“Reliable test reports”
Pros
It lets me capture everything I need and I can generate reports for my test reporting without any trouble.
Cons
Only thing I've been trying to do lately is generate LOE (Level of Effort) but I wasn't able to do that. After looking it up online, I found out I'd need to add a plugin.

“simple mobile experience”
Pros
The mobile app feels very simple and the layout makes ticket details quick to scan and read at a glance. Overall, it has a pleasant interface to work with.
Cons
Downside is that the mobile app still doesn't offer enough features compared with the web version so it ends up being more useful for checking information than actually getting work done.

“Agile team workflows”
Pros
It's a complete solution for team-based software development. You can build custom workflows to keep processes on track and connect it with your other applications. It also makes working with Agile much simpler.
Cons
More advanced setup can take quite a bit of time.

“Cleaner interface and workflow”
Pros
At my new company, we use a different system and I definitely miss this one. It was more pleasant to look at and much simpler to use than the other options I've worked with.
Cons
Add-on marketplace was pricey and it was also missing a few of the add-ons I really wanted to have available.

“Highly adaptable platform”

Nearly every part of the platform can be customized which is a huge advantage.

SaaS version differs quite a bit from other versions I've seen so migrating isn't as easy as it could be.

“Service desk transformation”
Pros
Standout feature for us has been the Service Desk add-on. It has made our internal issue resolution process much more manageable and it lets us follow an issue across multiple departments, projects and sprints without losing visibility. The level of customization is also impressive when it comes to workflows, issue types and similar settings. With a skilled IT administrator in place, you can really make it do just about anything.
Cons
Because we use the on-prem version, a few challenges come with that setup especially since things can break pretty easily if you're not careful. I've heard a lot of positive feedback about the Cloud version and while it wasn't the right fit for what we needed, it does seem to offer better support along with some add-ons that aren't really possible to replicate with the on-prem option.

“Backlog management across projects”
Pros
Managing tasks through backlogs across multiple projects feels very practical. It handles a large number of projects well and pulling reports from all of them is easy and convenient.
Cons
A few features aren't as simple as they seem like they should be. There are also occasional random bugs which can get frustrating when using it several times throughout the day.

“Reliable tracking with detailed fields”
Pros
The interface isn't the flashiest but it absolutely does what it's supposed to do. It offers plenty of fields to capture all kinds of information in a ticket, whether you're logging a bug or submitting an enhancement request. Downtime was rare and the search function generally worked well when trying to find what I needed.
Cons
I'm not sure whether the ticket layout can be customized but there were quite a few default fields that we never used and couldn't remove. That made the pages feel cluttered since you had to scroll past a lot of sections just to figure out which ones actually mattered. There were also too many ticket categories to choose from so without very clear internal rules about what belongs where, a lot of time ended up going into reassigning tickets, editing them and explaining categorization decisions instead of actually fixing the issue.

“Flexible project setup”
Pros
It's a very detailed project management platform that helps align products and workflows. It also makes it easier to organize distributed teams into the right areas so information can be shared properly. With so many configuration options, you can build out projects in a way that gives each team member the information they actually need. The real key is making sure it's set up correctly from the beginning.
Cons
Getting started can be a bit difficult at first. Even though the user experience is fairly drag-and-drop, the back-end structure is what really determines whether the tool works well. I've noticed that only a small number of people naturally think through task flow well enough to configure it properly from the start.

“Project planning hub”
Pros
This tool gives teams a great way to build project roadmaps and keep track of everything currently in progress. The project board comes with a drag-and-drop setup which makes it practical to organize each project detail without too much hassle. It also includes tools for creating user stories and issues, planning sprints and assigning work across the team. On top of that, users can pull in information from thousands of business apps, including design, monitoring source code and productivity tools.
Cons
It is not free software and although the platform is extremely detailed, that same level of depth can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming and tough to work through.

“Issue tracking that works”
Pros
Raising and managing issues is very easy and keeping up with every reported issue is simple. It also gives a clear way to show work progress and once the task is finished, you can close the issue right there. That makes the whole workflow feel organized and practical.
Cons
The UI can feel a bit confusing at times especially at first. Still, with regular use it becomes more familiar and easier to navigate. Overall, the experience has been good.

“Agile tracking that delivers”
Pros
Every day, this software helps us run and keep track of our Agile and Scrum workflows at the office. It plays a central role in how we implement the process and monitor progress across the team.
Cons
Sometimes the interface can feel a bit sluggish although that may be tied more to our on-premise physical servers than to the software itself.

“great project management”
Pros
When it comes to running development projects, this really feels like the benchmark. It follows agile methodology closely and does an excellent job supporting that kind of workflow.
Cons
Getting started takes some time because there's definitely a learning curve. On top of that, once everything is configured and the process is already in motion making changes can be difficult.

“Flexible task tracking”
Pros
With agile and development teams in mind, this product offers a lot of flexibility. Creating items for tasks, questions and bugs is easy and assigning them to people or adding deadlines is even simpler which helps keep work organized.
Cons
Getting started and setting everything up looks fairly simple at first but the platform feels packed with far more capability than you can realistically use without proper training. It probably has hundreds of tools worth taking advantage of yet without specific guidance, it is hard to know what they are or how to turn them on.

“Agile collaboration support”
Pros
Working with this tool has been really helpful especially in Agile and Scrum environments. Accessing it is easy which makes it one of the better tools of its kind. Since our team is spread across different locations, it does a good job of keeping everyone aligned and making sure the work stays on track.
Cons
