“Miro Review
Pros
Miro provides a unique set of features in one package. I love the ability to move diagrams and have everything adjust automatically.
Cons
There are certain features that I may never use and it would be preferable if there were an option to pay less for excluding those. Nevertheless I find Miro to be reasonably priced and not a deal-breaker.

“Solid approachable and frequently updated.
Pros
Miro is a fantastic tool for remote collaboration. I've used it for mapping presentations retrospectives and brainstorming. The possibilities are endless and it's both approachable and deceptively complex.
Cons
Finding cons with Miro is challenging. Initially the navigation was clunky but it was recently improved with the addition of "right click to move" functionality. Occasionally it can be resource-intensive or run slowly on my laptop but I suspect this is due to the size and complexity of the boards we use.

“Integrated into WebEx for Collaboration
Pros
One of the most impactful aspects of Miro is its integration with WebEx. As a participant in a fully online higher education program all our courses and meetings are conducted remotely. However collaboration remains essential. With Miro we can all work together on a virtual whiteboard taking group notes creating diagrams and reviewing images/documents. This feature is invaluable for our collaborative efforts. Additionally I appreciate that Miro offers both sign-in and non-sign-in options for the WebEx app integration.
Cons
It would be beneficial if the Miro Board could be exported to platforms like OneDrive Google Docs or other offline collaboration tools. Additionally having a history view of edits and additions made by collaborators would be useful when it's unclear who made certain changes.

“I Heart Miro
Pros
I love the ease with which I can do so much in Miro. Whether using templates or creating my own I can organize my thoughts exactly as I want. There are plenty of customization options making it suitable for any project.
Cons
My only complaint is that especially when I was new to Miro I frequently moved things unintentionally. It happens less frequently now but I suppose that's the trade-off for its high level of customization.
