“The irreplaceable asset for strategy formulation
Pros
I have access to a huge number of templates which allows me to choose the best one for my needs. I also like the flexibility during work or ideation. It provides a collaborative workspace for brainstorming with my team.
Cons
The export quality for documents and images in the free version is poor. It would be better if the workspace defaulted to a dark version from the start.

“Very good tool for remote visual project management
Pros
I find Miro to be a versatile tool that lets me visually manage all types of projects remotely and in real time. It is very practical for teamwork and perfect for workshops, offering a collaborative workspace. I highly like its flexibility and ease of use as it adapts to various uses. Also it integrates multiple applications and functionalities.
Cons
Miro can become slow when multiple people are using the dashboard at once. The free version includes many advertisements and to access more advanced features, I need a paid subscription.

“Easy to use and looks professional
Pros
I can jump in with literally zero training and create a flowchart or idea board that looks professional.
Cons
Some UI functions, like zooming in and out can be a bit clunky, but that might be due to my lack of formal training.

“Miro is the operating system for a creative distributed team
Pros
Miro is a fantastic tool with numerous use cases for my global distributed team, focused on staying connected. Without Miro, we would struggle with our complex OKR planning cycle. After trying many tools, Miro was the one our team adopted and validated. We use Miro for BPM across the business and leverage its collaborative features for creative brainstorming, giving our team a voice and fulfilling our creative needs. The Miro community templates are also a huge value add, offering inspiration and ideas for process design.
Cons
The only downside to Miro for me is the time it takes to build maps when doing it myself. With MindMeister, I could use Shift to automatically create more space in the mind map, which was really helpful during brainstorming. With Miro building the map can be time-consuming, which can impact the quality of brainstorming.

“Miro Review
Pros
What I like the most is the Flowchart & Swimlane diagram features, which have been instrumental in creating workflow processes. Additionally, different teams can collaborate and work on the same project simultaneously.
Cons
At first, I found it challenging to navigate Miro and use all its features well but I got used to it quickly.

“Awesome for workshops/ collaboration use cases
Pros
I do not need any training to use Miro as it is intuitive for new users. I can start with one board and easily scale up to many more. Collaborating and brainstorming via post-its and comments is very simple. The templates are also fantastic for hosts and moderators which makes workshop preparation simpler and more efficient.
Cons
Managing licenses at the corporate level can be complex. I might end up letting business users purchase licenses on their own when necessary. Managing access for participants is also a bit complex.

“Great tool for team collaboration
Pros
I find it to be a great tool for brainstorming ideas and involving everyone on the team. I can easily hold votes to gauge the teams opinions on various matters. We use it a lot for creative brainstorming sessions.
Cons
It has so many functionalities that it can feel a bit cumbersome and hard to use at times, especially for older team members.

“Awasome Experience with Miro
Pros
I like how Miro integrates with tools like Slack, Google Drive and Zoom. This integration helps me keep my workflow centralized. The whiteboard platform is perfect for teams to brainstorm, mind map and collaborate visually, which is much more engaging compared to traditional text documents.
Cons
I do not like its limitations on offline access and the cost. Sometimes I do not use all the features but still have to pay the same amount which makes it expensive.

“Bring visual elements into just about any meeting
Pros
Diagramming with Miro is very easy and fast. In ten minutes, I can have a functional skeleton, and in thirty minutes, I can produce a detailed flowchart, workflow or mind map. This is half the time I would normally spend with other tools. This means I'm only minutes away from having something to share in a meeting. Plus, Miro makes it easy to share my work in various formats, including exporting as a JPG, which helps me reach people who might not join a video call.
Cons
Although the interface is quite user-friendly some advanced features make even experienced users stop and think, "Wait, what does this do?" Also, digital accessibility is not Miros strong suit and I doubt they meet all the WCAG guidelines.
