Amazing support

Pros

All the available features fulfill my requirements for managing my offerings in various foreign markets. However what I truly like is the ability to customize the software according to my specific needs. This customization has significantly accelerated my internal reporting and increased my demand for advanced analytics, such as analyzing price erosion based on product, country and technical specifications.

Cons

One thing I found a bit off is that Adding my entire product portfolio to the module scope can be a bit costly. however I understand the associated expenses for development and maintenance.

Pros

Kliker is very helpful in our day to day business operations. Since I started using it I can compare prices, conduct market analysis and check the competition much faster than before when I used to do everything manually. It has saved me valuable time, which is the most significant benefit. Additionally, it is very user friendly and with just a few clicks, I can access any needed information. Lastly the customer support is prompt and highly helpful.

Pros

When conducting regular market research, KLIKER's Pricing history feature proves to be highly valuable. It allows me to observe market movements and make predictions about future trends. Having quick access to this information significantly simplifies my job.

Cons

Sometimes the product specifications can be inaccurate, but considering the vast number of products in our industry, this is somewhat expected. However it would be beneficial if KLIKER could work on improving this aspect.
