A really solid option for LinkedIn prospecting and trigger-based targeting and honestly, it's the most refined B2B LinkedIn integration I've come across. The AI powered personalization engine is another big plus since it makes it possible to send 1:1 messages at scale without falling back on bland, generic copy. I also value how it focuses on active buyer signals which helps avoid totally cold outreach and instead reaches prospects when they're more likely to engage. On top of that, the API backed LinkedIn automation feels much safer and lowers the risk of losing a Sales Navigator account. Getting started was also quick since the initial setup was easy and accessible.

Cons

One issue I still run into is performance with larger datasets. When I'm working with ABM account lists of more than 500 companies or prospect lists over 1000 leads, the platform can start to slow down quite a bit and sometimes it even lags or freezes while I'm trying to edit or apply filters.

Now, there are some things we would love to see an improvement in. When accepting or rejecting timesheets, it would be preferable to add a comment to a specific entry rather than broadcasting the comment to all entries.There are only a few minor issues we experience with some functionality.
