deep ticket customization

Pros

There's a lot of customization and flexibility built in which makes it really capable of fitting different ticketing needs.

Cons

One thing that could use some work is the filtering. The search feature is helpful overall but it can be a bit tricky at times.

workflow flexibility

Pros

Our team was able to tailor the workflow exactly the way we needed, moving work through different stages with different people responsible at each step. Team members could also add notes, comments and media files which made collaboration much more effective.

Cons

The platform does feel quite large and a bit tough. For some of our smaller projects, the setup took more time than it was worth so they ended up switching to other management tools.

agile customization shine

Pros

Whenever I need to run projects in an agile environment, this is the platform I naturally turn to. The interface makes project setup and adjustment feel very easy, both for me as an admin and for the rest of the team based on their preferences. Its whole design philosophy centers on simplicity and that comes through in the highly customizable interface which helps a lot when implementing and managing the elements that fit each specific use case. On top of that, the strong out-of-the-box feature set keeps things moving without much extra effort.

Cons

One frustrating part is the commenting experience which can be more tedious than it should be since there is no option to save comments as drafts and review them for mistakes before posting. It also is not consistently user-friendly because even basic actions, such as deleting issues, are limited to admins which ends up placing too much responsibility on them. Another annoyance is how links open in the current tab instead of a new one which interrupts whatever I was already working on and makes navigation less convenient.

ticketing with add-ons

Pros

One of the biggest benefits is being able to track helpdesk tickets and route them to the right support technicians. It also comes with plenty of add-ins that expand what it can do, including Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.

Cons

Customization is more difficult than it really should be and the backend is not very user-friendly when you need to make changes. If you want any meaningful level of customization, you'll likely need someone with great experience managing the system.

Xray integration win

Pros

Using this for ticketing has been a really positive experience. It's easy to work with, very flexible and lets me customize pretty much everything the way I need. I'm also using Xray for test tracking which adds even more value to it.

Cons

Every now and then, random errors pop up without any clear reason. I also notice occasional bugs from time to time.

customizable but confusing

Pros

Being able to connect commits to it is really useful and the level of customization is extensive.

Cons

It can be very confusing to work with. Since it lets you do almost anything, it becomes difficult to set clear patterns and consistent ways of using it.

excellent project tracking

Pros

One thing I really appreciate about this software is how well it helps me keep track of my work and prioritize engineering tasks. I also value being able to approve tickets and let anyone involved use it to follow project progress. It's a really strong tool for tracking overall.

Cons

Feature I like least is that the workflow doesn't always match the way I work. There are definitely times when I wish I could approve something without having to go through so many steps.

collaboration that works

Pros

Among the tools built for software teams, this is easily one of the strongest I've worked with. After spending quite a while as a PM, I've used it myself and also watched Scrum Masters, Product Owners software Engineers and others rely on it and genuinely enjoy using it. The biggest advantage is how flexible it is when it comes to keeping everyone connected and communicating around stories and features in one place. That really helps cut down on redundancy, miscommunication, inefficiency and delays across the team.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't anything major that bothers me about this tool. If there's one area that could use some attention, it would be the UI/UX since the overall experience could definitely feel a bit more polished.

team tracking support

Pros

Works really well for tracking tasks and managing smaller projects. It's easy to use when the whole team is on board and follows the same process.

Cons

It becomes difficult to manage larger projects involving multiple teams and it's not the strongest option for project planning or forecasting timelines.

collaboration shines

Pros

Working with teammates is much better on this platform and it does a really good job of keeping project tasks on track. The "Board" feature is especially useful for planning work in a clear and organized way. I also rely on the filter option in the board section since it helps a lot when I need to find something quickly. It's also convenient for handling version releases across projects. Another strong point is that it lets us build workflows that fit the way our business operates.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve if you want to use it properly. One issue I've run into is the interface which doesn't feel very appealing or engaging visually. Because of that, the platform can be less inviting to use than it should be. I think it would be much better if the development team focused on improving the UI and overall UX.

powerful search tools

Pros

Managing sprints in an agile workflow is very easy and handling epics, stories and tasks is just as convenient. It offers customizable workflows for different projects under the same license which is really useful. Integration with tools like TestRail and Bitbucket works well and it remains one of the most preferred products across many industries. The checkbox options and JQL also make it much easier to search for issues based on specific user needs.

Cons

One downside is that it depends on a central server so if the server goes down, the tool becomes inaccessible. It would be much better if there were an offline saving option so work could be stored locally and updated once the server is back up.

reporting and exports

Pros

There are a ton of reporting features available, from executive-level reports like velocity charts and epic burn-down charts to team-focused ones such as timesheets and sprint health. It also lets me choose only the columns I need and export everything to Excel which makes status reporting much better.

Cons

New versions come out a bit too frequently and the interface could be more user-friendly.

Simple team boards

Pros

Creating multiple boards and tailoring them for each team works really well. The interface is very simple so people across the company were able to move to the new system without much trouble. Having visibility into everyone's projects, including descriptions, comments and due dates, makes it much simpler to prioritize work.

Cons

It would help to have a better way to search for and locate projects. More options to customize notifications would also be a welcome improvement.

project tracking hub

Pros

Managing large, complex projects takes a lot less time with this tool. It supports a wide range of useful functions, including agile workflows, Kanban boards and time tracking. It's especially helpful for project managers, QA teams and business analysts who need to keep everyone aligned and moving in the right direction.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve to understanding how the platform works. People who are new to project management may find it a bit hard to navigate and locate things at first. Also, many of the more advanced features are only available through paid plans.

Bitbucket visibility boost

Pros

From a developer's perspective, the Bitbucket integration is one of the biggest advantages. Being able to connect repository commits straight to tickets makes it much easier to track what was actually completed. That adds a lot of value to documentation, not just for the current team but also for anyone joining later and trying to understand past work. It's also a really useful feature when writing stories since reviewing how much code is being changed at once can reveal whether a story is too large. If a pull request touches too much code, that can be a warning sign that regression risk and completion time are both likely to go up.

Cons

Getting started with the software can be difficult if you're new to it. The dashboard looks polished but once you try to make sense of all the projects, timelines and priorities in a single view, it quickly becomes overwhelming. Because of that, it ends up feeling close to useless when you're trying to organize your work.

real-time roadmap view

Pros

It lets me put together a detailed overview of the project's progress and build a roadmap that covers every development based on the equipment available which also makes real-time tracking possible.

Cons

I don't have any negative feedback about this tool. If anything, it has been extremely useful for keeping management efficient.
