“Did not fit into our business
Pros
We gave Miro a try but unfortunately it didn't quite fit our business needs. It's a well-developed program just not suitable for our type of environment.
Cons
Some objects and text appear so small while working that it can be challenging to see what you are doing.

“A good tool for remote workers and brain stormers but space for improvements.
Pros
The whiteboard function is undoubtedly the best feature of Miro. It greatly facilitates brainstorming in a company where many employees work remotely. Getting people to collaborate becomes a piece of cake.
Cons
Not all functions of Miro are clear and for this reason we didn't utilize all the available features. In the end we switched to another software that was easier to use.

“Easy tool for 1on1's
Pros
We used Miro to check in with employees regarding their performance and overall satisfaction with their work and the company. It's a great tool for visual note-taking that doesn't drain all your attention during conversations.
Cons
Miro previously had limited cross-browser support but that has now changed. However occasionally the page may take some time to load but it works perfectly afterwards.

“Great whiteboard and collaborative software
Pros
Miro's whiteboarding and collaboration features are excellent. The planning capabilities are also top-notch.
Cons
Miro's support is only available through email or community forums. There is no phone number so if you need assistance during deployment you have to wait for the support team or your account manager to reply. Many tasks that Miro should automate are not as if they are reluctant to automate processes on their backend. If you are migrating boards to an enterprise account which should be automated it can take a week to 10 days for the migration to occur. The support team often refers you to read posts instead of directly answering emails which further prolongs issue resolution due to their lack of customer service.

“Collaorate idea and whiteboard
Pros
Miro is an excellent tool for communication and teamwork when working from home. I've used it for various purposes such as mapping presenting retrospectives creativity and more. The only limitation is the extent of your own creativity. It's user-friendly but like any excellent tool it may appear deceptively simple.
Cons
The only real issue I've encountered with Miro is that especially in the early stages I frequently unintentionally rearranged my files. Occasionally this is a trade-off for its adaptability.

“a big helper for remote work
Pros
For remote collaboration Miro is perfect. Its features are amazing and it's an essential part of my workflow.
Cons
Learning how to use all the features at once can be confusing for new users. It would be helpful to have placeholders for menu items instead of relying solely on icons.
