We have been pleased with how KPI Fire has helped us highlight our business’s weak point, which makes it clear where our focus should be. It allows for live tracking of a companys performance thanks to its excellent strategic planning management. The dashboard element of KPI Fire is by far the best feature.

We utilize the software for its core functionalities but have to pay for the entire package. The only thing I could point out is the high price, and I would appreciate it if there was an option to pay for only the features you use. Other than that, we are very happy with our purchase.

I could not find a better method to compile all my company’s data in one secure place. KPI has a great system based on goals, which has helped us prioritize our most important goals and work together to reach them.

Cons

The software itself is not very easy to learn. But you get the results of the effort you put into it. I just don’t appreciate the amount of training you need to attend or the number of tries you need to get a feature to work as intended.

Thanks to this product finally our company has a centralized location to store and track all our Continuous Improvement Projects (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc.)

The presentation of projects could be improved aesthetically. Currently our company still relies on PowerPoint for presenting projects to staff.

As a small sized enterprise, it is important for us to identify areas for continuous improvement and KPI Fire has been instrumental in addressing that. It offers tools for managing the companys strategic plan and overall employee and process improvement. I consider it an excellent tool for tracking the success of our business decisions especially with its dashboard feature that provides visual updates on key modules.

We are still using key features of the software for our operations. The only complaint we have is the high price tag, we haven't had much to complain about.

KPI Fire has restored our Continuous Improvement program. Since introducing the KPI Fire mobile app to our production team we have received numerous improvement ideas. The softwares ease of use and the support provided by Reps and the team have been invaluable in training our staff and addressing our queries. We now have a single system to track all our Kaizen events, savings, and more. I highly recommend this software to Lean or Operational Excellence-focused companies.

Initially the software felt a bit overwhelming but Representatives ensured that none of my team members felt this way. He made himself available for weekly calls and online meetings to address any concerns we had.

KPI Fire offers all the necessary modules in a comprehensive solution, something lacking in many another offering. Projects can be detailed and measured, aligning with overarching goals and objectives. Collaboration among cross functional teams is a key success factor and the software enables this. The ability to set up workflows in the 'Settings' section ensures organizational alignment with best practices, reducing the stress of constantly chasing after people to adhere to specific methods. This is a significant advantage. The Idea Funnel is also a great feature for capturing those moments of innovation. The software provides multiple views to suit individual preferences.

Cons

The graphic user interface appears somewhat "basic" in the way many developers prefer it, simple and forthright. This is in contrast to other offerings that focus more on appearance but lack in functionality.

Using KPI Fire is very easy. The flow of data from idea generation to project execution and its impact on KPIs is seamless.

Like any database, I have come across bugs and glitches. Fortunately the support team is quick to respond.

The software is not a failure but you get out of it what you put into it. It requires either training or taking the time to figure out how to use it correctly. It demands commitment but the results are worth it.

It takes a little bit of time to get used to but once I understood the relationship between Goals, Metrics and projects, it became quite intuitive.
