“Smooth customer rollout”
Pros
Setting up customer rollout and project boards worked really well for our CS team. We're able to use rules to automatically assign new rollouts to CSMs in a round-robin style which helps us stay on top of every rollout and keep things organized.
Cons
There are a lot of features and it's a pretty large ecosystem so it can take some time to learn everything. That said, the learning documentation is very strong and it usually makes it easy to find what you need.

“Team threads keep us aligned”
Pros
Inviting teammates into a thread is really easy and adding new items or updating their status doesn't take much effort. It helps the whole team stay current on where things stand with a task and the priority tags make it clearer what needs attention first. Updating items within a thread also helps keep everything organized instead of scattered around.
Cons
At the beginning, it was a little hard to navigate and figure out where everything was located. Once a few items were added and I got familiar with the workflow, it started to make a lot more sense and became much easier to use.

“Organized tasks and live updates”
Pros
Everything feels fairly well organized and the real-time ticket updates are especially useful. It really helps with creating tasks and keeping everything organized.
Cons
The only issue I've noticed is with the ticket search through the search bar. It doesn't seem very accurate.

“Instant value and KPI visibility”
Pros
Right away, this tool proved useful. It's easy to use, delivers value quickly, gives excellent visibility, supports KPI tracking well and helps keep everything more organized overall.
Cons
One thing that feels less polished is that some tasks that should be simple can end up feeling more complicated than necessary. It would also be better with an AI-powered search feature.

“Easy collaboration for dev teams”
Pros
The internal tools are very simple and make collaboration much better. I'd definitely recommend it especially for established software development teams because it feels natural to work with and is simple to navigate once you're in it.
Cons
Task management could be clearer since new joiners can get lost at first. After some retraining it becomes much easier to use but the onboarding experience in that area could still be improved.

“Workflows that keep teams aligned”
Pros
It does an excellent job of keeping work organized without getting in the way. We rely on it for sprint planning, tracking tickets, handling production issues and coordinating work across multiple teams. The workflow flexibility is a big plus and it's really convenient to connect tickets with pull requests, documentation and team discussions.
Cons
One drawback is that it can sometimes feel more complex than necessary. There are plenty of configuration options and certain screens may be a bit overwhelming for new users. On larger projects, things can also get noisy if teams aren't careful about maintaining statuses properly and keeping tickets clean.

“Helpful tech issue tracking”
Pros
There are separate sections for all kinds of tech issues which gives you different options depending on the type of problem you're dealing with.
Cons
At times, real-time tech issues can only be seen by the user so it would be helpful to have some kind of remote support service where someone can view the problem as it happens and address it directly.

“Handy project insights”
Pros
With a bigger team, this works really well for project management. Setting everything up and customizing it does take some skill but once that part is done, day-to-day use is fairly easy. It also produces clear diagrams and useful progress stats which come in handy during meetings and presentations.
Cons
The downside is the cost especially for larger teams and it can be difficult to justify that expense to upper management.

“Custom workflows and JQL”
Pros
It's become the backbone of how our team keeps work organized. The amount of customization available is on another level, we've been able to shape workflows, issue types and board setups exactly the way we need them. One feature I really appreciate is JQL, once you understand how to use it, filtering and slicing data becomes far more powerful than relying on simple board views alone. The automation rules for repetitive work, like auto-assigning issues or moving statuses forward, have also saved us a noticeable amount of time every single week.
Cons
Pricing is definitely something to keep an eye on, costs can climb pretty fast as the team gets bigger and some truly useful features are only available on the higher-tier plans. The mobile app works well enough but it doesn't offer the same experience as the desktop version unless you're just doing quick status updates.

