“Help desk notifications”
Pros
Since it's built right into my company's help desk portal, reporting problems with our products or internal systems is really convenient. The ticket notifications are especially helpful because they keep me aware of anything that has been open and the back-and-forth communication with our IT department works well during the information exchange. It also does a nice job of keeping projects organized and making sure everyone stays updated on changes and progress.
Cons
One thing that has been frustrating is replying to comments or questions directly from email. I'm still fairly new to the system so there may be something I'm missing but whenever I try to respond from my email client, the message comes back as undeliverable. Instead, I have to leave my email, log into the platform and submit my reply there.

“Task tracking hub”
Pros
This has been a true one-stop hub for managing tasks. There are tons of plug-ins available and it offers plenty of ways to import tasks from different sources. It keeps both individual and team progress organized in a clean, clear way and makes it simple for others to view current tasks as well as upcoming projects.
Cons
Because it's such a powerful and powerful platform, getting everything set up and learning the system can take a bit of effort at first. Once that initial learning curve is out of the way though, it works incredibly well.

“Standardized tracking boards”
Pros
One of the most useful things about this tool is the way it standardizes boards, giving every team a consistent view of each project's progress and what is still pending. That shared structure makes it much easier to understand where things stand across the board. Another big advantage is the editor which makes the workflow feel more manageable and helps simplify both project management and development tasks.
Cons
It is not a particularly easy tool to use at first so getting fully comfortable with it takes some time. You have to explore each feature gradually and understand how the tools work, along with the benefits they can offer later on.

“Quick adoption platform”
Pros
Getting started with it is pretty easy and it doesn't take much time or effort to learn. The tool is also very flexible so it fits well across a wide range of projects.
Cons
At times it feels a bit sluggish although that may just be specific to our instance. I'm also not a fan of the single-key keyboard shortcuts without a control key since they can trigger actions by accident. On top of that, removing unwanted plugins can be difficult if you're not an administrator.

“Helpful project oversight”
Pros
This program is really useful for tracking errors and incidents and it also supports project operations well. Because of that, the team can stay organized and work more effectively in their day-to-day tasks.
Cons
The interface can feel a little slow at times and some parts of the application don't provide enough detailed information.

“Time tracking insights”
Pros
Feature I rely on the most is the time tracking system because it gives a clear, detailed view of how much time each person has spent on every task.
Cons
My only concern with it is the cost. Other than that, everything else has been really good.

“Agile planning that helps”
Pros
It offers a great way to organize projects and keep track of timelines especially when working with agile methodology.

Setting up a new page, adding Kanban rules or creating something new for testing is quite difficult and ends up taking a lot of time.

“Powerful features but cluttered UI”
Pros
There's a huge range of features here and nearly everything can be customized to fit the way you work. It performs quickly most of the time and getting around the app is generally easy.
Cons
Bringing new users into the application can be difficult. It's fairly complex, a lot of useful functionality is tucked away and sometimes you end up relying on workarounds just to access something hidden behind a three-dots menu. Right now the interface also feels a bit disorganized and the text editor popup changes depending on where you click.

“Versatile ticket categorization”
Pros
There's a wide range of commands available and that makes it really useful for organizing the different types of tickets a company may deal with.

If you don't naturally think in a programming-style way, it can be pretty frustrating to search for tickets using keywords.

“Onboarding and search challenges”
Pros
After spending some time with it, the platform becomes fairly simple to use. One thing I really appreciate is being able to view everything that has been submitted in one place.
Cons
Getting started with it is challenging and it doesn't feel very user-friendly. Searching can also be frustrating and harder than it should be.

“Modern project boards”
Pros
Across all kinds of projects, this has been a really strong tool for planning, tracking and delivering work on time while keeping everyone in the organization involved. It has come a long way over the years and the newer updates brought a much more modern, user-friendly interface. Although it's mainly geared toward development and works especially well for things like bug tracking, my team relies on it for every project we handle even the ones that have nothing to do with software or app development. A big reason for that is the Board view which gives us a very clear day-to-day picture of what's already been completed and what still needs attention.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that your team may need some training before they feel comfortable using it especially if they're already accustomed to working with other ERP systems.

“Project tracking features”
Pros
Alongside Accurev and Oracle DBS, we use this to manage software projects for one of our customers. It's fairly easy to use and doesn't take long to learn even with how powerful the feature set is.
Cons
Although it offers a lot of flexibility, that level of customization also means there's a lot to think through. Every change you make, whether it's a field or a workflow, has ripple effects on how the rest of the system will be used.

“amazing workflow integration”
Pros
Right away, this stood out to me as a great issue-tracking app for agile teams. It lets users build the columns and workflow structure they need which makes it adaptable to different ways of working. The system itself is extremely powerful and flexible but the most valuable part for us has been how well it connects with the rest of the product suite. Its direct integration with Confluence has been especially helpful since we use that to build wiki pages that can link back to specific issues. That has made a big difference when we're developing new features in our system. All of our documentation lives in Confluence so having that tight connection to the issues being worked on has been very useful.
Cons
The only downside I've run into is that the software can be pretty slow at times even though it is stable overall. On top of that, updates between versions tend to take a while to roll out. Bugs also seem to stick around longer than they should and fixes from the support team can take quite a bit of time.

Pros
Packed with powerful features and feels very complete overall. It also syncs well with other platforms like Slack, Fisheye and similar tools which makes it really convenient to use across different systems.
Cons
It takes a bit more effort to use compared with Trello and the pricing is a little on the expensive side.

“great for integrations and shortcuts”
Pros
There's a lot packed into it. It connects with tons of tools I already use in day-to-day development, it keeps getting better with ongoing improvements and the shortcut system really helps speed things up.
Cons
At times it can be confusing to use especially when trying to figure out where certain things are. The web app also isn't the fastest and mobile support is pretty weak although managing projects from a phone usually isn't that important.

Pros
This has become the organizational glue that keeps our team aligned. One of the best parts is how customizable it is which lets us tailor it closely to the specific way our team works.
