“I Hate This Product
Pros
To be honest I can't find a single thing I like about this product.
Cons
Adding people to tasks is a confusing process and leads to errors. Unnecessary options can't be removed. Time cards that are not submitted affect the project budget which doesn't make sense and can't be customized. Reports need to be exported downloaded and opened in Excel for meaningful insights rather than being visible in realtime. Time card notes are optional and can't be made mandatory to ensure accurate recordkeeping.

“Not a big fan of Mavenlink
Pros

Cons
Integrations are not intuitive. Notetaking and project tracking lack robustness. Personalized views seem to be missing and I wish there were more features for todo lists.

“Architecture Tim Tracking
Pros
I love how easily time tracking on projects can be implemented. It's also great that I can analyze time spent on projects per individual and phase effortlessly.
Cons
For our company and discipline we need to see the percentage of time allocated to a particular phase a feature we used to have in ArchiOffice. This information was vital for us to stay informed as we approached 100% of our fee allocation.

“Difficult to reconcile with our accounting software rounding issues
Pros
It's easy for resources to log time against multiple projects and the time entry exports provide granular data which is valuable for various customer views.
Cons
Mavenlink rounds time entries billed at odd amounts differently than Sage IntACCT causing complications during invoice reconciliation.

“Software well tailored for our business needs
Pros
Mavenlink provides excellent master planning for resources and allocations.
Cons
Two significant frustrations are not being able to change the date of a time entry on the Timesheets view and the inability to see how many hours are allocated each week on Master Planning.
