“highly adaptable”
Pros
It keeps getting better and the updates they've made over time are already making some of the earlier points less of an issue. The software is incredibly customizable and gives you a lot of control which makes it a very powerful tool overall.
Cons
The setup and configuration are extremely complex even for someone who's comfortable with advanced software. Adjusting project-level permissions has been so complicated that I eventually stopped trying and just gave the entire team access. The same thing happened with custom fields by project, I gave up on managing them separately and ended up adding the fields across all projects. I really wish the customization side of the software were much simpler to work with.

“innovative feature set”
Pros
From the very beginning, this has been the platform we've chosen to stick with. None of the other options we tried came close to offering such a rich set of tools and continuous product improvements that help us build amazing applications.
Cons
It definitely takes a bit of time to learn and understand where every feature is located. Once that clicks though, the platform opens up endless customization possibilities to support all kinds of operational needs.

“collaboration powerhouse”
Pros
When you need a more advanced project management platform with lots of features and support for collaborative project work, this software really delivers.
Cons
Getting started can be a bit challenging especially for a business owner or team leader introducing it to a team for the first time. There's definitely a learning curve during the adjustment period but once everyone gets familiar with it, it becomes very useful.

“bug tracking success”
Pros
As a PM, I rely on it to log and triage bugs and it really feels like a feature-rich toolkit for development teams. The workflow is easy to follow which makes it much easier to stay on top of bugs and project tasks. It has been very helpful for tracking progress across a project and I'd absolutely recommend this product.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that it can be a bit slow when responding to pull requests especially during morning logins.

“Great tracking platform”
Pros
When it comes to tracking bugs, this application has been one of the best options I've used without a doubt. It does a really good job for bug tracking and has been very reliable overall.
Cons
Keeping test cases maintained in Zephyr is a little difficult and could be handled better.

“planning and sprint control”
Pros
Really great set of tools for organizing work, prioritizing issues and keeping projects on track. The kanban boards and sprint features are especially useful and the reporting makes it simple for project managers to see how much work is coming up.
Cons
It does take a bit of time to fully understand and get the team comfortable with it compared with some similar platforms. Also, if you want to use it mainly for bug tracking, you'll still need a separate tool for bug reporting and screenshot capture.

“great visibility and support”
Pros
Across our whole organization, this software has become part of our daily workflow. It helps us manage tasks efficiently while keeping a clear record of both current and past projects. Team members can easily see what everyone is working on, understand task priorities and check how many people have completed a task. The interface is user-friendly and the customer support team is available around the clock whenever needed.
Cons
I really don't have any major issues with the software though I'd still like to see stronger reporting capabilities added to the tool.

“rich integration support”
Pros
The task tracking setup is highly customizable which lets just about any team shape a great agile workflow around it. It also connects really well with other tools and the plugin system is a big plus since it can expand the core functionality and fill in whatever features you may be missing.
Cons
Lately, the newer design changes have made it feel slower than before. It can also be pretty complicated for non-technical users and the layout is sometimes misleading so finding the feature you need can take longer than it should. Even though it's built as a bug-tracking tool, it still has its own bugs and the mobile version feels very limited.

“workflow integration win”
Pros
Running IT and development work without this kind of system would be hard at this point. What I value most is the flexibility in the workflow customization, the wide range of third-party plugins and how well it connects with other tools. That integration has made a big difference for our team because we can tie Git commits through FishEye and documentation in Confluence directly to each IT issue. The customized workflows also keep everyone accountable. Since each step includes the right permissions and assigned owners, it helps make sure the right person handles the right task at the right time.
Cons
My only real issue is that the software has become slower over the last few versions. The first time it loads in the morning is especially noticeable and it can take around 20 seconds in the browser.

“team visibility boost”
Pros
Keeping track of what everyone on the team is working on is much more manageable with this. It also offers several different views so each person can use the layout that fits them best. One of the biggest benefits is how clearly it shows progress making it simple to compare what the team has already finished with what still needs to be done.
Cons
One frustrating part is that the UI changes pretty often and when that happens, certain features can be harder to locate than before.

“agile workflow success”
Pros
Getting started with this tool as a user is very easy. The interface is simple enough that you can figure out how everything works without needing much explanation. Features like drag-and-drop and instant commenting make it approachable for just about anyone. The newer version is especially good for tracking agile projects, with everything centralized in one place, including user stories, burndown charts, velocity and more. Another big plus is the wide range of connectors it offers.
Cons
Project administration is still not very simple. It would also be helpful to have an option to undo or revert the last action performed.

“strong team alignment”
Pros
This works really well for an IT team running Agile projects. Being able to connect stories to epics, epics to features and features to capabilities makes planning and tracking much more organized.
Cons
One frustrating part is the limitation with free-form text entry. When creating content, bullets and numbered lists end up displaying as hashtags and asterisks which makes formatting feel awkward.

“flexible project methods”
Pros
It's really useful to be able to set up projects and manage them using different methodologies and being able to sort tasks by type helps a lot when it comes to understanding what each task is for.
Cons
The hosted version does slow down from time to time although it does seem to have improved recently.

“powerful filters and kanban”
Pros
Right away, the filtering options stood out because they're broad and actually useful. They make it much simpler to narrow down tickets without wasting time. Another strong point is the large number of fields available to document and maintain feature details which helps keep information thorough and readily available when needed. The Kanban board is also very helpful especially for getting a quick view of different products and where they are in the development cycle. That visibility is especially valuable when planning collateral around a specific feature.
Cons
One thing that feels dated is the UI which comes across as fairly old-fashioned. Also even though the available fields are very comprehensive, not all of them end up being completed. As a result, users often have to scroll through empty fields before reaching the ones that actually contain information. It would work better if completed fields appeared first, followed by the empty ones.

“useful but slow locally”
Pros
There are plenty of add-ons available and the system is fairly easy to work with. It's a great option for a smaller company and using their online hosting version would probably make it even more convenient and efficient.
Cons
Since we're a much larger company, the setup hasn't been ideal for us. We have to run it locally for security reasons and that makes the tool noticeably slow and sometimes frustrating to use.

“Freshdesk connection win”
Pros
Connecting it with Freshdesk has been really useful for our team. We can tie customer-reported issues directly to the work the developers are handling which makes tracking everything much more organized. It also gives a clear view of what has already been finished, what is currently in progress and what still needs to be done.
Cons
Sometimes it feels a little too technical for non-developers especially customer service staff who need to log and follow issues in it. Also, the @ mentions feature doesn't seem to work properly.
