“Clear deliverables and visibility”

Pros

Since we rolled it out across our organization, productivity has definitely gone up. It gives everyone a clear view of their responsibilities on a project and makes progress tracking much more easy.

Cons

A few features can feel a bit unclear at first but it becomes much easier to understand once you spend some time with it. Considering how feature-rich the tool is, that feels fairly reasonable.

“Project integrations”

Pros

It's been extremely helpful throughout the entire project development process especially because of its versatile integrations.

Cons

I'd still love to see more free plugins added, particularly for the cloud version.

“Workflow and integration flexibility”

Pros

One thing I really appreciated was how configurable it is with the different workflows and screen schemes so you can set it up pretty much however you want. That said, to fully customize everything, you do need a great understanding of how the backend is structured. The add-ons and Slack integrations are also a big plus. It works especially well when someone has already handled the initial setup for you.

Cons

Getting into the backend for a custom setup takes quite a bit of trial, research and learning before you can even start building a tailored workflow for a project. It's not the simplest tool to tweak or customize right away. Luckily, there are some helpful tutorials online that make the process more manageable. It's definitely powerful but you have to invest a lot of upfront time to really understand all the customization options.

Packed with functionality, this software can be incredibly powerful.

Cons

With so many features included, navigating it can feel confusing at times.

“simple for work and personal use”

Pros

The UI and UX are really well done and it's simple for just about anyone to get started with. I use it for both personal and business needs especially since I run my own IT setup.

Cons

One downside is that it still isn't widely used and a lot of people don't really know about it yet.

Getting started with this was simple from installation through configuration. Everything feels well organized and handling bulk searches is very easy.

Cons

As more updates have been released, the earlier issues have been resolved and it now runs flawlessly.

The configurability is a big plus and the advanced search functionality is especially useful. It's also fairly easy to use overall.

At times, new updates have caused regressions that affect usability or make the system feel less responsive.

Pros

Keeping projects organized is much easier with this tool. The agile ticketing system works really well and helps move projects forward efficiently. Communication is simpler and it saves a lot of time during day-to-day work.

Cons

The interface can be a bit difficult to deal with especially when it comes to permission schemes.

Pros

Submitting requests across different departments is really easy and hassle-free.

Cons

I do wish there were a clearer way to check who's assigned to my requests or at least receive an email update about it.

Pros

Keeping tabs on task progress and issue status works really well and the management side of it is great too.

Cons

One frustrating part is that cloning the default filter from a closed project into a new one is difficult.

It offers a wide range of features and functionality that support the needs of engineering, product and customer support teams really well.

Cons

There's a slight learning curve at the beginning and the interface could look a bit more polished.

“Flexible sprint tracking”

Pros

Getting this set up the way we needed was pretty easy. We were able to create sprints and iterations without much trouble and tracking user stories and bugs worked really well for our team.

Cons

One limitation was the lack of integrations with other tools we use, such as ZenDesk and TestRail.

“Useful charts and workflows”

Pros

Creating projects and issues is pretty easy and it lets us include all the relevant fields in the issue scheme. Setting up workflow schemes for projects is also simple. The best part is the reporting since we can build different pie and bar charts to track open issues or visualize results based on the filters created for those charts.

Cons

Whenever a new feature gets added to the tool, it can be hard to figure out how to use it because the dashboard doesn't provide quick pop-up guidance. It would be much better to have small pop-up change notes or tips that explain new features right away.

“Project planning simplified”

Pros

Since rolling it out to my team, planning projects and keeping track of priorities has become much more easy.

Cons

There are moments when switching between screens feels a little slow but it's only a minor issue.

“Deep workflow customization”

Pros

Right away, this feels like a powerful and highly adaptable workflow platform. It gives you the ability to customize nearly every part of a project which makes it especially valuable when you need the tool to fit specific processes instead of forcing your team into a limited setup.

Cons

Add-on marketplace definitely expands what the platform can do but not everything you might need is available there and many of the add-ons come at an extra cost. On top of that, getting truly deep customization out of the product usually means having some coding knowledge. The interface is also very broad, with layers of settings and options that are not always simple to navigate. One frustrating part is that support sometimes responds with suggestions along the lines of, "you can modify the base code but that isn't officially supported." For a product at this price point something as basic as adding a message to a login screen really should be built in and officially supported but it isn't.

Pros

It works well for maintaining code when multiple teams are collaborating on the same source code.

Cons

It would be better if updating access rights were improved especially when it comes to setting user-specific permissions.

Pros

It's a very powerful tool and it also offers a lot of customization options.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is that clicking on text automatically puts it into edit mode.

“Scrum tracking dashboards”

Pros

The dashboards and reports are the most valuable part of this tool. I use it at the project level and it gives a clear and concise view of the work completed and the user stories still remaining especially since we have multiple scrum teams involved in the project.

Cons

It already offers several charts and dashboards but it would be even more useful to have one that can forecast the likelihood of completing a sprint on time based on the scrum team's past performance.

“Task assignment and sprint success”

Pros

Assigning tasks feels really easy with this tool. It also does a fantastic job of letting me assign tickets to users, build a backlog organize a sprint and keep everything neatly structured. It's amazing!

Cons

I don't have any drawbacks to mention. I really love this software!

“Excellent for dev testing”

Pros

This is an excellent tool to use for software development and testing projects across virtually any industry.

Cons

Nothing to point out here since I haven't run into any downsides with this tool, it has performed excellently throughout.
