Overall Miro has made it effortless for my students to understand and accept my ideas.

“Great tool for collaboration in a virtual world
Pros
Sharing the link with the team and providing a space for everyone to contribute is effortless. You can add post-its squares and images without any limitations. The accessibility allows team members to contribute at their own time making discussions more productive in subsequent meetings.
Cons
Either include this feature or make it more prominent. It would be helpful to have the option to make your cursor anonymous while remaining logged in especially for voting or other activities involving your team.

“Great for collaboration
Pros
Our weekly innovation meetings greatly benefited from utilizing Miro as we collaborated virtually to generate new product ideas. The real-time visibility of everyone's contributions was a significant help.
Cons
During the free trial period we were restricted to only 3 editable boards. It would have been great to have the ability to create more.

“Excellent multipurpose software 3033
Pros
Miro provides specialized tools and templates that make it easy to get started and find exactly what you need. Its platform-agnostic nature ensures a seamless user experience across all devices and operating systems. It has enabled us to conduct successful lectures without relying on physical post-it notes and effectively collaborate with our remote staff and customers.
Cons
The tool lacks certain typefaces and formatting options. Miro is most effective when you have a clear plan and properly organize your content. Without prior planning the limitless canvas can lead to chaos.

“Miro is like magic! A powerful software that can help unlock new possibilities
Pros
Working with Miro solo is already enjoyable but collaborating with a committed partner who maximizes the available features takes it to the next level. It has truly enhanced my communication and collaboration dynamics.
Cons
Miro limits free accounts to just three boards which makes it less appealing to attract new users who are hesitant to invest in a subscription for limited individual use.

“Miro is there anything better?
Pros
Miro is the best whiteboarding tool I've come across. The templates provided make it easy to dive right into your projects. As someone who loves a whiteboard this app has become my most frequently used tool. It allows you to effortlessly drag and organize your ideas images and notes for seamless project management.
Cons
It's a great software but relatively expensive compared to similar alternatives. It seems like Miro transitioned to cater more to business users which may not make it an ideal fit for everyday casual users. Surprisingly there are other alternatives that work better for large digital whiteboards and I was expecting Miro to support that functionality.

“A unique service for post-it lovers.
Pros
Miro is the perfect application for remote project work and collaborative idea generation. Apart from its extensive feature set it also brings joy to the process. As someone who appreciates colorful post-its Miro has become our go-to tool for group work. Every time I recommend it I receive excellent feedback.
Cons
I often receive many questions from friends I recommend this software to during their initial use. It would be beneficial to have an interface that offers more on-the-fly support for beginner users. I'm eagerly awaiting the introduction of additional templates.

“A great tool to collaborate on ideas for teams
Pros
The spacious workspace in Miro makes it easy to navigate and assign boards to specific projects. It allows for the comprehensive plotting of a project's entire lifecycle which can be shared and accessed at any time. The kanban board feature is particularly useful for task scheduling and tracking progress.
Cons
While inside a card it would be helpful to have shortcuts for adding dates or a table to provide detailed information.

“Excellent collaboration tool for brainstorming sessions or workshops.
Pros
Miro has been extensively used by my team for collaborative brainstorming sessions focus group interviews and workshops. When multiple stakeholders or team members need to work on a whiteboard or canvas simultaneously Miro is the go-to tool. Its bird's eye view provides an overview of all workshop activities.
Cons
One major challenge is the lack of offline functionality. Additionally although Miro provides pre-defined templates customizing them to suit specific needs can be quite tricky.
