Pros
I love the email add-in feature of this software. It allows me to track communications with targets pretty easily with just a simple click. The configuration process is also quite simple, easy and manageable.
Cons
Personally, I cannot pinpoint any features that I dislike.

Midaxo software consolidates all the shared data in one location for everyone who needs access to it.
Cons
There are too many alerts, but it's possible that this is due to how the project manager set it up.

One of the great advantages is the ability to create customized reports and facilitate interdepartmental collaboration.
Cons
The lack of API integration limits the capability to create custom reports and track the completion time of a project.
