“Great Product-
Pros
It's user-friendly, especially for new hires learning many new things. I found this product met my requirements.
Cons
There are a couple of features I've struggled to grasp, such as how to submit time for the next week if forgotten. Your staff hasn't been very helpful in this regard.

Pros
As a new user, it was relatively straightforward to understand how to input my time and expenses.
Cons
I would prefer to input my time using a month view rather than limiting it to a weekly view.

“Extremely effective tool for time management
Pros
I appreciate the ease of use and the efficiency and speed with which I can log my spent time in just about 6-8 minutes.
Cons
Joining different projects requires one or two extra clicks more than what I think would be optimal for efficiency.

“Good for large teams
Pros
I appreciate the Inbox feature, where I can see everything that's happening on all my projects - changes made, comments, tickets added, etc.

“Mavenlink Review - you get what you pay for
Pros
The ability to break out project time for the most accurate reporting to management is valuable.
Cons
Occasionally, it freezes, requiring me to come back to it at another time. This might be due to high volume usage, and it is the most frustrating aspect of using the software.

“Too complicated to be useful
Pros
It can track time. That is about all. Nothing really works in the manner that we need efficiently. Yes, we can make it work, but for quick projects, too much time is needed to set up a project for time tracking.
Cons
The UI is subpar, making it challenging to use correctly. Consider adopting a modular setup with streamlined core functionalities for improved efficiency. The project setup takes excessively long, and certain settings may pose challenges down the road. Features are not as robust as in other systems, especially in Project Management within this program. Mavenlink should prioritize doing one thing exceptionally well instead of attempting to cover everything at once and falling short compared to other tools.

“Good at what it's designed for
Pros
We primarily use it for time and expense. Expense reports are pretty straightforward. The interface is very intuitive, and the additional feature to add notes to each project is useful. It's pretty resource-light, so it works well on slow internet as well.
Cons
Having some form of App integration for easier receipt uploads would be beneficial (assuming this feature isn't already implemented in our company).

“Good time tracking software
Pros
I appreciate that it's online and accessible anywhere. I also like that the timer remembers where you are, even when the browser/computer is restarted.
Cons
It might be more beneficial or preferable to have an alternative method of time tracking where the start time corresponds to an actual time of the day. This way, both you and managers could see what activities were undertaken at specific times, rather than just knowing "I spent 8 hours doing X at some point today, but I don't know when." The timer can be somewhat cumbersome. After completion, one has to manually search for the project/task to attach it to. It would be an improvement if the system retained the last selected task. Additionally, submitting time doesn't update the timesheet if you're currently on it; a refresh is required. I typically keep the timesheet open, add the time to the existing project on the sheet, and then clear the timer, as it provides a straightforward and smooth experience. The API should be more user-friendly. Is obtaining an API key only possible through your manager? Users should have the capability to access their own accounts independently.
