Highly versatile and customizable

Pros

It's a very flexible tool and can be tailored in a lot of ways. If you're willing to spend the time setting it up and customizing it, it can handle just about anything you need.

Cons

A downside is that some feature sets apply across all projects which makes the system feel pretty heavy to manage and administer once everyone has customized it for their own workflow.

Sprint management works with weak reporting

Pros

It handles sprint management well and supports following the basic agile practices properly.

Cons

Reporting side isn't very good since it doesn't display the data correctly or show the time added properly.

Agile-friendly tracking

Pros

Right from the start, this tool felt very easy to use and fits agile workflows really well. Connecting it with Confluence, Trello, GIT, SVN and BitBucket was simple and it offers plenty of charting options that are especially useful for upper management. On top of that, the project tracking features cover a lot and make it a very capable platform overall.

Cons

One issue I ran into is that when a task or ticket gets reassigned to another developer, all the hours previously logged by the first developer end up appearing under the new developer instead. That created quite a few problems in our environment.

Organized scrum workflow

Pros

It really brings a lot of organization to my workflow and I especially love how it incorporates SCRUM into the way everything works.

Cons

A few configuration options can be difficult to locate at first but with enough time and patience, everything is there and can be found.

Feature-rich tracking

Pros

Across different projects, it offers a wide range of features that can adapt to different needs and we ended up relying heavily on several of them. It made it much simpler to track progress, manage handoffs and keep communication organized. From my role as a client project manager, I was able to report issues, assign them and quickly see where the developers stood on resolving each item we had submitted.

Cons

One area that could be better is the option to archive issues and their statuses on our local server in some kind of structured library or repository. As the project got close to completion, we wanted a full record of everything that had been identified and fixed, along with the lessons learned so we could refer back to it if any of those issues showed up again after launch.

Organized projects and features

Pros

It's a really great tool for my day-to-day work. It helps keep projects well organized, comes with plenty of features and the interface is very simple to use.

Cons

At times the application gets a bit slow although I believe that may be related to my internet connection rather than the software itself.

All projects in one place

Pros

Having all of our projects, tickets and issues managed in one system has been a big improvement for our company. It also connects really well with the other tools our team already uses which made switching over much simpler than expected. Overall, it has been a major step up from the software we were using before.

Cons

Like most platforms, this one does come with a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. That said, once you get familiar and comfortable with how it works, it becomes a very great product to use.

Workflow tools with Git sync

Pros

The comprehensive workflow settings are a big plus and the Git integration works really well. It also connects nicely with other products which makes it fit naturally into an existing setup.

Cons

The interface feels a bit too technical at times and the lack of an iOS app is definitely a downside.

Project and ticket tracking

Pros

After all the updates and new features it has received, this software still stands out to me as a really strong option for project management. It helps me keep track of project progress across the entire integrator team and the customizable dashboard panels give a fast, clear view of the status of everything we are handling. That visibility makes monitoring ongoing work much more practical. On the IT customer support side, I've used several platforms and this one has also been very helpful for remote incident management. It connects well with customer service by linking incident tickets and assigning them to the appropriate specialized support area. Overall, it offers far more advantages than drawbacks so I would confidently recommend it especially considering that the purchase cost is quite low.

Cons

At this point I really don't have major complaints about the software. In general, it has been developing in a positive way for both end users and administrators. If I had to mention one area to refine, it would be the interface since it could be made cleaner, less crowded and more visually pleasant for users. As a final thought, if the product continues to grow, it would be worthwhile to invest in new monitoring applications for telecommunications companies since that is especially relevant in the current pace of telecom evolution.

Agile dashboards

Pros

Across most of the companies I've worked at, this has been one of the tools I kept coming back to. It's a very capable platform for running agile workflows like Scrum and Kanban and the burndown charts along with the other end-of-cycle analytics are especially useful and informative. We even kept the dashboard up on a large screen in our team area which made it much easier to stay aligned. Overall, it gave me better visibility into what my teammates were working on and helped boost my own productivity as well.

Cons

It's an excellent product overall but the customization options aren't quite flexible enough for certain very specific task management needs.

Best for ticket tracking

Pros

Hands down, it's the best. From a developer's point of view though, you really need someone who can configure it properly and stay on top of tracking all the tickets.

Cons

Like I mentioned in the pros, it really needs someone dedicated to setting it up and managing all the tickets. Because of that, it can feel too complex for smaller projects or teams with fewer people.

Sprint and reporting tools

Pros

It's built with software teams in mind and that focus really shows. Features like reports, sprints and related tools do a great job of supporting the day-to-day work and helping teams stay on track.

Cons

The built-in roadmapping tool hasn't clicked for me yet. It either feels a bit difficult to work with or it just doesn't match what I need. I've tried a few different ways of setting it up but nothing has really stood out so far.

Helpful customization but awkward admin

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how much freedom there is to customize each project and workflow. That flexibility has made a real difference for our team when it comes to staying organized and spreading work across team members more evenly based on what our customers need.

Cons

Getting around the system can be pretty challenging when it comes to complex searches and bulk ticket updates. Some of the admin work is also harder than it should be especially when managing or setting up projects and users.

Workflow customization tools

Pros

After more than 10 years of using it and testing plenty of other tools, this still stands out as the best option I've used for managing software projects. Its biggest strength is how customizable it is, you can shape it to fit almost any need and build support for even very complex workflows and processes.

Cons

That same level of flexibility can also work against it at times. Because it's so customizable, the software can become really complex.

Clear product view but messy setup

Pros

With a single click, I can pull up everything I need to see for a specific product and the navigation feels fairly aligned overall.

Cons

Getting everything set up is really difficult and managing users is a major hassle. On top of that, moving between tools like this and Confluence can be confusing and it sometimes feels like things get lost along the way.

Works very poorly

Pros

The one thing this software really gets right is the visual design. It looks polished and appealing on the surface.

Cons

Aside from that, I really dislike the way it functions. The whole experience is confusing, not user-friendly and just hard to figure out overall.
