“Favorite team wiki”
Pros
Out of all the softwares, this one is still my favorite. It does exactly what I want from a wiki-style tool and works reliably which is really the most important thing.
Cons
My only complaint is that connecting it with other products can be a little tough.

“Project monitoring tools”
Pros
There are plenty of features available for tracking and reporting on development projects. They give us a detailed view of how each project is progressing, including any issues, delays or areas where things are improving.
Cons
The interface isn't very simple especially for someone just starting out. It takes some time to learn where everything is and get comfortable completing actions.

“Slack updates keep teams aligned”
Pros
Our IT team relies on this software and it does a really good job of keeping track of everything still pending on their end. The Slack integration is also a big plus because it helps us stay updated at all times without having to check manually.
Cons
Compared with other ticketing tools, it can feel a little confusing at times.

“Flexible workflows”
Pros
The workflow templates are highly customizable which makes it simple to adapt the system to different processes. Connecting it with third-party platforms was easy and working together with other teams has been very convenient.
Cons
The interface could be more simple and it does take some time to get comfortable with everything because the learning curve is fairly steep. It's also on the expensive side compared with similar tools.

“Organized and reliable workflow”
Pros
Hard to imagine how people handled their work before this came along. It keeps everything organized and makes you stay on top of your tasks and responsibilities. On top of that, the software itself is very stable and dependable.
Cons
At first, it can be a bit unclear how to use so there's a short adjustment period while you get familiar with the interface.

“Ticket tracking that works”
Pros
Keeping tabs on tickets is much more manageable with this software and it makes it simple to stay on top of them. It also helps organize different tasks in a structured, systematic way which keeps everything running in order.
Cons
Overall, I'm really happy with the software and honestly haven't come across anything I dislike about it.

“Handy ticketing with clear menus”
Pros
Putting together trouble call tickets is very easy with this software and it works really well for that purpose. The interface is simple to navigate, with clear drop-down menus that make the process quick and user-friendly.
Cons
One downside is that IT admins have to spend a fair amount of time setting up the correct drop-down menus for each department so maintaining the software can end up being fairly time-consuming.

“Great bug tracking and scalability”
Pros
Coming from other issue or project management tools, it's fairly easy to pick up and the way it scales is a big plus. It works really well for tracking issues and bugs.
Cons
Without prior experience with this kind of issue management software, the learning curve can feel pretty steep. It's definitely powerful but it takes a while to fully understand and use confidently.

“Flexible workflows and integrations”
Pros
This software is highly customizable and easy to use which really helps teams and businesses stay productive and organized. It also connects with plenty of other platforms like Slack, Zapier, Gmail and more so there's much less need to keep switching between tools. Another helpful part is that when you're talking with clients and something comes up, you can quickly create a task and add it directly into the dashboard.
Cons
Interface feels quite heavy and on smaller desktop screens it can be difficult to find the right section to handle basic actions. It would be much better if it were more responsive and user-friendly for smaller desktop devices because that would make it even more useful.

“Fast team visibility”
Pros
Getting started takes a little time to learn but once everything is set up and you're using it every day, it becomes incredibly quick to work in. Our hardware software, content and design teams all rely on it to keep clear visibility across everything we're working on. The design team runs in two-week sprints and moves tasks forward with a Kanban board which fits our workflow really well. Assigning tickets between different teams is also very easy.
Cons
Initial setup can feel pretty heavy. Without a clear understanding of how it works, it could take weeks to really figure out what's going on. For a lot of design-focused tasks, it can also feel more complicated than necessary.

“Flexible and time-saving platform”
Pros
Using this software has been a really positive experience. It offers plenty of customization options, feels comfortable to work with and can be adapted easily to match specific needs. It's not just made for IT experts which makes it accessible to a wider range of users. The integrations are broad, the interface is simple and the overall UX is thoughtfully designed. On top of that, it helps save a lot of time.
Cons
Sometimes it ends up being used more than it should. People tend to treat it as the answer to every process problem even in cases where it would make more sense to look at other tools.

“Agile boards that deliver”
Pros
Working with this software feels very natural especially in an Agile development environment. One thing I really appreciate is being able to follow the board workflow clearly as items move from development to testing and then to closed.
Cons
Some of the add-in integrations are frustrating. For instance, Zephyr caused problems with a few test sessions and started reporting that certain actions could not be completed because of integration issues. From what I could tell, the problem seemed to be on Zephyr's side but both systems need to communicate better whenever one of them makes changes.

“Outstanding reporting for product teams”
Pros
Working closely with a product team, this has been excellent for assigning tasks and staying on top of development progress. The reporting capabilities are especially phenomenal.
Cons
Our marketing team struggled to use it for our own internal needs. The interface is pretty simplistic and not really built with collaboration in mind. It clearly wasn't designed for that use case so as long as you're using it in a tech development context, it works well.

Cons

“Comprehensive and worth it”
Pros
It's likely the most full-featured and comprehensive tool available on the market right now.