“Highly adaptable workflows”
Pros
Rather than being a limited one-size-fits-all project management tool, this works as a very flexible platform that can be shaped around the exact way almost any team operates. The option to set up custom issue types, statuses, transitions and even automate actions inside workflows is hard to match. Because of that, teams using Scrum, Kanban, a hybrid model or even a completely custom methodology can configure it to reflect their process very accurately.
Cons
That same flexibility is also the part I like least because it brings a lot of complexity and a fairly heavy administrative burden when it comes to setting everything up and keeping it maintained properly. New users can face a pretty steep learning curve. With so many features, customization choices and interactions between them, it can feel overwhelming and often requires dedicated training or a lot of trial and error to use effectively. That can slow adoption and cause frustration.

“flexible and customizable”
Pros
It's incredibly flexible and highly customizable which makes it a strong fit for different teams across the business.
Cons
At times, there can be a few too many options especially when setting up a new project or space. While that level of choice is valuable in theory, figuring out which option works best can be a bit tricky.

“Ticket visibility and workflows”
Pros
Being able to track tickets clearly and have full visibility into every issue has been one of the biggest benefits. Seeing the status of each incident at any time, assigning owners and setting priorities in a clear way has been essential for handling the team's support volume. I also really value the integration with other tools and the option to build workflows that fit our specific needs.
Cons
Sometimes it can be challenging for new users and the initial setup takes quite a bit of time. Some features feel more complicated than necessary for a support team and certain views in the interface are not very simple. I would also improve performance during periods of heavy load.

“Project visibility that helps”
Pros
Bringing projects, tasks and team communication together in one place was the biggest benefit for us. As a small business, the customizable boards and workflows made it much simpler to keep everyone on the same page without juggling several different tools. The reporting and tracking features also provided clear insight into project status and upcoming deadlines. Overall, it boosted accountability and helped the team collaborate more effectively.
Cons
Getting started with it can be a bit intimidating especially for smaller teams that do not have dedicated IT or project management support. Some of the features and settings take time to understand and the initial setup ended up being more involved than I expected. Pricing can also become expensive as the team expands or when extra plugins are required. For very basic projects, it can sometimes feel like more software than you actually need.

“helpful teamwork boards”
Pros
Managing tasks, following project progress and working across teams feels much more organized with this tool. The board views, ticket tracking and customizable workflows make it efficient to keep work structured and moving forward. It also connects well with other tools and gives great visibility into everything currently in progress.
Cons

“Clear visibility and tracking”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated is how clearly it shows what work is in progress, who is responsible for it and exactly where each item sits in the workflow. It also helps a lot with keeping defects, priorities and overall progress together in one place instead of having to depend on separate status updates.
Cons
A downside is that it can start to feel a little complex and heavy when there are too many fields, statuses or workflow steps involved. It also relies heavily on everyone updating their tickets properly because if that does not happen, the information can become confusing or outdated pretty quickly.

Pros
This has been a powerful and flexible tool for keeping our team organized and working together effectively. Tracking tasks, managing workflows and keeping everyone in the loop through comments and status updates all work really well.

“Flexible workflows and insights”
Pros
Reporting a bug, creating a story, spike or any other task feels incredibly simple and the platform lets you turn just about everything into measurable metrics. The AI integrations are really helpful for refining descriptions and I also appreciate how flexible it is when setting up workflows, dashboards and custom issue types to match what the team needs.
Cons

“Hub for dev teams”
Pros
Having everything the team needs in one place makes a big difference. Creating tickets and assigning them feels simple and the Kanban and Scrum boards make it simple to see progress happening in real time. Automated reporting, including burn-down charts and velocity tracking, gives clear insight into how the team is performing without needing constant manual follow-up. The built-in integrations with GitHub, Confluence and Slack really tie everything together and make it an ideal center point for development work.
Cons
Occasionally it can be a bit challenging for new users especially when it comes to configuring custom workflows and more advanced permission settings. The pricing may also be tough to justify for smaller teams or startups that are just getting off the ground. When there are a lot of active tickets in the system, the interface can sometimes feel a little heavy and slower than expected.

“Top agile planning tool”
Pros
Hands down, this is the best tool I've used for agile software development. Sprints, backlogs and epics are implemented really well and the integrations with GitHub and Bitbucket work flawlessly.
Cons
