“Flexible teamwork and workflows”
Pros
Working with this platform has made project and task management much more organized for our team. It's user-friendly and does a good job of helping us track progress, assign responsibilities and manage workflows efficiently. The collaboration tools are especially helpful because they improve communication and keep everyone aligned on priorities and deadlines. I've also gotten a lot of value from the dashboards and reporting features when it comes to monitoring project status and overall productivity. Another big advantage is how customizable it is to fit different company needs which makes it adaptable across teams and workflows. On top of that, the diagram-building and integration features make it easier to visualize processes clearly and improve coordination overall.
Cons
A downside is that the platform can feel complicated for new users because there are so many features and customization options to work through. Getting around it can be overwhelming at times especially with lots of boards and fields in place. Some dashboards and reports also take extra time to learn and set up, particularly in company environments where the system has been heavily customized.

“Versatile task collaboration”
Pros
It covers more than I expected, offering a wide range of project management features such as task comments, detailed descriptions and task linking. Being able to connect tasks together really helps improve teamwork, support and overall collaboration.
Cons
The dashboards can feel cluttered at times which makes navigation harder especially for new users who may not yet understand how to customize them.

“smart AI ticketing”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the ticketing system. It's user-friendly enough that even someone without much technical knowledge can still use it for project work without struggling. The whole ecosystem is highly customizable which gives teams a lot of flexibility. They've also been actively adding AI into the platform through tools like ROVO which helps with creating tickets and searching. On top of that, it does a good job of supporting team collaboration.
Cons
Getting the most out of it does require a dedicated admin to set up workflows and manage the panel, otherwise things can become messy pretty quickly. It would also be better if it included more automated organizing tools. There's a slight lag at times too, it's fast but not especially fast. The email reminders are decent but sometimes it feels like too many emails are being sent especially since ticket updates go out to everyone in the assigned group instead of only the person actually assigned to the ticket.

“Flexible workflows and visibility”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the balance between flexibility and structure. It can handle anything from basic task tracking to more advanced agile setups like Scrum and Kanban in a single place and the ability to customize fields, workflows and boards means you can shape it around the way your team actually operates instead of being boxed into a fixed process. The visibility is another big plus. With dashboards, filters and reporting tools, it's much easier to track progress, spot blockers and understand team workload at a glance which is especially helpful when people are collaborating across teams or working remotely. It's not flawless because it can feel a bit heavy for smaller projects but when it's set up properly, it becomes a very capable single source of truth for project management and development work.
Cons
The biggest downside is how complicated and harder to manage it can become as projects scale up. With so many configuration choices, workflows and permission settings, onboarding tends to take longer and simple tasks can end up buried under extra process that doesn't always feel necessary. Performance can also slow down now and then, particularly in heavily customized projects or when dealing with large backlogs. On top of that, the interface may feel overwhelming for new users and locating the right settings or filters often takes more clicks than it really should.

“Boards for team collaboration”
Pros
Keeping projects and tasks organized is much simpler with this especially for development teams. The Kanban and Scrum boards are flexible, the issue tracking is detailed and it helps a lot when monitoring progress across several projects at once. The integrations with tools like GitHub and Confluence were also a big plus since they improved collaboration and cut down on manual updates between teams.
Cons
It can feel a bit overwhelming for new users especially when dealing with advanced workflows or permission settings. Some configurations take time to fully understand and performance may occasionally slow down on larger projects with lots of integrations and custom fields. The reporting features are useful but customizing dashboards can sometimes feel more complicated than it needs to be.

“Clean visibility and teamwork”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits here is the visibility. I can see landing page content, ad creatives, client approvals and dev tickets all in one place instead of digging through Slack threads which is a huge help for a 2-10 person shop. The task management is detailed enough for retainer work and collaboration across the team feels more organized especially first thing Monday morning. The whiteboards and diagram tools are also useful for mapping out ideas before turning them into actual work items. On top of that, the pricing feels fair for the amount of tracking and oversight we get.
Cons
Setup can get pretty complicated. I still end up hiding about half of the fields so account managers do not lose interest. Once people are trained, usability is fine but it is not something that feels simple on day one. Support does answer tickets although sometimes the replies just point to documentation when all I wanted was a very easy answer for a small agency workflow.

“Project and sprint control”
Pros
It's very flexible and makes project management much easier especially for sprint planning and bug tracking as well.
Cons
For new users and very small teams, setting it up and keeping track of everything can feel quite complicated. Other than that, there's currently nothing I dislike.

“Task tracking and documentation”
Pros
With the various add-ons available, it becomes very clear what needs attention at the moment and what is currently being worked on. It also provides complete documentation of everything that has happened and the time tracking makes it possible to analyze how much time was spent on different tasks.
Cons
It takes quite a few add-ons to make the system feel truly complete. The costs can add up faster than expected and it also generates a large number of emails in the inbox.

“strong tracking but extra admin work”
Pros
From day-to-day tracking to backlog management, this works really well and keeps project visibility strong across teams. The flexibility is a big plus since issue types, boards and workflows can all be adjusted to fit the way a team actually operates. Being able to connect tasks, follow dependencies and see progress updates in real time also makes it a very capable tool for cross-functional collaboration and delivery management.
Cons
For less technical users or teams that do not have clear governance in place, it can feel like a lot to take on. Too much customisation can also leave projects confusing and harder to move through and keeping everything clean and consistent takes ongoing admin effort. On top of that, reporting usually needs extra setup or added plugins before it can handle more advanced or leadership-level requirements.

