“Tool for many workflows”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how flexible it is. It's very simple to use and we're able to apply it to a wide range of processes, both for internal use and for customer-facing work.
Cons
I do wish it functioned a bit more like a database and was easier to search through. It would also be better if the reporting had more flexibility.

“Feature-rich tracker”
Pros
Across a lot of IT companies, this is still the go-to tool for tracking issues and bugs. From what I've seen, plenty of teams already use it or have used it at some point. It's a very capable platform with a lot of features and strong overall functionality.
Cons
It definitely has its quirks and it's nowhere near perfect. There are better alternatives in some cases so it's worth exploring other options before committing your entire project to it.

“Helpful ticket tracking”
Pros
Having a system for opening cases and tickets on whatever needs attention has been really useful. It's also nice that it keeps a clear paper trail so efforts don't get duplicated and people aren't sending in the same or very similar tickets to be handled again.
Cons
The only downside for me is the interface. It would be much better with a more updated design because right now it feels and looks a bit more like a forum.

“Clear progress visibility”
Pros
Everything feels easy to use and keeping an eye on project progress is very convenient. The overall user experience is pleasant and works well day to day.
Cons
One limitation I've run into is that I can't upload a large number of tasks in a Kanban project all at once.

“Fantastic charts”
Pros
Handling a huge stack of projects and constant updates is just part of life for PMs and honestly I can't imagine how I managed before using this. It's been incredibly helpful for communicating with engineers as well as the product and business teams while also giving us clear visibility into project progress and dashboard tracking. The whole platform is very user-friendly for everyone involved and has turned into a really valuable asset. The Gantt charts are especially fantastic for keeping an eye on deadlines and making adjustments when needed.
Cons
My only real complaint is with the UI. It doesn't look as polished or modern as some other project management tools out there. The design leans heavily on red and green, plus blue as the main color and after staring at it every day while planning projects, it can start to feel a bit dull and visually tiring.

“Project tracking features”
Pros
Packed with features for tracking project progress and issues, this feels like one of the best tools for managing a project. The ability to create issues, break them down into smaller tasks, assign them to different people and then review clear reports on how everything was completed is honestly amazing.
Cons
Since it's a fairly advanced tool, it does take some self-learning to really understand how to use it properly and get the most out of it.

“Issue handling across teams”
Pros
Managing a lot of issues across several teams works really well. It's simple to use and the way it handles issues covers a broad range of needs.
Cons
Setting it up can be quite complex. Also, not being able to assign more than one person to an issue is a limitation.

“All-in-one agile toolkit”
Pros
Having everything needed to run an Agile project in a single app is a big plus since there's no need to jump between multiple tools to manage the work.

“Sprint planning and releases”
Pros
It's tool works really well as a software development platform and makes issue and project tracking much more manageable. The updated dashboard looks good and gives a single place to check the backlog, board, reports, releases, issues and repository. Sprint planning and assigning tasks across the team is easy. The release menu gives a clear picture of progress across different release versions on one screen which is very helpful. One of the biggest advantages is the flexibility to choose a work cycle that fits the organization's standards or company size. It also integrates nicely with third-party tools like Bamboo and being able to see build status there helps with getting real-time updates on the release progress bar.
Cons
Third-party APIs we use with it are quite expensive which has pushed us toward building our own APIs and that adds complexity. The documentation and on-screen help could be organized in a more systematic way as well. Support and the ticket resolution process are also areas that still need improvement.

“great workflow hub”
Pros
Having all assigned tasks visible in one dashboard is a really useful feature. The integration with Bitbucket and Bamboo is another big plus since it lets you follow commits and builds directly from the ticket itself. Cloning an existing ticket to work on a new one is simple and practical. Sprint creation and management are quick and it's nice to have the option to host the tool on your own server or use it's hosting instead. It also automatically suggests the right person to tag and sends email notifications to the people involved whenever a ticket gets updated. On top of that, the workflow setup is great and genuinely helpful.
Cons
Biggest downside is the pricing which feels too expensive for smaller companies. The design can also be a bit complicated and there are times when finding certain things becomes frustrating. Search is another weak spot because the filters often feel too limited when trying to locate a specific ticket or task.

