoring the status of a sprint or version. We've even tailored the workflow for some new projects to support delivery of sanitized code. On top of that, the Bamboo integration is helpful because it keeps the build status visible at all times.
Cons
One area that could be improved is the way configuration permissions are managed and assigned since the process could use more simplification. Self-managed hosting also requires extra attention and adds to the cost which is why cloud-based hosting is usually the better option for users who have a leased internet line.

“Helpful issue tracking but cluttered navigation”
Pros
Having a tool like this in a company makes perfect sense. It does a really good job of reporting bugs, flagging problems that need extra attention and keeping a record of the issues that come up during day-to-day work. One part I personally appreciated was how simple it was to sort solved and unsolved items which ended up making it much easier for others to spot repeated problems later on. This is one of those systems my company relies on constantly and honestly could not go without. The most useful feature to me is being able to look back through reports from years ago and still find relevant issue history which helps anyone on the team track down a solution when the same problem comes back.
Cons
A big frustration is how often I have to use the three icons on the right side just to get to issues reported by my teammates. That takes up a huge portion of my day because I am constantly switching back and forth between searching their reports and monitoring my own. I also really do not enjoy how previously opened tasks pile up across the top of the screen, all cramped together and making the workspace feel cluttered.

“Agile tracking that delivers”
Pros
Working with this platform has been a really positive experience for handling issues and improvements. What I appreciate most is that every action taken on a ticket is recorded so it's always clear whether someone is actively working on it and what updates have been made. It's also highly customizable to fit the needs of different teams or businesses. On top of that, it supports Agile workflows, lets you export data on completed work and team velocity without hassle and I haven't run into any problems with storage.
Cons
Pricey!! Not a good option for small companies.

“Ticket tracking powerhouse”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is how versatile the platform feels. It makes it simple to assign tickets to the right team member, keep track of each ticket's status, add comments when needed, tag people so they get notified and use Confluence to document business requirements.
Cons
The downside is that configuration and permission setup can be pretty time-consuming and whenever permissions need to be changed, I usually have to contact the admin to get it updated.
