“Better visibility and productivity”
Pros
Having this in place gives much clearer visibility into the work, offers a focused way to prioritize tasks and helps boost productivity while improving tracking overall.
Cons
User interaction can be confusing at times, the CLI still isn't powerful enough for automation and some of the newer functionality has made response times a bit slower.

“Reliable bug reporting”
Pros
Among the tools we use for tracking bugs and issues, this is one of the best. It's quick to learn and it helps us clearly separate different types of bugs across multiple projects. Another big plus is the security since access is restricted through VPN which makes it feel safe and well protected.
Cons
Up to this point, I really haven't come across any notable drawbacks because it has been an excellent tool overall.

“Task tracking for everything”
Pros
From assigning a task to following it through all the way to final submission, this handles the whole process in one place. It really includes everything needed for that workflow. Compared with email communication, it's much simpler to locate a specific task whenever I need it.
Cons
It would be even better if it could also integrate tools like a review tool.

Pros
The project management and task management features have been excellent for handling my day-to-day work. It's really effective for organizing daily tasks and I can build my own workflow to move any task or project along based on the timeline.
Cons
At this point, there really isn't anything I dislike about the software. It gives me everything I need.

“Agile tracking done right”
Pros
Being able to clearly separate a BUG from a TASK is a big help. Bug tracking is easy and sprint planning with task allocation works really well. The Kanban board and burn down charts are especially useful for monitoring resources and keeping up with completed work.
Cons
I honestly can't recall any issues or concerns with it. It's simply an excellent tool for working in an Agile environment.

“Clear project visibility”
Pros
Everyone on the team can clearly see the project's status at any moment which adds a lot of transparency. From a testing standpoint, it also works well for organizing smoke, regression and other general test suites all in one place.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost since it's expensive and not really practical for smaller companies. It also supports a limited number of languages. On the other hand, when you use it, there's less need for outside documentation because everything can be handled within the platform itself.

“Customizable workflow tools”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform feels user-friendly and highly customizable. It also comes with plenty of features that help keep tasks moving efficiently between different departments or teams.
Cons
One area that could use some work is searching for older data inside tickets since that can be tricky at times. A better search function would definitely help but overall it's still an excellent product.

“Search and task control”
Pros
Both the advanced and basic search tools are really powerful. It also does a great job of helping prioritize tasks, set time intervals and stay on top of follow-ups.
Cons
User experience feels a bit awkward. Navigation can be confusing at first and new users usually need a couple of weeks to figure things out. A video tutorial would definitely help with onboarding.

“Workflow reporting tools”
Pros
This has been an excellent project management tool for our needs. The interface is easy to navigate but it still includes plenty of advanced features when you need them. The customizable workflows and detailed reporting tools are especially valuable.
Cons
There really aren't many downsides to mention. The only issue I run into occasionally is that the cloud version can freeze which gets a bit frustrating.

“Planning and tracking tools”
Pros
As a software engineer, I've relied on it for project and product planning throughout my career. It's a strong platform that gives teams a clear way to track their work and plan ahead. You can set up high-level stories or cards and then connect lower-level tasks to them which makes planning and organizing work much more manageable in a team environment.
Cons
It feels like the software is trying to handle too many things at once. The feature set is massive and that can make the experience feel confusing and sluggish. There are times when I have to click through several layers just to locate a simple button and that gets frustrating quickly.

“Strong agile fit but dated UI”
Pros
Built around an agile mindset, this tool really supports the process and sticks to it closely. It comes with a wide range of features and the integrations with other products add a lot of value.
Cons
Interface feels awkward and outdated, almost like something from the Windows XP era. Even though it includes plenty of modules, a number of them are broken or run into problems after updates.

“Great for project tracking”
Pros
After using it for project management over many years, it has consistently performed really well. Being able to attach screenshots, videos and many other file types is a big advantage. It's an excellent tool for handling development tickets in a very effective way. It also works really well for resolving issues, managing tasks, keeping up with production follow-up and planning overall work.
Cons
There honestly aren't many drawbacks to mention with this app. If I had to point out one, it would be that the system can occasionally slow down because of the wide range of configuration options but this only happens rarely and feels like a minor issue. Aside from that, it delivers very strong ticketing features and a lot more.

“Dashboards and integrations”
Pros
The interface feels very user-friendly and there's a wide range of features to work with. Being able to build dashboards from custom queries is especially useful and the integrations with different platforms add a lot of value.
Cons
One downside is that the UI gets changed pretty often which can take a bit of getting used to. The cloud version also freezes from time to time and there's still no calendar integration.

“Kanban flow that works”
Pros
Using the Kanban cards feels very simple and dragging them across task lists works well. It makes each sprint simple to organize and the filters are handy for narrowing tasks down to a specific person. I especially find it useful to save a "current sprint" page with the filter already set to my own tasks. Tagging teammates is quick and easy too.
Cons
At times, when I move tasks from one column to another, the description panel opens automatically which slows the process down a bit. There are also quite a few email notifications though I assume those can probably be disabled.

Across our whole company, this software keeps communication, ticket tracking, workflows and day-to-day collaboration all in one place. It helps everyone stay connected and on top of what needs to be done which is why we use it company-wide.

“Cross-team integration”
Pros
It does an excellent job connecting different internal departments which makes collaboration and coordination much better across the company.
Cons
There are a lot of ways to customize boards, tickets and other parts of the system which can actually be a benefit. At the same time, it means you really need to have a clear understanding of your company's needs to get the most out of the setup and putting everything in place can be a pretty big project.

“All-in-one project tracking”
Pros
Everything the team needs for project management is available in one place. Once people log in, they can handle user stories, bugs, reports, sheets, epics and the rest without jumping between different tools. The interface feels polished and the overall user experience is excellent.
Cons
Feature that could be better is configuration changes since making those adjustments is not very convenient.
