“Pro's and Con's of Miro
Pros
Miro allows me to design in real time with my teammates on the same project, ensuring we are all visualizing the same thing. Being able to follow a teammate's mouse and draw on top of photos has improved our team's workflow.
Cons
I find the navigation tools and controls a bit clunky and in need of improvement.

Cons

Miro is one of the best tools available on the market. Its user experience is fantastic and it offers a lot of amazing features that benefit my team and me. It has a fully featured whiteboard, which we use to create mind maps, project workflows and other elements to improve our revenue and growth.
Cons
Everything is great in Miro but the free plan offers only 3 boards which is a bit upsetting for me. The free tier is solid but they need to increase the number of boards.

I like its simplicity and the recent addition of AI which I really love. Miro is excellent at addressing small gaps in consumer journeys and filling them. The shortcuts are great and the library of templates is fantastic! I have used it many times as a starting point and always find it inspiring.
Cons
Zooming in and out works great but the text size is limited. If I zoom out and create a large font sentence, I cannot make a bigger header without resizing everything to a smaller font. The size of new elements (like post-its or text) should also adjust to the board size, not just the default size.

The UI is very intuitive which unlocks resourceful diagramming. The wide range of templates helps me optimize the time I spend diagramming. Miro is versatile and supports a variety of tasks for both remote and on-site teams.
Cons
Zooming with mouse can sometimes trip me up and cause frustration. I also wish there were more options to label grouped items or for the background to move with the section when added.