“Feature-packed tracking”
Pros
One thing that stands out right away is the wide range of useful and interesting features it offers. Using it feels very easy which makes day-to-day work much easier. It has been an excellent tool for keeping track of projects and assigning tasks to other people is simple and convenient. It also makes it easier to raise issues and pass them along to the right team members. On top of that, the icons are neatly listed and very well organized which adds to the overall usability.
Cons
To be honest, I really do not have any complaints about this product. Nearly every part of it has worked well for me and it has consistently been useful and reliable. I cannot point to anything that I genuinely dislike about it.

“Fast backlog handling”
Pros
Moving tasks between sprints in the backlog is very convenient with drag and drop. Reordering priority the same way also saves time and the wide range of keyboard shortcuts makes day-to-day use much more efficient.
Cons
Active sprint dashboard still has a limitation with drag and drop because it doesn't work across every workflow stage of a ticket. For example, I can't move an item from "In Progress" to "Dev Completed" using drag and drop.

“Handy mobile tracking”
Pros
Even while away from the desk, it lets users keep track of tasks and active projects without falling behind. The cloud-based mobile access works well for staying updated and checking things from anywhere. Features like adding comments, changing due dates and other customization options are really useful. Handling assigned issues is simple and being able to have conversations within the platform helps a lot.
Cons
To use the product effectively, it really depends on having a strong and stable internet connection.

“Story planning flow”
Pros
From creating stories to moving them into sprint planning, the whole workflow works really well. It helps monitor each specific story and generate reports for the scrum master to estimate delivery timelines for the client. I also appreciate how sub-stories are connected back to the main story through the epic, along with individual comments that make it easier to follow the full history of the story.
Cons
One small downside is that tracking older stories can be a bit harder compared with Lotus Notes.

“Complex interface”
Pros
Across the different companies I've worked at over the past four years, this has consistently been one of the go-to tools for agile software teams. It's made day-to-day work much more manageable by giving everyone involved in a project a single shared source of truth. Because of that, anyone contributing can quickly understand what others are working on and keep track of the project's overall progress.
Cons
One thing that took time to get comfortable with was the complexity of the user interface. I definitely struggled with it at first although by now I've gotten pretty used to how it works.

“PM feature suite”
Pros
book feels refreshing to use for project management. It comes with a full set of features if you need a more powerful, advanced PM tool. Getting the first project, team and tasks set up was easy and the dashboard is thoughtfully designed with an interface that's simple to move around in. I regularly use saved searches, issue following, history, batch updates, labels and workflows. While this part matters more to my developers than to me, they really appreciate the Git integration and webhooks. They can see every commit tied to a task when it's referenced in the commit message. There are also other integrations available that we still haven't explored yet. It works well for both traditional waterfall project management and Agile PM.
Cons
Learning curve is fairly high, mostly because the platform can do so much. That can make it feel a bit intimidating for new users.

“Ticket controls and support”
Pros
Being able to limit ticket access organize work with categories for ongoing projects and connect related tickets has been really useful. It's support resources are also a big plus when I need tips or tricks, whether it's quoting a message, using code blocks or adding links.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is how messy linked text looks before a comment is saved. All the special characters used while drafting are pretty distracting and make the comment look cluttered.

“Feature-rich sprint planning”
Pros
One thing I appreciated most was how feature-rich it is. The wide range of options gives developers and managers plenty of flexibility to define every detail of a user story, defect, issue and more. It also does a really great job when it comes to sprint planning.
Cons
On the downside, having so many features makes the UI feel confusing at times. There's also quite a bit of overhead involved in creating simple tasks which could be a drawback for startups.

“Clear dashboards and workflows”
Pros
The information is laid out in a very organized way so it's clear and simple to follow. The dashboards are excellent and give a strong overall view of the project's progress. It also gives us the flexibility to build our own workflows and creating a ticket, assigning it and linking it with others across the team or organization is very easy.
Cons
Whoever manages the software really needs to be highly familiar with its features and understand how to use everything in the most effective way. The team also needs a great understanding of Agile in order to properly set up workflows, screens and the rest of the system.
