The website and features are easy to navigate and they are willing to accommodate your business needs within the app.

Cons

The support even from the owner, can be condescending, and the overall quality of customer service needs significant improvement. Many attention grabbing features are added to the site without thorough testing which results in frequent failures. The communication between QuickBooks and Knowify as well as the Zapier integration could be better. The time tracking, service breakdown and project management aspects also require significant improvement. Considering the price we pay, I expected more.

It is well organized and have an effective time tracker which is great for tracking profitability.

Cons

There are too many emails being sent to employees especially for purchase approvals. Invoicing for time and materials jobs is complicated. I would prefer more flexibility in customizing how my invoices are presented.

It serves as an effective customer sales tool and aids in contract management.

Cons

Setting up Tsheets to apply to the job requires a significant amount of effort. The way contracts and phases are determined may not align with how I want to track costs and time. I am also doubtful about the accuracy of the numbers. I prefer to have all hours and materials accounted for in relation to the entire job, without spending hours assigning each expense or hour to a specific phase.

Pros

The job costing and budgeting functionality impressed me. Additionally, the inclusion of GPS-enabled time tracking is great as it was the key for our business.

Cons

well, I am searching for software that offered more comprehensive workflow management and job tracking functionality. Even though this software wasn't chosen, I believe it's an excellent option for companies with fewer jobs. The company I worked for had numerous small jobs that required extensive workflow management.

Pros

Knowify allows us to release partial invoices each month. This is process should be a straightforward but no other software seemed to offer a simple solution except Knowify. The support has been excellent and very prompt whenever we needed it.

Cons

It would be great to have a simpler way to visualize what has been billed and what is outstanding. But I must say that the new dashboard does help to some extent.

The customer support is unparalleled. They respond and address issues within the hour and the software is easy to navigate and intuitive.

Cons

Occasionally, there are minor glitches that can be a bit annoying but they are usually resolved quickly and efficiently.

It lacks complete CRM functionality beyond the customer database. although it does have plugins for email marketing tools.

Knowify is intuitive, effectively manages job costing and most importantly, integrates all aspects of a job into one easily understandable space.

The reporting in Knowify is definitely the worst aspect. While there are several built-in reports they are not easily customizable and filter data based on how it's inputted into the software. This is especially noticeable in invoicing even though it's primarily a project management software rather than an accounting software.

The best part is that I can use Knowify on the go whenever I need to. and yes the software is without a doubt user-friendly. I like being able to track my hours as well.

It took quite a while to update every time I logged into the program and deleting a file on my smartphone caused an issue when trying to log back into the app.

Knowify provides a comprehensive overview of your entire business and it's easy to send purchase orders and work orders to vendors and contractors.

I wish I had the ability to rearrange individual line items (specifically material line items) within a job phase on the proposal and contract.

The most significant benefit is the step-by-step process from bidding to proposal to billing. We can easily track and manage each phase of the process. We can efficiently generate AIA-style invoices and monitor all payments within a single application. I must give a huge shout out to the customer support team as they always respond and assist us within an hour or two, even outside of business hours.

Cons

Occasionally, there is a glitch that sends payments over to QuickBooks an extra time (although it could be related to our banking synchronization). However, it is an easy fix as long as you manage your books correctly.

Pros

I particularly enjoy the ease of creating proposals and the new home screen is fantastic. Knowifys customer service is top notch.

Cons

I would prefer to have the option to enter zero when an employee is absent for the day. It would also be helpful to print the original proposals and change orders together. Some customers find the invoicing confusing and have raised complaints about it.

The customer service team at Knowify is highly responsive and provides direct answers to my questions. The job costing feature offers a clearer financial picture for each project.

I wish the software integrated scheduling with iCloud or Android calendars. It would also be convenient if I could create estimates or invoices directly within the app.

“Knowify has made the process of paying vendors and tracking jobs incredibly easy.

It's remarkably user-friendly. The menu layout makes navigation a breeze and the QuickBooks integration is lightning fast. The various options for handling purchase orders make billing extremely convenient and the reports are valuable.

Cons

Searches can be challenging to navigate and there is limited customization for pagination. Sometimes I would like to see more than 100 results per screen!

Pros

What we love most about Knowify is how simple and cost effective it is as an addition to our QuickBooks software. We enter all our accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions into Knowify and it seamlessly syncs with QB. The built in AIA billing format is fantastic and the ability to email directly from the application is a bonus. We also use the app in the field to capture and review employee time, and the process is seamless.

Cons

The only thing I would like is a simple back button to return to the previous page without having to start from the beginning.

We all love the fact that we can share our ideas and needs with Knowify and they have incorporated many of them into their updates and new features.

Cons

There are still some functions that restrict our capabilities with Knowify particularly in billing. We have been informed that they are working on adding those options and the sooner they are implemented, the better our workflow will be with their system.
