“reliable webhooks”
Pros
Task management has been really useful and the notification integrations with our other tools, like Slack and email, work well. Setting up webhooks was easy and the data comes through accurately and on time which is exactly what we need.
Cons
Creating a new project is where it still gets frustrating. Even as an admin who has set up plenty of projects, I still run into issues during the setup process. Sometimes the changes do not stick when you save and it feels like you have to wait for it to sync before anything applies. There are also times when updates still do not reflect properly even after making the changes.

“smart search dashboards”
Pros
Dashboard has a really attractive UI and features like saved searches, workflows, labels, advanced search queries and the option to view items in the issue navigator make day-to-day work much more convenient.
Cons
One thing that's a bit frustrating is the rank feature now only works within a sprint. It used to be a global ranking system and this newer approach can feel a little annoying.

Features and overall functionality have been great and everything works well for what I need.

The interface isn't quite as satisfying as it could be and it should be made clearer and more understandable for non-technical users.

“tailored workflows”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how we can build workflows around the way our team actually works instead of forcing everyone into a fixed process. It gives us the flexibility to follow what makes sense for our needs rather than blindly sticking to a limited system.
Cons
Honestly, it seems to include everything we need from a project tracking tool.

“ticket organization success”
Pros
It works really well for keeping tickets organized, letting multiple people access them and moving them through the workflow in a way that actually makes sense.
Cons
It can be a little tricky for some people at first but that's usually manageable by setting up the dashboard for new users and helping them begin from there.

“clear API access”
Pros
At our company, we rely on this software to manage customer issues and it has been very user-friendly throughout. I've also worked with its APIs and they're easy to handle. The platform is simple to understand and the documentation is clearly written and well explained. On top of that, the community has been really supportive whenever something comes up on the platform. It has made tracking issues and working through them much more manageable.
Cons
There are times when the domains do not work properly and the platform can be slow to load.

“dev team workflows”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how many features this tool includes. It works just as well for adding a basic task as it does for coordinating an entire software development team and organizing work into sprints. The most unique part though, is the workflow setup for each board. You can define the full life cycle of a task from the moment it starts until it is completed. Because of that, if a task gets rejected, it has to move through the previously configured steps before returning to its earlier status. That workflow feature is genuinely impressive and not something I've seen in other similar tools.
Cons
The part I don't enjoy as much is the interface which can feel confusing when you're not familiar with all of the concepts. It also seems very heavily focused on software development teams.

“reliable project tracking”
Pros
Managing larger projects involves a lot of moving parts and this tool handles that really well. It helps keep big projects organized, lets us track each team member's task progress clearly and makes ticket management on the platform very convenient.
Cons
It has been genuinely helpful for managing our projects and I haven't come across any major issues or flaws with it so far.

“major time saver”
Pros
The workflow is very easy and it's one of the simplest ways to keep a project under control. It saves a tremendous amount of time when tracking down bugs and identifying who isn't performing well on the project.
Cons
Setting everything up correctly can be complicated at times especially when it comes to assigning the right permissions.

“centralized support hub”
Pros
Across our company, this is the one platform our IT department relies on to handle technology-related issues and we use it every single day with consistently strong results. It's especially useful because we have offices spread across the country and teams can still pick up, manage and resolve requests from anywhere. It also works well beyond IT since HR, Marketing and other departments can use it to track and address their own issues too.
Cons
One limitation is that only certain users can tag other people in tickets. I assume that's controlled by admin permissions but it creates a challenge for anyone without that access when they need to alert someone or get their attention on a specific issue. Because of that, we sometimes have to wait until the other person happens to see the ticket on their own.

“ownership visibility”
Pros
Keeping projects organized has been much easier with this tool and it gives our team complete visibility into who owns each step. Being able to tag coworkers in projects and comments, add attachments and monitor progress has been extremely useful. It really helps us stay organized and keeps everyone accountable.
Cons
The reporting section feels a bit awkward and somewhat confusing though it hasn't gotten in the way of our productivity with the tool.

“custom workflow power”
Pros
Level of customization is hard to overstate. You can build and fine-tune almost any workflow you can think of.
Cons
When you're dealing with a lot of interconnected systems, it doesn't really provide that big-picture, 10,000-foot view. It's very focused on the individual issue and getting it completed which isn't always how things work in every stage of real-world development. Because of that, it can feel a little misleading if you're expecting a complete all-in-one solution and you'll probably still need other software alongside it.

“task tracking engine”
Pros
Task tracking and management here is incredibly capable, almost to the point of being too advanced at times. There's a huge set of features and getting the most out of them really takes some expertise. That said, once everything is configured properly, it runs very well and becomes a highly effective tool.
Cons
At times, the task tracker feels overloaded with features which can make it a bit much to handle. If you already know your way around the system and understand how to use its full potential, it can be a real asset. For newer users though, it may feel overwhelming at first.

Pros
