“needs ticket consolidation”
Pros
Most of our use revolves around logging issues and keeping track of trouble tickets, more than using it for the project management side it was originally designed for.
Cons
One limitation I keep running into is getting multiple trouble tickets from different users about the same problem but there's no way to merge them into a single master ticket. Having that option would make it much simpler to manage duplicates and close all related child tickets from the main one.

“aligned team ticketing”
Pros
This has been a fantastic ticketing tool. It's flexible, works well across multiple teams and does a really good job of keeping everyone in the loop. That said, it's definitely best suited for engineering-focused users.
Cons
One issue is that the default settings send a LOT of emails. It's also tougher for someone on the business side to look into engineering stack tickets and I wish there were better coordination with business-team to-dos to make it feel more like a truly cross-functional product board. On top of that, it could do more to improve visibility across projects and teams and the in-app reporting could be better for things like ticket completion speed and how tickets by tag build up over time.

“Simple task monitoring”
Pros
It strikes the best balance between being convenient and simple while still offering all the functionality needed to fully monitor tasks and manage a team.
Cons
At times, editing existing tickets feels less simple than what you'd normally expect from the platform.

“flexible ticket controls”
Pros
Interface makes creating and updating tickets pretty easy and it gives you a lot of control over how things are handled.
Cons
There are quite a few plugins that feel like they should already be included in the base price instead of being sold as extra add-ons.

“JQL and GitHub win”

JQL capabilities and the GitHub integration have been really useful and those are the parts I've enjoyed the most.

“modern design”
Pros
Design is easily the strongest part for me. It feels modern, clean and simple to use.

Sometimes it's harder than it should be to find what I need especially board settings and I usually end up searching Google for the answer.

“project control hub”
Pros
Juggling both client work and personal projects means I need a reliable place to manage tasks and this has easily been the best tool I've used for that. It lets me set up projects, add tasks to each one and customize things like boards and project settings exactly the way I need for my workflow.
Cons
The downside is that because it offers so much functionality, finding specific options in the settings can be pretty frustrating.

“boards with great support”
Pros
Since most of the team had already worked with it in previous roles, getting started happened pretty quickly. The issue tracking and Kanban boards offer a lot of features and can be customized in plenty of ways. Their support team has also been fantastic and the pricing is very competitive.
Cons
Getting new users comfortable with it could be a bit challenging because the learning curve was sometimes fairly steep. Another downside is that there isn't a single clear "right" way to use the software so teammates ended up using it differently.

“business management hub”
Pros
With so many business management apps out there, this is one that actually feels worth the time to learn. It was built with businesses in mind and it let me manage different parts of my company in one place, from accounting and HR to hiring. Instead of keeping a bunch of folders on my hard drive full of Microsoft files, I could start new projects using the built-in tutorials or bring over existing information into their templates which saved me a lot of time and effort. If you've worked with Trello for assigning tasks across employees and admins, that familiarity helps because the communication style translates pretty well. I also really appreciate being able to connect Google Drive and Dropbox since it makes saving, editing and sharing information across platforms much more convenient especially with people who aren't using the software.
Cons
The biggest downside is that not many people around me seem to use it. Like I mentioned, there are lots of project management tools on the market so switching over can come with a learning curve or some loss when translating information from one system to another. It's also harder to get advice or shared practices from other businesses when they're all working in different software. Their customer service hotline is great but I still prefer learning from other businesses that operate in ways similar to mine.

“full-stack project center”
Pros
Between task and project management, bug tracking and internal communication, this covers everything we need really well. It has become a tool I genuinely appreciate because it not only makes work easier but also keeps everything far more organized and structured. The wide range of integrations is another big plus. For instance, it works with Discord and we've also connected it to Slack so the team stays updated on changes. Overall, it's a strong tool and definitely worth considering if you need a reliable, full-featured project management setup.
Cons
It is also quite expensive. The platform can feel pretty overwhelming at the beginning too especially if you plan to use it for more than just creating issues, commenting on them and reading updates. To really justify the price, you need a fairly high demand for a professional, all-in-one project management and bug tracking solution. In other words, it makes the most sense for larger companies or organizations.

“helpful but technical to use”
Pros
It fits in well with our existing platform and that connection saves us a lot of time in our day-to-day work.
Cons
I think it's a bit too complex for non-technical users. It really takes some IT knowledge to use comfortably so it doesn't feel like the best fit for administrative roles, in my opinion.

“Powerful ticket features”
Pros
This has been a fairly great support ticket system overall. It does what we need and being able to search tickets and build dashboards for tracking them has been really useful. We even managed to write a Python program that connects to the IT API so we can automate ticket submissions.
Cons
The interface isn't the cleanest and the ticket details can be confusing at times. There are incident types, subcategories and other fields and it would help a lot if there were a clearer way to explain what each one is supposed to mean.

“all-in-one control”
Pros
Moving from a traditional waterfall approach to a more modern agile project management style, this software has really helped our team handle projects efficiently. It serves as a complete hub for all our PM needs, covering planning, monitoring, execution, controlling and more. Everything important across the full project lifecycle is managed in one central place through this tool. The dashboard gives a clear at-a-glance view of what matters most and provides all the data needed to keep the project on track.
Cons
On the first pass, it can feel a bit overwhelming especially when using it for simpler projects. There are so many features built in that some project managers may see it as more tough than necessary. We're still figuring out how to align the views and reports so project monitoring becomes more focused and manageable.

“dashboards and teamwork”
Pros
Right away, the wide range of ways to organize your work and keep up with what everyone else is doing makes team collaboration much more efficient. You can build custom dashboards that show only the information you care about or what matters for a specific phase of a project. It also gives you a clear picture of your team's workload no matter which agile approach you use, whether that's scrum, kanban or a hybrid setup so you can quickly understand what work is ready for you at any moment. On top of that, the platform includes useful metadata around tasks, performance and areas of opportunity which helps you see where to focus to improve how you work and get better results.
Cons
Getting to the point where you can fully use everything it offers does come with a fairly steep learning curve. It takes some time to become familiar with all the features, where everything is located and how to actually get the most value out of it. That said, once it starts to click, the payoff is definitely worth the effort.

“saved filters shine”
Pros
Out of all the features available, saved filters are the one I value most. They're the most powerful part of the system in my day-to-day work. This feature lets me set up team boards, send emails about changes, tailor dozens of widgets, build specific lists for export and share my findings with others.
Cons
One thing that could definitely be improved is the long titles and text in the autogenerated emails. I still think it's an excellent tool for all kinds of project management but it can become a bit complicated when it isn't configured properly. We use it for software product development with a large number of tasks handled every day and finding specific information can sometimes be difficult although saved filters solve most of that inconvenience.

“sprint dashboard win”
Pros
Everything works together really well and it integrates with other tools such as Ranorex for automation testing, Slack and Git. It's excellent for tracking sprints and backlog items, the dashboard is very strong, the search tool is impressive and the policies and restrictions are very great.
Cons

Pros
