Pros

I appreciate the visibility it provides across departments, find the mobile app very useful and particularly like the ability to follow and monitor cards easily.

Cons

This tool can feel a bit cluttered at times and browsing for cards takes longer when I don't know the exact title.

Pros

Keeping everything organized is one of the best parts especially when I'm juggling a lot of tasks at once. I can also customize how my tasks are displayed and the clear status visibility makes it much easier for other team members involved to stay aligned.

Cons

There are a lot of customization options in this software so it can feel a bit confusing at first because there are so many choices. Still, once you get used to it, those options do end up being helpful.

Pros

There's a lot to appreciate here, it's highly configurable, the reporting is great and the pricing feels fair for what you get. The plug-in marketplace adds a lot of value and the overall suite comes with a good set of tools that work well together and feel nicely integrated.

Cons

Biggest downside is the user experience which is honestly terrible especially from an administrator's perspective. It can also feel slow at times which makes the rough interface even more frustrating.

Pros

Getting started with it is easy and the feature set is impressively powerful. It also connects with just about every project, task and communication tool we use. We rely on it alongside Slack and Confluence and it does a really good job of keeping our project timelines and task schedules organized and aligned.

Cons

Because it's such a powerful and flexible platform, managing it properly really requires a dedicated admin who knows the system well.

Pros

Using it has been very easy and it's become a core part of our software development process. We've set up several custom workflows to match different development scenarios which has worked out really well. It's also integrated with our Subversion source control and Bamboo build process and we've connected it with our Confluence wiki so we can document changes as they happen. On top of that, the REST API feels well implemented and clearly documented.

Cons

From a technical standpoint, I've been quite satisfied with the software. The only recurring issue has been that first-level support isn't always as helpful as I'd expect. That said, this tends to be a common problem across many companies so it certainly isn't the only one.

Handling sprints, tasks and everything around them has been excellent with this tool. It's honestly the best experience I've had using software like this.

The only downside is that it can feel a bit difficult to use at first.

It can be an incredibly capable development platform. The level of customization is huge so pretty much anyone can tailor it to fit their own needs.

Cons

That same flexibility also makes it much harder to learn. There's very little guidance on what a typical setup should look like or how it's supposed to behave. It really seems to assume you already know the many options available so getting it to do exactly what you want can be difficult until you've put in a lot of time learning the software.

This software offers an impressive range of capabilities and can handle almost anything especially when you have the technical team in place to implement it properly.

Cons

It's not the most user-friendly option right out of the box but with some technical know-how, you can accomplish a lot with it.

Pros

Having sprint planning and defect ticket creation in one place is really helpful. The web-based interface is easy and moving stories between stages with simple drag-and-drop feels very simple. It's also nice that sprint metrics can be generated on the fly and shown with clear, user-friendly graphs.

Cons

Cloning stories and creating recurring or repeated ones could be made more easy.

Pros

The interface looks really polished and it offers a wide range of features for agile development.

Cons

There were a few problems with how the website functioned which may have been due to it still being in beta. Even though it's a single-page web app, I still had to refresh it quite often.

I find it easy to use, appreciate the transparency it provides, value its extensive feature set and integrations, enjoy the collaboration capabilities and like the refreshed modern interface.

Cons

Search feature could use some refinement and on rare occasions the system feels a little slow.

It comes with the full set of features needed to manage a software development project.

The pricing climbs quickly as you add more users and bugs along with improvement requests from 15 years ago have been completely ignored.

Among the issue tracking tools I've worked with, this is easily one of the strongest. It's probably the most feature-complete platform I've used and even though it has a few odd quirks here and there, nothing has been serious enough to cause real problems. No matter what kind of requirements you have, there's a very good chance this software can handle them.

Cons

At times, it can feel a bit sluggish and seems to need more hardware resources than expected. The pricing model could also be improved especially because the jumps between license tiers are too steep. For example, if you have a 50-user license and need to add just one more person, you're forced to move up and pay for the 100-user tier.

Pros

It goes through every part of agile development and offers plenty of ways to keep your team's and departments' work flexible.

Cons

Some areas feel more complicated than they should especially when moving stories and tasks. It also tends to crash when too many people are online at once which can cause you to lose progress.

“TestRail integration win”

Pros

The standout feature for me is the integration with TestRail for test management. Once the tests are linked to user stories, it becomes much clearer to know when a story is actually marked as "Done."

Cons

One thing that could be improved is how sub-task effort is handled. When sub-tasks are added to a task or story, their effort estimates are not automatically rolled up into the estimate of the parent task or story.

Pros

Working with the front end feels very quick and responsive. It also includes issue tracking which is really helpful. Overall, it's a very capable project management tool and comes with all the features needed for managing work effectively.

Cons

The user interface is not especially engaging or visually appealing. It can also take a while to learn and get used to the software. At times, it may slow down machine performance as well.

This application is very useful for managing work, identifying bugs and defects in the management process and keeping track of the workflow without much trouble.

Cons

You do have to pay to use it and the licensing cost is quite expensive.

Getting started with this software feels very easy because the interface is clear and easy to understand. Even if you're completely new to it, learning how to use it isn't much of a challenge since the training is quite manageable.

I haven't come across any major issues or notable flaws with the software.

Getting full value from all the features takes time since there's definitely a pretty steep learning curve.
