“Very intuitive, plenty of templates, not just for designers
Pros
The navigation is better compared to other tools. The free version offers three infinite canvases that I can utilize for as long as I need. There are numerous fantastic templates. You don't have to be a designer to create visually pleasing and engaging workshops. The way I use it perfectly aligns with this purpose as I conduct brainstorming and feedback sessions and Miro feels tailor made for these tasks.
Cons
I haven't encountered any downsides yet. There is nothing to add here.

“The omni visual app
Pros
I personally use Miro daily for generating ideas, facilitating team refinements, tracking tasks, enjoying team building activities and brainstorming together. There are countless use cases for this versatile tool.
Cons
Sometimes navigating in boards with numerous elements can be messy. It would be great to have a "back" and "forward" button or a history of visited elements to quickly move around. Additionally selecting a group of elements in a crowded board can be challenging.

“This tool has so many good uses
Pros
Inviting free users to a workshop or session is a smooth process and their participation and contributions are hassle free. It is very easy to get started with. The range of applications is huge. We utilize it a lot for SCRUM meetings, wireframing, brainstorming, workshops, idea management and more.
Cons
I tried to create and update a Product Roadmap and while its visually attractive. also its a hassle to maintain so I no longer use it for that purpose.

“User-Friendly Collaboration across Teams
Pros
The user interface is flawless, sleek, visually attractive and lag free. Its an all in one tool suitable for brainstorming, planning and communication. The drag and drop functionality makes creating complex boards a simple process, even for first time users. There are multiple templates available as well as samples created by users which help with planning and getting started quickly without any concerns. The auto save feature and the ability to see team members in action while working eliminate any confusion during collaboration.
Cons
The pricing can be a bit high for smaller teams but the free version is equally powerful. It would be great to improve offline availability and the ability to export my board.

“My favourite whiteboard collaboration tool
Pros
It is simple to use. The user interface doesn't cause any sort of trouble with the experience and offers just the right amount of tools. This is indicative of excellent design because you can accomplish so much with it. Even when working on large and intricate boards, the diagrams remain easily manageable. Overall, it's a fantastic experience.
Cons
I have nothing bad to say about Miro. It fulfills all its claims and I have never encountered any bugs. None of the people I have collaborated with using Miro have complained about it. While its just one tool and you need others to complete your toolkit, Miro should definitely be included.

“Tool allows to Collab
Pros
It allows collaboration among large teams. It also allows for visualizing diagrams and project flows. Multiple people can simultaneously add or edit the same page. It also facilitates importing data from Excel and more.
Cons
I will give one suggestion that Ensure that you save your sheets in your namespace instead of making them public if you are concerned about security.

“Miro - Brainstorming Software
Pros
The virtual collaboration and work-from-home features make brainstorming a breeze.
Cons
In my personal opinion there is room for improvement in terms of the website's user experience. It would be beneficial to make it more user-friendly potentially by providing training videos that offer a clear understanding of its functionality and demonstrate how to utilize its full range of capabilities.

“Fine tool for remote working
Pros
Miro offers incredible sharing options. The ability to view edit poll time and present in real-time is fantastic. The drawing options are abundant and high-quality but it's the collaborative aspect that sets Miro apart as the ultimate tool for remote workers.
Cons
The whiteboard is excellent but the interface for selecting between different boards might be somewhat counterintuitive. Typically we simply use the whiteboard link and only navigate through other boards if absolutely necessary.

“The original and still the best
Pros
While I'm not certain if Miro was the first collaborative web whiteboard it undoubtedly feels like the most comprehensive and widely adopted one. Its ease of use is crucial for engaging the entire team on shared boards. The goal is to make participation accessible to all team members and Miro achieves that effortlessly.
Cons
My only complaint is the pricing. The free tier is quite restrictive which I understand. However considering that many other office suites now include whiteboarding/mind-mapping/brainstorming software (even Figma) it becomes challenging to justify spending such a large amount on Miro unless it is used as a project management or comprehensive UX tool. It's much easier to use FigJam for example as a brainstorming tool compared to replacing it with Miro for full-fledged Figma functionality.

“Great for planning being creative
Pros
Miro provides immense freedom limited only by your creativity. Simultaneous collaboration is effortless for everyone involved. From large projects to quarterly planning Miro surpasses all other tools I've used for these purposes.
Cons
Occasionally there are minor bugs such as when all the text suddenly disappears while typing inside a box or when copying something from another box. These issues can be resolved by using the undo command (cmd + z) but it's not ideal.

Miro's greatest strength lies in its ability to easily map out clear and organized flows facilitating effective communication of ideas within the organization.
