“Great modern Visual Collaboration tool
Pros
Miro is excellent for creating different types of visualizations and offers great collaboration features for simultaneous use by multiple people.
Cons
It tries to do too many things at once providing tools for scrum product management etc. which are not "visual." This can make the interface crowded and overwhelming diverting users from the product's core functionality.

“Good collaboration tool but with limits
Pros
It provides great control and is easy to learn even for users with limited computer skills.
Cons
Limited features for testing the app during the trial period. I understand the need to generate revenue but the application is still great.

“One tool with multiple solutions
Pros
I discovered Miro when a client shared a board with me and I was impressed by how they had mapped out their strategic plan. I immediately saw numerous applications for our own agency. The ease of getting started and the wide range of options for team use are major advantages. We utilize it for brainstorming sharing creative with clients sitemaps content planning calendars and more.
Cons
The only real downside is the organization of multiple boards. I wish there was an option to archive a board without completely deleting it. Without this feature it can become a bit chaotic.

“Average
Pros
When we hold an online meeting, Miro is a nice addition since it allows everyone to draw on the whiteboard and share ideas to improve the meeting process visibly.
Cons
There is also no way to give a password to the whiteboard in order to prevent it from being updated or erased by an anonymous user.

“title It's fast accessible and easy to share.
Pros
To be honest I don't use Miro as a designer. Instead I rely on it to quickly sketch my ideas during work and do so consistently. My team members have started using it for social media management and I find it quite useful. It's a fast easy-to-share and effective tool particularly for drawing.
Cons
I dislike that deleted pages are not more flexible and I believe they should offer a wider integration service.

“I couldn't work without Miro
Pros
Miro is an essential tool for our company. We utilize it for whiteboarding brainstorming collaboration and storing templates/documents. The ease of use and features of Miro are simply outstanding. Although Zoom recently introduced its whiteboard feature it doesn't compare to Miro. The ability to use Miro templates for quick setups before meetings is a huge advantage. I can also share my screen and use Miro during calls. Our Miro process receives compliments regularly and we owe a lot of our success to Miro.
Cons
I desire the ability to upload all file types as there is currently a limitation on certain file formats.

“Collaborative tool for scrum ceremonies
Pros
We used Miro for sprint planning estimating stories anonymously freely moving on the board and linking with other tools like Jira. It's a fantastic collaboration tool.
Cons
While estimating stories it automatically zooms in on the card which can be bothersome when trying to finish the estimation zoom out and move to the next.

“Miro is the ultimate tool for remote workers
Pros
Miro is an easy-to-use well-designed and agile tool that unleashes creativity and freedom. It's the ultimate tool for remote teams to brainstorm ideas and organize their work effectively.
Cons
It's frustrating that one person can disrupt the entire board with a single miss-click and the access settings are not very clear.

“A great collaboration and brainstoming tool
Pros
It's incredibly user-friendly and facilitates the creation of beautiful brainstorming sessions. It also helps visualize processes and create flowcharts.
Cons
It is not suitable for project management due to the lack of portable data and the website slowing down when there are many elements on the board. This hinders its usefulness for extensive project management.

“Good visual tool for remote or hybrid teams
Pros
We started using this software due to the pandemic. The canvas allowed for excellent teamwork and business planning. We used it for agile projects and developing business ideas utilizing the Business Model Canvas templates even in the free version. Miro replaced walls and post-its and it did an excellent job.
Cons
It's not ideal to have to log in to see the status or original planning. In that regard physical walls and post-its are still better because they are always visible. If the team is large enough someone could keep a physical version updated in the office. Sometimes selecting or editing virtual post-its can be a bit tricky but it's not a major issue.

Pros
Wow! Miro turned out to be the brainstorming tool I never knew I needed. While creating a survey for our company Miro was a lifesaver in planning the questions answers and different paths for survey takers based on their responses. This tool is not only amazing for organizing thoughts but also for creating marketing funnels email newsletter sequences and more.
Cons
There is a slight learning curve to Miro and collaboration takes some time to get used to. However once you become familiar with it it's a fantastic tool to use!
