Tracking and team planning

Pros

Across our teams, we rely on it for both software issue tracking and release planning. Because we support multiple branches, setting up separate projects and adding the right users through SSO was very easy. It works well for creating issues, assigning work and following fixes through completion. We've also built custom dashboards to match our kanban workflow which has been really useful. Features such as sprints and epics are already built into the system and the wiki has helped us keep content organized across all of our divisions.

Cons

Being a SaaS platform, it does go down from time to time because of service outages. That said, support is usually fast when it comes to getting things back up. The interface can also be a bit confusing at times and a more logical flow would make it easier to navigate. Search is another weak spot since it relies on a specific syntax so finding what you need is not always simple and takes some learning.

Well-organized issue tracking

Pros

One thing this software does really well is let you raise issues and assign them to any member of the team without much hassle. The interface is simple to work with and the icons are arranged clearly and in an organized way which makes everything easier to navigate.

Cons

At the beginning, it can be a little confusing for new users. It would be better if there were tutorial videos available to help beginners get comfortable with it faster.

Confusing and resource-heavy

Pros

It comes packed with just about every feature you could imagine in an application built to manage agile teams.

Cons

All of those features end up making it difficult to use. There always seem to be at least three different ways to do the same thing and it's never clear which one is the right choice in a given situation. Because the UI is designed to support every agile management style, it never feels like a good fit for any one approach and ends up being generally confusing. Things get even more frustrating if you don't want the hosted cloud version and instead need a simple self-hosted setup for your team. It consumes an unusual amount of resources, is difficult to maintain and often doesn't behave the way you expect. I can see it being a great match for medium to large companies but for small teams that just want to collaborate in an organized way, it feels like overkill and a real resource hog.

Markdown improves updates

Pros

Being able to work in markdown is a huge plus. It really helps when sharing ticket details clearly with server administrators and makes communication much more efficient.

Cons

Searching can feel a little tedious at times although I do appreciate that doing a general search is simple enough.

Agile tracking that delivers

Pros

Keeping track of team activity is very easy since tasks can be created quickly. Setting up both scrum boards and kanban boards is simple and that really supports agile development. It also helps teams deliver products on time and the option to log daily hours against tasks is really useful.

Cons

You do have to spend a bit more to unlock all of the features. Even with that, it's still an excellent product for everyday use across an organization.

Strong value for teams

Pros

Compared with other options out there, this one performs much better overall even though there's still some room to improve. The pricing is also very reasonable for teams that are just getting started.

Cons

Customer support hasn't been very reliable and I ran into issues when trying to integrate third-party solutions.

Sprint planning powerhouse

Pros

Among the tools available, this one feels like the most complete. It covers basically everything you need, plus plenty of extra features you may not use right away but could definitely grow into later. It works perfectly for staying organized around sprints or tracking tasks by status. Another really valuable feature is being able to assign hour weights to each task which makes it much easier to see the workload for the coming days or even weeks ahead.

Cons

Getting started can be really tough if you are not a programmer or not used to this kind of software. The initial setup is difficult and because there are so many options, it is very easy to feel lost and unsure whether you are configuring things the right way.

Workflow integrations

Pros

It handles both Agile and Kanban really well and admins can set up workflows that match how each team actually works. There are also a few basic workflow templates already available which helps get things moving. Keeping track of everyone's tasks is simple with the filters and it works reliably whether the team is small or large. Tracking and linking items is easy and the integrations with tools like GitHub and TestLodge add a lot of value.

Cons

The only downside is the initial setup can take a bit of effort. An administrator really needs to understand the kind of workflow they want to put in place first because the system is only truly useful once that part is properly configured.

Organized agile teamwork

Pros

Coming from a pretty chaotic way of working, this tool really helped put a proper workflow in place and it's actually hard to skip steps which was a big plus while getting used to a more structured process. The reporting features are great and give a clear view of project status especially when everything is set up well. It fits Agile work really nicely, particularly for managing tasks in sprints. It's also a strong option for remote corporate teams because it keeps everything centralized and organized. The integrations are useful too especially with apps like Everhour for tracking worked hours. There is a built-in time tracking feature as well though it's not as powerful.

Cons

Getting started with this software takes time because the learning curve is pretty steep. Compared with other apps I've worked with, it doesn't feel as user-friendly or simple. Parts of the interface can lead to dead ends, forcing you to go back to the dashboard just to continue navigating. Some features are also not very clear in terms of how they're supposed to work. On top of that, notifications do not always reach team members reliably. At times, there's just too much information on screen which makes it harder to tell what actually matters most for the project.

Faster performance and cleaner UI

Pros

With the latest upgrade, the UI feels much more polished and the overall performance has improved a lot. Earlier, the simple interface was the feature that stood out most to me.

Cons

There were times when the performance was really poor but the latest release seems to have fixed most of those issues.

great for bug tracking

Pros

It worked really well for us to manage all of our bug reports, stay aligned with third-party developers and use the priority system to set clear goals and objectives for the support team. On the user side, I used it to submit issues to our development team and also helped monitor progress through Kanban boards and similar tools.

Cons

Only real drawback I ran into while using the software was with setting up admin roles and having more control over page layouts on certain wiki pages.

my review!!

Pros

We start with an issues list, move items into the Agile Scrum backlog and then work through development, testing and closure. It also supports reopening individual issues when needed and the tracking notifications help keep everything visible. On top of that, it lets you build workflows and monitor the status at each step along the way.

Cons

One downside is that it can feel tough especially since so much information is grouped together. Also, if someone has a higher access level, they can delete information and that action is not traceable.

Agile-friendly and quick

Pros

Getting started with this software is easy and it comes with a wide range of tools that fit well with the agile way our organization works.

Cons

Some features are not available right out of the box and require add-ons to make them work. On top of that, the large number of options can sometimes make it confusing to know the best way to use it.

Flexible setup and efficiency

Pros

Right from the start, the platform offered a lot to appreciate. One thing I really enjoy is how customizable it is and the accessibility alone puts it ahead of many others. I've used it every day for more than three years and it has genuinely made managing my day-to-day work much more efficient.

Cons

Honestly, my only complaint is that I didn't discover it earlier. I really wish I had known about it when I was first getting started in this industry.

Reliable cloud workflow

Pros

Built around our organization's needs, this software offers the customization we were looking for. It's fast, stable and works well as a cloud-based solution with SSO in place. Availability has been consistent and users are able to manage and maintain requests without trouble. Features like cloning, assignment and notifications all perform really well.

Cons

There really aren't any issues since the features work well together. The only thing that would make it even better is a sync with our organization's communication platform.

Task and effort tracking

Pros

This works well for both project managers and leads/developers, letting users track individual tasks, estimate completion time and log actual hours. That makes it really useful for measuring the team's overall effort.

Cons

I haven't noticed any drawbacks at this point from using the software.

Perfect workflow hub

Pros

After trying different tools, this is the only software I fully trust to keep my product development team organized. It finally feels like we've hit our stride and we've been able to tailor our instance exactly to the way we work. From creating tickets and tracking bugs to collaborating across teams, it really covers everything. The biggest benefit is that I can stay on top of projects that involve technical work without needing a PMP certification to make sense of the platform or get value from it. There's truly a plan that fits just about everyone.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning and it can take some hands-on time to fine-tune the software so it matches your team's needs perfectly. Once that setup phase is behind you though, it becomes very easy to use and absolutely worth the effort.
