“integration powerhouse”
Pros
There are a lot of ways to set this up which is a big plus. We use it for both project work and the service desk and the integrations are what really make it essential for us. Adding Confluence into the mix gives you a strong knowledge base that connects nicely with the helpdesk.
Cons
The upgrade process can be frustrating. In our case, there's usually something that refuses to start afterward. It hasn't been a dealbreaker because the overall product quality is still very great.

“ideal for agile teams”
Pros
When a team works in agile, this is honestly the strongest tool out there for keeping projects on track and successful. The card layout and overall interface are very simple to learn and the support behind the product is second to none. I really wouldn't suggest any other project management tool over this one.
Cons
It does have some limitations when it comes to full business project planning and waterfall-style implementations are a bit harder to monitor.

“business-ready flexibility”
Pros
This software can be configured to match the way your business works, including which features you want to use and which fields should be required or optional.
Cons
One thing that's still frustrating is searching for tickets that were originally assigned to me but have since been reassigned to someone else.

“team-friendly platform”
Pros
There are loads of features and it connects directly with Bamboo and other IT tools. I also really appreciate being able to break projects into sprints and keep track of the progress of everyone else on the team.
Cons
Changing settings can be a bit confusing at times and once the team gets large, performance can slow down quite a bit.

“feature-rich options”
Pros
From my perspective it can take care of just about every task and on top of that, it offers a huge range of options for the user to explore and work with.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about but the UI could definitely use some improvement.

“clean but limited”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about this software is the interface. It looks very clean and polished which makes it pleasant to use.
Cons
Biggest downside for me is how restrictive it feels. It is not very flexible and can be difficult to set up. There is very little you can customize based on your preferences and overall it just does not adapt well to different needs. On top of that, you have to buy quite a few add-ons to make it work the way you want. Even something as basic as a checklist feels too standard and you still need to purchase an add-on for that.

“boards and reports”
Pros
Setting it up was easy and the kanban and scrum boards are really useful for managing work. Tracking issues is simple and the reports provide helpful insights to monitor progress and stay organized.
Cons
There have been a few random errors caused by an additional plugin and I've also run into some performance issues at times.

“Bug management but usability challenges”
Pros
At work, it has done an excellent job of documenting bugs and tracking issues. It keeps all the details in one place and when everyone across the company uses it consistently and follows the right processes, things don't get missed. The email alerts are especially helpful and I also appreciate how customizable the features are.
Cons
Getting started takes some time because there's definitely a learning curve and it isn't always clear where to find certain things. People at our company have needed training which makes sense for software with this level of complexity but the user interface could have been designed with more focus on usability.

“great project tracking”
Pros
This has been really useful for keeping all team projects organized in one place and making sure everything stays aligned with the right due dates.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that you can't change due dates for a project if it's on another team's board. There are also times when the software forces you to pick a due date even when the project doesn't actually have a firm deadline.

“team visibility success”
Pros
It keeps the entire organization in the loop on the work the software development team is doing which makes visibility and alignment much better across the company.
Cons
If you're not using it every day or at least weekly, it can feel a bit tough at first though it doesn't take too much effort to get comfortable with it.

“Great time tracking”
Pros
I find it easy to use, appreciate the flexibility of accessing it through different platforms such as the iOS app and value how it enables convenient collaboration with team members across the globe.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the reporting side. There wasn't a easy way to generate a useful time-tracking report.

“not for creatives”
Pros
This platform works really well for certain teams. The ticketing setup and project tracking make it simple to complete tasks and keep track of progress across a project.
Cons
Creative and marketing teams need something that can better handle media and social interactions and this system just wasn't a very effective fit for that.

“easy browser access”
Pros
Being able to use it directly from a web browser is really convenient and the Active Directory integration is a big plus since users can sign in with the same domain account.
Cons
It currently takes too many steps to complete a task so the process would be better if it were simplified. There are also synchronization issues between Active Directory and the IT server.

“engineering visibility boost”
Pros
Getting started with it is pretty easy and doesn't require much training. The integrations with other tools work well especially Zendesk. It's also given us much better visibility into what's happening across engineering.
Cons
Pricing is a bit high. Also, if the initial setup isn't done properly, things can become messy fast and you may end up having to wipe it all out and rebuild from scratch.

“keeps work moving”
Pros
Once the team is aligned on how to work with it, it really helps align the production process. You can sort feature requests and bugs into separate stories which makes prioritizing work much easier and helps keep the app progressing.
Cons
Some tickets can still end up getting overlooked. The product manager really has to stay on top of every request to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I also wish there were a better way to handle customer feedback alongside internal bug requests.

“organized dashboard”
Pros
It covers most of the functions needed for IT issue management and software development projects, including tasks, issues, workflows, work item assignment and monitoring. The web-based interface is easy to understand, the overall look and feel is very appealing and the dashboard is organized nicely.
Cons
Wide range of features can feel a bit overwhelming at times. If you're using it as an individual in IT, it may take a while to find or get to a clear summary view of your own items until you become familiar with the system. That seems to come from the fact that it is built more with projects and teams in mind.

“agile boards and reports”
Pros
There are plenty of features here especially around agile boards, reporting, user management, custom fields, labels, colors and similar areas. The Scrum boards, in particular, are very clear and simple to work with.
Cons
While the Scrum boards are simple, the administration side doesn't feel the same. It takes too many clicks and handling many actions can feel awkward and difficult. There's also no option to export board information to Excel.