“Visible ticket tracking”
Pros
Getting tickets submitted and managed felt very easy and responses usually came back within a reasonable timeframe. It also keeps the whole team in the loop on what's going on which gives much better visibility across the board.
Cons
At times, the system would lag and that could turn into a bottleneck. There was also an instance of technical trouble that slowed down support tickets and communication.

“Boards keep projects organized”
Pros
Having boards for every kind of project has been a huge plus for us. It helps keep everything organized, clear and in one place.
Cons
The filtering system is where it falls short a bit. There are times when I want to filter by other criteria but those options just aren't available.

“Tracking and agile boards”
Pros
Its task and bug tracking features are the biggest highlight for me. Assigning issues, following their progress and managing them across the team feels very efficient. The Agile boards, whether Scrum or Kanban, are really useful for sprint planning and day-to-day tracking. I also appreciated how much you can customize workflows and dashboards since that gives a much clearer view of the project. Overall, it does a very good job of improving team collaboration and keeping work organized.
Cons
Getting started with it can be challenging especially for beginners because the learning curve is fairly steep. The interface also feels a little cluttered and confusing at the beginning. Setting up workflows and other configurations takes time and the process is not always very simple. On top of that, performance can occasionally slow down on larger projects which can get in the way of productivity.

“Flexible workflows and dashboards”
Pros
Keeping track of tasks and ongoing work is where this tool really shines especially in a development setting. The biggest advantage is its flexibility since workflows, boards and issue types can be adjusted to match the way your team actually operates instead of forcing everyone into a fixed process. It's also really convenient having everything in one place, from tickets to progress tracking. Once the setup is done, the reporting and dashboards end up being very useful too.
Cons
Sometimes it can take a little time. There's definitely a learning curve at first and the interface may feel a bit crowded when you're new to it. Proper setup also requires some effort especially if you want to customize workflows. For smaller or more easy projects, it can sometimes feel like more tool than you actually need.

“Excellent task collaboration”
Pros
This has been an excellent project management tool for our team. It lets us collaborate on tasks very easily and it has become our main source for tracking bugs and tasks.
Cons
The interface is not very simple. The task and epic stages are set up differently from one another and resolving them requires going through too many steps which also makes the process feel less simple.

“Flexible task spaces and tracking”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is task management. It supports multiple spaces, makes creating and assigning tasks simple and lets you use dynamic card types based on what the work needs. Managing projects with employees and developers feels very organized and transparent and for the price, it delivers strong value for teams and organizers.
Cons
Feature I like least is the reporting section which feels a bit complicated compared with other really strong features like the kanban board, sprint creation and timeline. Reports should be more easy and JQL is somewhat complex for people handling admin-level work.

“Workflows with deep integrations”
Pros
It is one of the most widely used project management and issue tracking tools out there for software development teams and it feels close to an industry standard. Nearly everything can be customized, including workflows, fields, issue types, views and boards. The marketplace also offers a huge range of apps which adds a lot of flexibility. It integrates natively with GitHub as well as other products and the permission settings can be configured in very fine detail at both the project and issue level.
Cons
That level of customization comes with a pretty steep learning curve when it's time to set everything up. Since permissions can be controlled so granularly, it can also be tricky to figure out access problems across spaces, projects and individual issues. For larger teams or businesses, it can feel like you need a dedicated IT or Jira admin just to keep everything running properly. On top of that, marketplace apps cost extra and are billed for each IT user which can add up quickly.

“Good for agile but limited”
Pros
As a software development tool, it does exactly what it was built for. The functionality fits Agile teams really well and lines up nicely with the way they work.
Cons
At the same time, it feels quite limited, with only limited customization options and it's difficult to get a true portfolio-level view across multiple deliverables.

“Solid project management features”
Pros
Its issue tracking and project management features are the biggest strengths for me. It gives teams a clear way to organize tasks, follow progress across different stages and work together more efficiently. The workflows can be customized a lot which makes it a good fit for both simple projects and more complex ones.
Cons
it can come across as complex and a little too heavy for people who are just getting started. Configuring workflows and getting familiar with all the features takes some time and the interface can feel overwhelming when you're only managing smaller projects.

“helpful built-in AI assistant”
Pros
It feels very advanced and the built-in AI assistant has been really useful for filling in ticket details. It helps the team create complete, well-written tickets much faster while keeping a consistent style.
Cons
There's such a large volume of information that it can feel overwhelming and it really takes someone dedicated to keep everything organized. The AI feature definitely helps but I still think more of the process could be automated.

“Saves a lot of time”
Pros
Switching from Google Sheets to this software has saved our team around 3 hours of manual work every single day. The automated email notifications that go out after shipments have been a huge help since they give us instant visibility into shipment status and kit counts without needing to track everything manually. It's also much more efficient because we get notified the moment a ticket is created so there's no more tedious copying and pasting of data.
Cons
Jira is definitely powerful but the board and ticket setup can feel a little overwhelming or clunky when you're trying to map out very short-term, day-to-day work. It takes a bit of tweaking to get the view set up just right for daily planning.
