“Kanban done right”
Pros
Working with this in an agile setup especially as a Kanban board, has been really convenient. One of the biggest advantages is how quickly I can drag an item from the board into active status and assign the task to myself without any hassle. Adding new tasks to the backlog for later review is also very easy.
Cons
Occasionally tracking down specific tasks or other items hasn't been all that convenient. The interface can also start to feel pretty cluttered now and then.

“Centralized request tracking”
Pros
Across our team, this works really well as a central hub for requests whenever someone needs a task completed. Everything stays in one place and it makes it much easier to follow the workflow and status of each request from start to finish.
Cons
One downside is the sheer number of emails it generates. Every update within a request seems to trigger a notification so as someone fulfilling those requests, I end up having to sort and filter a lot of messages in my inbox.

“Team collaboration that works”
Pros
Working with different teams on projects feels much more organized with this tool. It helps everyone collaborate effectively and the notification emails are especially useful because they keep me updated whenever my input or acknowledgement is required.
Cons
At times, tracking down specific collaborations can be frustrating because of the way the titles are set up. The letter-and-number combinations make searching harder so it takes more effort to find the exact issue I need.

“Clear task views and workflows”
Pros
Having all the tasks laid out visibly is something I really appreciate and the process flow diagrams make it much easier to follow what's going on.
Cons
One thing that gets overwhelming is the number of emails they send for every single change made to a task.

“Turning data into action”
Pros
It does a really good job of taking the huge amount of information out there and turning it into organized, actionable steps.
Cons
The only downside is that the story points don't feel very realistic compared with how people actually work.

“Reliable requirements tracking”
Pros
It's widely used in the IT industry to create and share requirement documents between software developers and testing teams. It also works well for logging defects found in software.

“Clear team history and tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with what each team member is working on is really easy and the version history has been excellent as well.
Cons
I'm still settling into it a bit. One thing I wish had been available when I first started was some training videos or helpful onboarding materials.

“Collaboration and value”
Pros
It gives us all the collaboration features we need to keep work organized and preserve documentation for future reference and the pricing stays very reasonable.
Cons
One thing that really bothers me is that support is limited to email unless an issue gets escalated and even then they seem reluctant to jump on a phone call. That becomes even more frustrating when most of the support is handled by non-native English speakers. A few support reps do a very good job of asking the right follow-up questions and moving quickly toward a fix but more often the person helping doesn't fully grasp the full scope of the problem and ends up suggesting incomplete solutions that leave me feeling unheard and frustrated. I may not always know how to explain what I need in technical terms but support should be able to help close that gap. A quick phone conversation would solve a lot of this since a few back-and-forth questions could get everyone aligned much faster than a long email chain. As it is, the email-only process can turn support into something very time-consuming and unnecessarily stressful. The initial setup and configuration could also be more aligned and simple. I understand that a highly customizable platform will naturally require some effort to configure correctly but for simpler use cases like ours, the process really should be more easy.

“Organized backlog and visibility”
Pros
An organized backlog makes this really effective for capturing new project ideas. It also includes velocity reporting which is especially useful when the team stays consistent because it helps measure progress. The backlog turns into a collaborative space that gives everyone visibility into the project and how things are moving along. Assigning tasks is another strong point since it helps people quickly see what they need to handle and what others are working on.
Cons
One limitation is that notes added to a story or task are only visible after opening the ticket. It would be much better to have a dropdown option that shows more detail right away. There can also be a bit of a learning curve for new users although once you spend some time with the program, the overall flow starts to make sense.

“Helpful issue tracking for QA”
Pros
Having everything logged in one place has been really valuable for our projects especially throughout the QA and UAT stages. It's incredibly important to keep issues centralized and this does that well. Being able to track and reference those issues clearly across multiple members of the project team is a big advantage.
Cons
A few more integrations would definitely make it even better especially with Workfront since that's the main project management software our team uses.

“Flexible workflows that save time”
Pros
The workflow can be customized to match just about any process you need and the easy ticket tracking really helps cut down the time spent managing things.
Cons
Interface can feel a bit confusing at the beginning if you have not had any training but after spending some time exploring it, you can pick up where everything is pretty quickly.

“Bug tracking companion”
Pros
Across all of our software testing projects, we rely on it for every part of bug tracking. It's by far the most powerful and complete testing tool we've worked with. From the time a bug is logged until it gets fully resolved, it does an excellent job of keeping everything tracked and organized.
Cons
This is easily one of the best tools I've used and honestly, I don't have any negatives to point out.

“Best app for task assignment”
Pros
Assigning tasks to teammates is where this app really shines. It works very well for resolving issues too and overall it feels like one of the best apps for handling both team task distribution and problem-solving.
Cons
Honestly, I'd say this is one of the best issue-resolution tools out there so I don't have any real complaints about it.

“Helpful dashboards and tracking”
Pros
We use it to keep tabs on development escalations and bugs across about a dozen software applications and it has worked well for that. It was easy for our organization to pick up which helped with adoption. The search tools are useful and being able to build dashboards is a big plus during our weekly escalation calls. It's also really helpful that users can watch outstanding items and add comments as updates come in.
Cons
A feature I'd really like to see improved is dashboard sharing. It would be much better if a saved dashboard setup could be emailed or shared directly with a colleague. Right now, having to rebuild the same dashboards for every team member who needs them takes extra time and becomes pretty tedious.

“Strong features and Bitbucket sync”
Pros
It packs in a strong set of features without being hard to pick up which I really appreciate. The Bitbucket integration also works very well and connects without any hassle.
Cons
One thing that feels inconvenient is that time tracking isn't enabled by default. I've never worked on a project where I didn't need that so having to turn it on manually every time I start a new project gets pretty tedious.

“Mature and flexible”
Pros
Very mature platform with a wide range of features and it's flexible enough to adapt to almost any setup. I've used it in Scrum environments as well as on both simple and more complex Kanban boards, working with teams as small as 3 people in a team lead and advisory role and with groups of up to 50 at the senior management level.
Cons
There are only minor differences between the Cloud and Hosted versions. The configuration can feel overwhelming at first and the training is both costly and fairly time-consuming even though it seems like it could be made much simpler.
