“everything in one place”
Pros
Across our team, this has become a really valuable tool for managing both projects and people outside of an IT environment. Even though it was originally built with software projects in mind, being able to organize every project in one place while also integrating, assigning and tracking IT requests is incredibly useful. The option to create EPICs and connect tasks to them, along with adding subtasks, makes planning much more effective. It's honestly a fantastic platform once you start thinking beyond just IT work.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is the design team thinking a bit more broadly about how the product can be used outside of software engineering but aside from that, there really aren't many downsides.

“perfect product team fit”
Pros
I honestly can't picture doing my job without this at this point. It matches the way our product team works almost perfectly and fits right into our process.
Cons
There are times when it feels a little slow. On top of that, the text editor isn't very user-friendly and image uploads fail pretty often.

“teamwork and delivery win”
Pros
This has been an excellent tool for product development and project management. It really improves collaboration and helps keep projects on schedule while making sure issues are addressed before the work is finished.
Cons
New users might run into a bit of a learning curve at the beginning but it usually goes away pretty quickly. Other than that, I haven't had any complaints.

“helpful ticket tools”
Pros
Using it is very easy and being able to assign tickets to other people in the group while also viewing the full ticket history is really helpful.
Cons
I do wish it offered more dashboard options so ticket status was easier to view at a glance.

“team transparency boost”
Pros
Whether the team was small or large, working from one office or across different countries, this software handled it really well. It's a powerful tool and offers an excellent level of transparency which helped everyone stay aligned on time and budget. That visibility was a big part of our team's success.
Cons
There wasn't anything significant to complain about. We did need some onboarding to get everyone up to speed since it isn't completely simple at first but that's true for a lot of software. After people got familiar with how it was laid out, getting around the system wasn't an issue.

“project alignment”
Pros
It covers nearly every part of a project and helps keep the whole team aligned on the same page.
Cons
I do wish the reporting features were better without adding extra cost. The comments section should also include a draft option instead of posting comments immediately.

“addons and workflows”
Pros
JQL or its query language, makes filtering issues and data easy. It also supports custom workflows and custom fields and the marketplace offers a wide range of useful add-ons.
Cons
Lately, we've run into problems with the Okta integration and the Zephyr Capture add-on. Because of that, users haven't been able to use the single sign-on feature. It seems to be a very specific issue related to the Zephyr Capture add-on.

“agile management success”

Keeping projects organized around Agile methodology is very manageable and the workflow fits well for tracking work that way.

There's no GitHub integration available and it would be helpful to have some documentation covering that area.

Managing multiple boards is easy and it's really convenient to keep track of ticket progress along the way.

“organized timelines”
Pros
Our communications team uses it to stay aligned with the web and development teams in a structured organized way. We're able to track where they are in their sprints, see what's coming due and know when work is expected to be finished. It does a great job of setting clear expectations and keeping everyone on the same page.
Cons
The interface feels a bit awkward at times and I'd prefer something that looked more visually dynamic.

“flexible reporting”
Pros
This has been a really great project management tool for keeping team workflows and status meetings organized. The task and project buckets can be customized to fit how the team works and everything can be exported into tailored reports for team reviews. It also does a good job of helping track items through timeline features and the searchable UI makes things easier to locate.
Cons
Outside of the searchable UI and how simple it is to move and update projects or epics, the interface can still feel confusing and hard to navigate. One example is the reports feature which takes too much digging through menus to find even though it's basic enough that it should be much more visible and upfront.

“industry standard but awkward”
Pros
Since most tech companies use it as a standard tool, it's worth getting familiar with and understanding how it works.
Cons
The interface feels awkward and really overdue for a major refresh. Marie Kondo would probably tell you to let this one go.

“card visibility standout”
Pros
The visual layout does an excellent job of showing which cards or trouble tickets belong to each person and it makes it very convenient to move cards around, reassign them, change priority levels, add update notes and keep related files stored in one place.
Cons
One issue was the transition for existing users after the latest GUI refresh. Features were relocated to entirely different sections without any warning so adapting to the new interface was frustrating for our team.

“team tracking success”
Pros
Keeping tickets organized between the current sprint and the next one has made a huge difference for our team. It helps me stay on top of a lot of tasks that could easily slip through the cracks otherwise. I also appreciate that teammates can assign work to me directly in the system instead of relying on a long chain of emails.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is a scheduling option for tickets. There are times when I already know I'll need to send an email a month or two later and it would be really helpful if that ticket could automatically pop back into my Current Sprint when the timing is right. Right now I leave those in the Backlog but they can be pretty easy to lose track of there.

“fits every team”
Pros
The platform is highly customizable which lets different teams within the same organization adapt it to their own specific workflows and needs.
Cons
It uses a SQL-like language and while it becomes easy once you learn it, there's definitely some time you need to invest upfront. There are also a few UX quirks that seem like they should be simple to fix yet they can still create confusion until you figure out what's happening.

“built for big teams”
Pros
After getting familiar with it, the platform becomes very easy to use. It offers a huge range of features and for a large company like ours with many projects and multiple teams, it helps us keep everything organized and under control without much trouble.
Cons
The user-facing error messages could definitely be better. At times it isn't very simple and the only way to understand what's happening is to check with the admin side.

Pros
This online tool works really well for managing project tasks. It comes with dashboards, search filters, statistics and an email function that helps keep everyone involved in each ticket updated on the progress.

Pros

“watchers keep teams aligned”
Pros
Getting tickets filed in this tool is pretty easy and the overall setup is simple to use. It also connects well with other software and tools like Bamboo which is really helpful. The search feature works well once you get familiar with it since it relies on filters and the watchers feature is probably the strongest part because it keeps everyone informed and included on updates.
Cons
One downside is that every small field change on a ticket triggers an update which can quickly lead to too many emails piling up in your inbox. Search also takes a bit of practice at first especially when figuring out where to use things like "AND" versus "=".
